又是一年一度的雙十國慶,是以,布衣小子的個人文誌:

恭賀中華民國,國運昌隆,台灣風調雨順,民眾幸福快樂,馬總統政恭康泰!

當然耳,雙十國慶,還是以蔡英文說想一想,來啟動我們的思考?也是有圖有真相!

我們對於未來的挑戰和台灣所面臨的問題要帶給台灣什麼樣的願景、什麼樣的希望，要承擔什麼樣的責任。By 蔡英文

其實,也是很簡單,願景是啥死人骨頭?未來的作戰目標是啥碗糕?
反應與天賦,蕩然無存不過是重禱歷史直線的錯誤也是戰術大忌;
布衣小子說:歷史,文化與哲學,有雄心,有壯志,有抱負,幾十年過去了,真的缺少未來策略思考能力,作前瞻與部署?
是以,簡單來說:哲蠢,左蠢,文化蠢,該退位了,百多年以來的台灣或中國,還忍心要繼續糟蹋嗎?

歷史視域正在改變
依據歷史直線的信號顯示:願景與前瞻部署是相關於國家未來的投資,發展和利益;
這是不論,經濟與軍事成長;
歷史上,國家建構強大的經濟與軍事實力;
不可否認,這是改善國家利益;
因為,這是國家面對全球挑戰,在擴張下,以保護未來的國家願景;
簡單來說,未來的國家聯合視域;
然爾,這類不相關於老掉牙的歷史,文化與哲學
所謂的國家聯合視域是準確參與,邏輯調整,次元保護的優勢機動作戰;
尤其是,啟動技術創新,和資訊與情報優勢;
簡單來說,腦力激盪,團隊合作;
這類還是不相關於老掉牙的歷史,文化與哲學;
以2016年來看,國家聯合視域是以新模式操作思維來掌控作戰模式;
畢竟,伴隨著資源差距,國家聯合視域,將會越來越利用它們來增加國家承諾;
換句話說,理念促成未來的國家聯合視域的主導地位;
技術創新和資訊與情報優勢,將會越來越提供關鍵作用在國家願景意識;
格外是,及時和精確;
及時和精確的國家優勢,在很大程度上,仰賴和依據國家能力來聚集;
情報優勢是聯合整體的國家優勢來主導地位;
是以,國家願景,在培訓,組織,共同地全面發展來實現國家未來潛力;
國家未來潛力是一個擁有和平說服力的聯合作戰目標;
其果斷的卓越來面對未來任何模式的衝突;
未來的國家願景聯合作戰的演變,提供進展基礎;
我們共同地面對一個充滿挑戰和不確定的未來;
特別是,它必須成為一個國家統一指揮的願景;
所以,未來的國家願景將是優勢來掌控國家地位;
這是國家戰略的關鍵因素;
不可否認,其將成為未來成功的基本因素
事實上,未來的國家願景的經營是執行能夠預見未來的國家任務與全球趨勢,或如:國家和平協議與夥伴關係;
這兩個主要議題將是主導整合整個國家行動的願景力量;
因為,當前與未來,國家願景是卓越的力量,其作戰目標是強調卓越力量來提供一個團結的我們的國家安全基礎,或如:
一,國家力量整合
二,國家參與
三,全球夥伴關係
平心而論,這類理念,才是提供國家願景框架和能力!

