今天,在我的文誌說明,我們的國家需要一類新模式與安全與新世代抗衡;
蔡英文沒有說錯,這是一類廣泛的共識,特別是,不相關於歷史,文化與哲學!
全球改變的速度,已經超越頑固的歷史與文化,甚至,國家政策;
現在,已經過時的歷史與文化邏輯,也已經產生嚴重的歧視與對立;
未來,我們共同的國家安全,經濟安全,不能夠再依賴一個頑固的歷史與文化平衡;
頑固的歷史與文化平衡,不再是我們的夥伴!
恐怖平衡的安全威脅,來自頑固的歷史與文化,特別是,暴力擴散!
這是終結歷史的時候,共同地,反擊與面對,未來的威脅與挑戰!
我們必須建立有效的國家系統,依據最佳的選擇-沈默的艦隊/女人!
終結歷史的最佳選擇-沈默的艦隊/女人,能夠保護我們的國家民眾與夥伴;
因為終結歷史的最佳選擇是務實與積極的展示模式-女人不再是我們的敵人!
頑固的歷史與文化,必須了解新模式與安全與新世代企圖!
沈默的艦隊/女人是國家優勢與安全性!
頑固的歷史與文化,什麼也不做,也不承諾安全;
所以,我們不應該讓它們規劃,我們不需要的陳詞濫調!
是以,我們應該重新檢視,國家要求在新模式環境;
在新模式環境下,確認如何最佳地滿足女人機會與安全需求!
我草案,並採取作戰行動!
國家必須以身作賊,因為沈默的艦隊/女人是我們國家的最佳戰略利益,甚至,全球!
不可否認,這將是一個劃時代的終結歷史的行為;
我們有機會掌握時機,啟動一個新合作世代的騰籠換鳥!
古老的歷史與文化;
我們必須了解新的挑戰,而不是固步自封;
因為沈默的艦隊/女人是我們應該要作的!

The second editions: Silent fleet/Women

Today,in my an essay is to explain our nation needs a new pattern and security that matches a new era.
Ms.蔡英文 of explanation is no mistake,and there is broad common concept,in particular,not related to history,culture,and philosophy.
The global change has sped up than stubborn of history and culture,even,national policy.
Now,history and culture logic has outdated,also,has brought serious about prejudice and confrontation.
Our mutual national and economic security cannot be able to no longer determine on a history and culture balance of stubborn in the future.
The history and culture balance of stubborn themselves are no longer our partners.
The security threats of terroristic balance comes from the stubborn of history and culture.In paericular,terroristic proliferation.
It is time to ending of history,and we are working together to defeat and face threats and challenges for the future.
We must build effective national system,and based on the best available options-Silent fleet -/Women.
Ending of history is based on the best available options-silent fleet /women,that can be protect our nation,people,and partners.
Because of ending of history is based on the best available options are practical,positive patterns to show to women,who are no longer our adversaries.
Stubborn of history and culture must understand new pattern and security ,and new era of intentions.
Silent fleet /women are national security and superiority.
Stubborn of history and culture does nothing,also,to promise us secure.
So,we should not hold hackneyed and stereotyped communication that they plan do not needs.
So,we should rethink the national requirements in a new pattern environment.
We determine how best to meet women opportunities and security demands in a new pattern environment.
I have planned,and take war-fighting action on it.
Nation must be prepared to lead by example,because of silent fleet /women are in our best strategic benefit,even,worldwide.
It cannot denied that this will be an act of epochal ending of history-we own opportunities,and hold  the moment,and start a new cooperative era of the jump cages over for early birds.

We must understand new challenges,not fixate on old ones.
