簡單來說:「改革」就是終結歷史,打破對立,匯集每個人的智慧,思想創新,所擬據的國家智慧;

另就蔡英文女士說:面對台灣的變局及展望一詞,換句話說:台灣需要一個馬歇爾計畫?
雖然,喬治馬歇爾將軍,讓國民黨幹譙數十年;

但,布衣小子戲說歷史,國民黨還真的沒有能與之論述的將軍,不要唬人!

事實上,看清國民黨在歷史直線的沒用!也不要唬,布衣小子!

今天,國家領導,必須擁有一個安全和繁榮的國家戰略來面對明天的挑戰和機會;
今天,二十一世紀,這將是一個難得的機會讓國家在安全和繁榮上,更加進步;
不可否認,國家戰略的使命和義務就是保護國家安全和民眾領土,包括,生活模式;

畢竟,國家發展實力是普世認知;
它能夠提供對國家發展,越來越多的機會和加強國家的政治穩定,特別是,和平解決衝突;
即使,同時,也將會面對越來越多的複雜危險性;

因為,這是在許多國家,將會破壞迅速增長的經濟和政治繁榮;
是以,國家安全戰略是不相關,歷史,文化與哲學;
它說明一個理念來推動國家利益來面對機會和危險;
目的是讓國家有實力和強有力的領導來促進安全和繁榮的國家目標'
這應該是國家優勢;
所以,國家安全戰略有三個戰略目標是：
一.加強國家安全和有效率的外交政策,包括,運用軍事力量;
二.促進國家經濟增長和繁榮;
三,促進民主發展實現這些目標;
必須,使用領導力量的整合,利用和合作來改變國家的安全,政治和經濟結構以促進繁榮跟和平;
這是國家利益和價值觀的必要條件來促進國家安全和發展的核心目標

未來改變是回報在責任;
因為我們能夠做到,也必須要去做;
我們不應該再讓老掉牙的歷史,持續地占領台灣,甚至,中國;
未來改變是明天的希望;
改變未來是保持國家承諾來作為決定性的時代議題;
它不是狡辯,然而,它是挑戰;
國家承諾等於自由民主承諾,不是單一政黨承諾;
單一政黨的承諾是不可靠,所以,我們要回收;
每個人都能夠有公平和遵照相同規則,沒有特權,有不爽,一起解決;
未來改變不是老掉牙的歷史,文化和哲學;
因為,這沒有任何意義和保護保證國家未來的安全;
尤其是,沒有價值;
回顧過去,我們的勤奮在這塊土地上,這曾經是我們所面對的挑戰;
這是台灣的透明;
透明讓我們創造新的機會;
透明是行動的理由,並展開新的工作,每個人都有機會,贏得未來;
透明是每個人的天賦和創新在這塊土地,包括,女人;如,布衣小子說:
我能想像大多數人,也再思考同樣的事:終結歷史,打破對立;
它可能打破在2016年?
這是未來改變,來回應民眾的需要,只要一起行動,沒有什麼事是我們無法實現;
未來改變是維護國家安全,打擊威脅我們的極端歷史暴力主議和恐怖主義;
這是保護我們的利益和夥伴;
全球正在改變,學習來自全球的經驗教訓;
國家是偉大,因為我們擁有它;
國家是偉大,因為我們是夥伴;
保持共同決心,共同目的,堅守未來的原則;
我們的未來是充滿希望和國家將永遠是強大;

The future change is couragement,which its gains to national selflessness,in particular,our democratic teamwork.
Because of the future change are not delusion and ambition.
We are working together in dialogue over our differences.
We focus on the mission to meet challenge for the future.
It can image that the ability within our reach in a national change.
In particular,use as our power to control national security and prosperity in the future,in which,to working together to meet unstable of the worldwide.
Where hard work pays off.
The future change will be responsibility in rewarded.
Because we can do this,and have to do so,also.
We should not make very old of history to cintinue to occpy Taiwan,even,the China.
Tomorrow hope will be the future change,I insist.
The future change is keeping that national commitment,that is defining issue of era.
It is not sophistry,yet,it is challenge for the future.
National commitment is equality to the free and democratic commitment,not a political party.

Everyone can get fair,and follow plays by same set of rules,and no privilege.We are working together to resolve it,if it feel out of sort.
Future change are not related to very oldest of history,culture and philosophy.Because of that does not make sense,and they cannot protect,promise national security,people's of well-being the future.
Especially, no value.
To look back in the past, we are hardworking,and we have met challenge.
It was transparent of Taiwan.
Transparency is helping us to  invent new opportinities.
Transparency of action is out of excuses.and than,open new job that gives everyone the opportunity to win the future.
Transparency are ingenuity and talent of everyone whose in this land,including,women.As 布衣小子said:

This is change for the future,that is more responsive to the needs of people.If only,we act together,there is nothing we cannot achieve.
Future change will safeguard national security which attacks historical violence extremism and terrorism.
This protects our interests and partners.
The world is changing,we have learned from global experience and lesson.
Nation is great because we own it.
Nation is great because we are pal.
Keeps in common resolve,common purpose,and hold the principle of future.
Our future is hopeful,and nation will always be strong.