其實,國家願景是未來的聯合作戰理念模版;
未來的聯合作戰理念是建構聯合框架內的戰略定義和作戰計畫;
使其能夠,發揮獨特功能,特別是,建立持久性的國家創新,領導基礎;
伴隨著未來的先進國家技術和優勢;
格外是,真正的改變力量是強大的;
因為,新模式的優勢理念是運用機動作戰能力來打擊極端歷史與文化暴力主義和恐怖主義;
進而,保護傳統的正統的歷史與文化觀念;
簡單來說,國家技術和優勢理念是未來願景的出現;
新模式的優勢理念是國家技術的特點,以建構強大的聯合作戰效應,有能力來主導全方位的國家未來行動;
新模式的優勢理念是國家聯合作戰能力的目的;
格外是,為了擊敗極端歷史與文化暴力主義和恐怖主義;
所以,實現國家願景的優勢理念,將會在很大程度上,取決能否實現和運用國家聯合作戰能力;
其目標是打擊極端歷史暴力主義和恐怖主義;
優勢理念是國家科學與技術的聯合開發;
格外是,以其最關鍵能力來保持國家的作戰優勢;
不可否認,這是連續性的國家進程和要求,在統一指揮和支持;
確定,它是為國家行動效能的機會;
換句話說,國家優勢理念是全面性國家科學技術戰略規劃來評估未來的國家能力與準備;
以經濟實力與與其他國家來往,預防衝突,或如:
一,保持國家能力的技術優勢;
二,升級和強化,先進的國家應用技術在基礎研究;
三,提供先進的應用技術作戰計畫來執行未來的國家願景聯合作戰努力與能力;
總之,國家未來願景的決心是建構新模式的國家科學與技術戰略;
新模式的國家科學與技術戰略,解決未來的國家行動要求;
同時,整合其他在國家安全的科學與技術戰略的努力;
簡單來說,二十一世紀的國家新願景和新境界是技術改變歷史,也改變國家;
這是國家與民眾的努力,尤其是擊敗為了擊敗極端歷史與文化暴力主義和恐怖主義

還是以蔡英文說奇蹟一詞然布衣小子說:Miracle!
因為miracle,我們終結歷史的賭爛,打破陳詞濫調的不爽;
Because we are Team-work,and we do have best of Team-cooperative to meet challenge for the future.
因為歷史直線說明我們本來就很聰明應該知道我們與生俱來的自信和優勢
所以,未來十年;
終結歷史,我們一起創造奇蹟!恩!miracle;
因為miracle,啟動2020年的國家未來戰略發展前瞻和視域?
Miracle!不分您我是誰?或是來自哪裡?我們是強悍的
每每我們有不爽,然後,也會有歷史戲碼出現?尤其是中華民族或是島嶼歷史;
不可否認,這類都是假的,歷史的謊話喜歡逐字地吹在我們的眼裡;
因為,它忽略了miracle-國家miracle;
畢竟,miracle是可能的夢想,而甚麼是miracle呢?
Miracle在台灣,在中國的任何東西,最終將會出現在未來?
Miracle是終結歷史,打破對立;
台灣是一個好的地區,不僅是,喜歡自由;
在政治上,也獨立,不爽於威權;
特別是,頭腦靈活在技術和設計領域;
台灣人辯論民主與自由是不相關於老掉牙的歷史,狹隘文化,和不倫不類的哲學等;
另言之,國家未來戰略發展視域和前瞻,尤其是,我們都是一樣的;
是的,即使,我們一直是面對有風險和危機;
台灣是改變最有活力的地區,可能是,我們為什麼允許中華民國來到這塊土地;
一個典型的民主自由的未來中國模式-我們能夠穿著短褲和拖鞋,大聲地嗆出我們的不爽,其實,這是非常好的生活,每一天;
一個典型的民主自由的台灣;
布衣小子,可以大聲地嗆出喜歡蔡英文女士,雖然,英文很菜,但是非分明,就是喜歡蔡英文女士;
或如,miracle 是追尋民主,自由,獨立自主是沒有國家之分別;
我們可以忽略不爽,但它依然是每個人的夢想,理念和miracle;
事實上,台灣擁有最多樣性和全球化,不僅,面對,亞洲或是全球;
追尋民主自由獨立自主是我們所擁有的主題;
簡單來說,這是一個國家承諾的創新,其視域仍是中國未來的前瞻佈署-政治,文化,人口,環境,經濟等等,信不信由人;
雖然,可能早已經聽說台灣的不正常和任性,但實話地說,還是略優於垃圾!
然而,為什麼會不正常和任性呢?不可否認,老掉牙的歷史,狹隘文化,和不倫不類的哲學等,說得太多,也很久了;
如果,終結它們?想一想,我還會是失敗的國家嗎？
實際上,台灣不會;
如果,台灣真是一個國家?這將僅是內部實際問題,通常來說,擴大其大小;
換句話說,不要抓狂,我們將會回來?
除非,多樣性和民主自由,獨立自主,仍然是台灣的主題也將會是中國的未來進行式
記得美國道格拉斯麥克阿瑟將軍,曾經說過:我們將會回來?
重點是終結歷史;
話又說回來,終結歷史的力量是改變您我的未來和生活,miracle;
所以,在任何的不爽下,台灣是很好的地區,這應該是鼓舞我們的夢想和miracle,不論任何的意識形態;
因為,我們的miracle,仍然在台灣;
不爽的深處,我們也能夠看到未來;
未來的已經發生-如果我們一起來創造miracle,那結果將會是驚人的!

