自序:

突然瞄到,中時報系又出問題?

其實,問題癥結,大抵類似有個賣電腦的施老頭,嗯!簡單地說:電腦不好好地賣,就是瞎扯國家主義一類;

是以,蔡董事長也是一例;

企業擴充版圖,無可避免,全球使然,換句話說,企業有雄心,有壯志,有抱負,就是歷史不及格,更也缺少未來戰略思考能力來作前瞻與部署?

簡單來說,媒體的安全空間,也是我們一起來打擊歷史暴力極端主義和恐怖主義-終結歷史,打破對立;

當然耳,老掉牙思維,怎能領導企業呢?不過,平白糟蹋,余紀忠先生的辛苦歷史!

特別是,胡哥是疼惜布衣小子,還是死捧神主牌的蔡董?

沒念書就先念書,難怪,老是挨王單等人的罵?

According with too many people talking to the media  outside of channels,sometimes providing news which is clearly incorrect,out of right context,in addition, uninformed or unauthorized by the perspective of those who are most knowledgeable on and responsible for them.
In a while,I have  concerned that the NCC has deal with careless,in how an enterprise engage with the media,usually in contravention of established rules and procedures.
An enterprise  interaction with the media,which are ending of history,and breaking of tradition - Global common concept.
 It is important that an enterprise and media  have integtate access to many aspects of activities and operations,also,consistent with applicable laws and procedures.
I have already said  many times that ending of history,and breaking of tradition,in which,in order to  be as open,  transparent as possible,at that same time,be accessible with others.
Simply put,this is the biggest strategic mistake to China Times News of 蔡董事長.
In other words,history is  fail.
Today,we must deal with and keep the integrity of the government's internal decision making processes.
Especially,media's independence and free protected in many aspects by laws.Unless, specifically authorized.
They are,all usually, ignored,Because of historical violence extremism and terrorism.
So,this is just a time,we should be working together to attack on historical violence extremism and terrorism.And we establish media of safer space.
We must ensure that,as historical violence extremism and terrorism does so,we are able to avoid misunderstandings and miscommunications caused by insufficient secure awareness.
 Any other means of media may be  possible to people,even national or worldwide,which bring about  implications.So,we intensify media of the secure awareness.


端視許多人談論媒體管道之外,有時,還提供出適當的範圍內,未經批准;

另外是,由不知情的哪類,誰該是負責任和理解?

同時,我曾經關注NCC,處事漫不經心,在企業如何從事與媒體,通常,違反既定規則和程序;

企業與媒體的相互作用是終結歷史,打破傳統-全球共識;

重要的是:企業與媒體有適當的整合的活動和運作在許多層面,適用的法律和程序,也是相互一致;

小子曾經說過很多次,終結歷史,打破對立;

是以,必須努力為開放,可能性透明,同時,平易近人地對待;

簡單來說,這是中時蔡董事長最大的戰略錯誤;

換句話說歷史不及格

今天,我們必須處理與保持完整的政府內部的決策過程的模式;

尤其是,保障媒體在獨立與自由範圍類的法律保護,除非,特別授權;

因為,在歷史暴力極端主義和恐怖主義下,它們通常被忽略;

所以,這是時候,我們應該一起來打擊歷史暴力極端主義和恐怖主義,建構媒體的安全空間;

我們必須確保,當歷史暴力極端主義和恐怖主義這樣做,我們自己能夠避免誤解和溝通不好所造成的安全意識不足;

媒體的任何模式,可能對民眾,甚或,國家或全球造成影響;

是以,強化媒體的安全意識是無庸置疑!

附件一:一同維護台灣得來不易的言論自由和民主果實

在今天這個起風下雨的颱風天裡，有一群學生勇敢的集結起來，希望旺中集團尊重大眾的言論自由，也希望NCC駁回旺中併購案。眼見這個走過戒嚴時期，曾經和台灣民主一起成長的媒體和媒體集團，如今漸漸侵蝕這一切，並且受到學生和公民社會的抵制，其實蠻令人感到唏噓和痛心。

台灣的民主成就，舉世肯定，其中，也包括我們引以為傲的言論自由和公民社會的自主性。「媒體是公器」這句話的意義在於，由來自民間社會的力量，進行對政府體制及商業利益的監督；當公器被私用，不僅是媒體本身的公信力受到損傷，個人的言論自由和我們共享的民主果實，也都會受到戕害。

學生的群起抗議與公民社會的抵制，是希望媒體集團能懸崖勒馬，大家都希望能盡一點微薄的力，維護台灣得來不易的言論自由和民主果實，這也是我們現在在這裡發聲的由衷希望。
