其實,如依馬總統說:「世事真的難料」一詞,簡單來說,以課文與經書來執政;

當然爾,蔡英文女士也無須五十步笑百步;

畢竟,未來策略思考來作前瞻與部署,也是,不相關於島嶼歷史,文化與哲學;

布衣小子說實話,也承英國政經學院的學者報告,而驗證:

「歷史是有雄心有壯志有抱負」就是缺乏未來戰略思考能力,作前瞻與部署?

相信英國政經學院一詞,蔡英文女士應該不會很陌生!

馬總統的「世事真的難料」一詞其戰術定意,應該是,可能是:

「世間事」?六月十日二零一二年/台灣窮小子

端視「世間事」,許多國家發展和促進雙邊友好關係;
不可否認,這是夥伴關係,因為美國的論述是正確,簡單來說:我們是夥伴;
「世間事」夥伴關係,包容不爽和歧視;
布衣小子相信,這是互利,不要忘記您曾經說:互動一詞
換句話說:交流;
今天,「世間事」夥伴關係,將會是新模式的國家防禦性戰略思維;
簡單來說:終結歷史,打擊極端歷史暴力主義和恐怖主義;
即使是,中國,也不例外;
因為我們不能否決,歷史的巨大力量;
但是,全球改變,多元化的夥伴關係趨勢是不可翻轉;
賭爛已經結束;
「世間事」,我們正面對挑戰,維護和平和穩定發展是國家責任;
「世間事」,穩定發展的夥伴關係是促進和平的;
同時,擁有穩定和繁榮;
這是共同目標,雖然,有許多的不爽,但是,共同利益強過於不爽;
「世間事」,也將會是事實,提供一個強大和穩定的國家關係基礎,共同來面對第二個十年,甚至,下一個十年在二十一世紀;
不可否認,「世間事」也是敏銳的戰略思考能力;
如果,老掉牙的歷史與文化意識形態繼續占領中國與台灣,那後果將會是難以想像?
如果,繼續把中國當作敵人,那代價將會是非常高昂?
在布衣小子看來,現在是時候,終結歷史,打破對立;
賭爛思維,也將會永遠地消失;
合作不是對抗,協商化解衝突,互動產生互信是最好的歧視制裁;
我相信,理性的,現實的,明智的「世間事」,將會說明正確的國家戰略前瞻;
這也是希望,海峽兩岸之間的關係在「世間事」下,將有一個光明的未來?
這才是二十一世紀的「世間事」

Worldly Events?
In accordance  with the Worldly Events,they have developed and promoted bilateral friendly ties in many countries.

It cannot denied that this is partnership.
Because of U.S.of discussion is exactly right.
Simply put,we are pals.
Under the Worldly Events of partnership,which holds out of sort and
prejudice.
So,布衣小子 is surely this is to the mutual benefit,and also,as Ms.蔡英文 has said that:"a word of interaction".
In other words,this is exchange.
Today,under the Worldly Events of partnership will be new pattern of national defensive strategic thinking.
Simply put,ending of history,attacking of historical violence extremism and terrorism .
Despite that China is no exception.
We cannot denied,and also negated enormous
power of history,but,global change,the trend toward multipolarity of partnership is
irreversible.
賭爛 is over.
Under the Worldly Events ,we are facing challenges,preserving peace and stabilizing development,which are national responsibilities.
Under the Worldly Events ,stabilizing development of partnership will
contribute peaceful,at the same time,we own stability and prosperity.
This is common objective.
Although,those are many of out of sort.
But,common interests are the strongest than out of sort.
The Worldly Events will also be fact,in which,provides us with a foundation for
strong and stable national relationship,that we are working together to meet second
decades,even,next decades in the 21st century.
It cannot denied that Worldly Events are also perceptive of strategic reflectability.
If the very oldest of historical and culture of ideologies continues to occupy China and Taiwan,the
consequences will be really unimaginable.
If continues to treat China as an adversary,the price will be very expensive.
In 布衣小子's opinion,it is time to ending of history,賭爛 ideology once and for all.
Cooperation is not confrontation,and consultation reconciles conflict.And interaction
brings confidence which is preferable to prejudice sanctions.
I believe that rational, realistic, wise attitudes of historical straight line will show
right national strategic prospection.
This is also my anticipation that the relationship
between two sides across the Taiwan Strait will have a bright future.
This is really Worldly Events for 21st century.

中華民主共和國戰略學者紐教授說得有理:功課的闡述是研究國家戰略,首先要考慮的就
是國家利益,其次,根據國家利益,來解決國家目標;再其次,根據國家目標,來形
成國家政策,最後,才是根據國家政策,來擬定國家戰略.這才是值得深思和腦力激盪

 是以,蔡英文女士,引述失真?
簡單來說,擁有工作團隊,固然重要,但戰略重點是終結歷史,擺脫束縛,這才是腦力激盪?