In accordance with historic straight line of singles have shown that vision and perspective have already been related to national investments,developments,and interests - these are no matter what grows both of economic and military.
Historically,nation has established strong of economic and military powers.It cannot denied that these were improving national interests.Because of these,under the expansion,nation might protect future nation vision,when nation meet global challenges.
Simply,put,national joint vision for the future.Yet,they are not related to very oldest of history,cultyre,and philosophy.
So-called national joint visions are precision engagement,focused
logistics,dimensional protection of operational dominant maneuver.Especially,they will start technological innovation,and information,intelligent superiorities.
Simply put,brainstorming and team-cooperation,which are not related to very oldest of history,cultyre,and philosophy.
As 2016 to view,national joint visions are operational concepts,in which,in order to dominate over perational modes.After all,according with resources
gap,national joint visions will take advantage of them to be increasingly matiomal committment.
In other words,ideas will enable full spectrum dominance of national joint visions for the future.

The future national joint vision provides an operationally based  for the evolution.
We will be working together to meet a  challenging and uncertain future.
In particular,it must become a nation's unified command visions.
So,future national vision will be superiority to controll nation's dominance.This is critical element of national strategy.And it cannot denied that it will become as an essential element of success for the future.
Indeed,national vision is operating in the future,in which,in order to execute,will able to develop the national missions and global trends required by the future.As followed: National Peace Agreement and Partnership.
The two principal themes of the National Peace Agreement and Partnership will be dominating and integrating throughout national operation of vision power.
Because of current and future are national vision of preeminent power.
Their operstive goal will emphasize what preeminent power- providing a hard foundation for our national security.As followed:
1,National power integration
2,National engagement
3,Global partnerships
Obviously speaking,these operational ideas still provide national vision of frameworks and capabilities.
2,In fact,national vision are  the joint operation ideas template for the future.
The future of  joint operation ideas will establish cooperative framework of strategic definitions and operative plannings,in which,in order to be able to play their unique capabilities.In particular,we build on the persisting foundation of national innovative leadership.
In accordance with future nation's advanced technology and superiority,especially,real change is so powerful.
Because of new pattern of superiority ideas are taking an acvantange of maneuverable operation capabilities to historical violence extremism and terrorism,and than,protecting the traditional,legitimatize concepts of history and culture.
Simply put,national technology and superiority of ideas will be as shown future visions of appearance.
New pattern of superiority ideas are as keys characteristic of national technologies,in which,in order to establishing the powerful effect of joint operation,the capability to dominate across the full range of national actions for the future.
New pattern of superiority ideas are national joint operating capability objective.Especially,to defeat historical violence extremism and terrorism.
So,achieving national vision of superiority ideas will,in large measure,depend on that,achieve and take an advantage of  national joint operating capability,which its attack historical violence extremism and terrorism.
Superiority ideas are executed by nation's science and technology of joint development,especially,they use as the the most critical capabilities to keep national warfighting superiority.
It cannot denies that,they are continuous national processes and demends.and in unified command and support,in which,in order to identify opportunities for national acting effectiveness.
In other words,national superiority ideas are comprehensive of national science and technology strategic planning to assess national capabilities and readiness for the future.
Also,we use as the strength of economy with other nations to prevent conflict.As followed:
1,Keeping technological superiority in national  capabilities.
2,Upgrading and intensifying basic research and advanced,applied of national technologies.
3,Providing  advanced,technical operation of solutions to execute the future national vision,joint warfighting efforts and capabilities.
In short,the future national visionof determination will establish new pattern of national science and technology strategy.
New pattern of national science and technology strategy will be deal with national action of demends.
At the same time,we are working together to integrate other  in the national security science and technology strategy of effort.
Simply put,21st century of new national vision and revolution will be technology to change history,also,change national.
This is effort,especially,to defeat historical violence extremism and terrorism.
