蔡英文說國是會議 笨小子說:成事不足,敗事有餘!

嘗記得,重整國家財政是重大戰略工程,非幾日能竟全功;

特別是,中央政府與特定學者的腦力激盪,而且,不相關於歷史,文化與哲學;

笨小子確認是沒有背錯!就算不爽中國國民黨,也不能睜眼說白話!

當然,也是有圖有真相!

歷史,文化與哲學的白目視域,啟動,失敗的國是會議危機與風險-台灣窮小子

端視,在全球歷史進程裏,國家創新是繼續擁有企圖心,以避免在全球競爭中,而位於劣勢地位,特別是,國家財政系統;

然而,歷史,文化與哲學的白目視域,卻壓制自己的國家創新;

簡單來說,這是分離與破壞國家的互信危機與風險,導致國家集體意識受到波及;

換句話說,終結歷史的責任是彌補互信危機與風險的代溝;

畢竟,發展迅速的結構性國家創新是強化國家財政系統;

旦是,歷史,文化與哲學的白目視域,從來沒有準備好,以致,陳年問題還是在壓力下;

當然,創新還是有缺點,也很難提前說明國家財政系統趨於穩定;

這意思是國家聯合作戰在集體創新與腦力激盪,不相關於國是會議;

因為,國是會議有其複雜性,可能有其危機,或如:
一,不可否認,它有優點,旦是,無法提供獨立判斷;
二,危機與風險,被歷史,文化與哲學的白目視域所掩蓋;
三,未來的國家財政系統備受阻撓;
尤其是,神聖不可侵犯的歷史,文化與哲學理論,就是認為他們是對的-承擔危機與風險在未來!

神聖不可侵犯的歷史,文化與哲學,並不是最佳的選擇,卻往往是受制於有限的自我理性,讓國家財政遭受控制;

所以,終結歷史,腦力激盪來幫助國家管理複雜性的財政系統,透過技術來強化與審慎理財;

在複雜的國家財政系統,這些沒有明顯區別;

3,The future of national finance system will be baffled.
Especially,sacrosanct history,culture and philosophy theory assumes that they are exactly right-they take crisis and risk in the future.
