軍事風格革命是區域穩定力量在台灣

序言:
本報告是台灣窮小子觀察《Taiwan 21 Proposal》後,並依據,洪榮一與蔡英文的說明;
其實,區域穩定力量,著眼於革命歷程,這類是不相關於歷史,文化與哲學,特別是,終結歷史;
或不論是成功或失敗的結果,格外是,國家面對歷史與文化暴力極端主義與恐怖主義,與應該採取的未來國家戰略機制!
端視三十年以來,我們一直討論台灣軍事革命,旦很不幸的是,在這個時間進程作戰部隊的效率與紀律,早已經下降;
台灣窮小子認為,中華民國沒有相應對,頑固的歷史與文化的壓力改變,特別是,當前與未來,不能預測終結歷史!
畢竟,軍事穩定力量的可行性,顯然是一個主要的因素,這不僅是,國家與政黨穩定,同時,也是社會與民眾的信心;
所以,為什麼台灣軍事革命是需要呢?
嘗記得最早要求革命的是軍事技術革命的影響,或如:IDF;
旦也是很不幸的是,頑固的歷史與文化,難以足夠的接納技術革命的想法;
或如同:它們不可能接納,女人是夥伴的想法!
其實,軍事技術革命的影響是在整合,也將是深化,國家打擊力量,與面對,新模式與新世代的變化;
這類是不相關於歷史,文化與哲學!
在很大程度上,意味著國家需要調整兵力結構與引進新的作戰系統,雖然是,燒錢的事實;
特別是,以終結歷史的思維,正確地運用它們的相互操作性;
不可否認,這是有遠見的視域,讓國家社會與民眾,了解不同種類的作戰團隊與武力,是二十一世紀的國家與國土安全保證!
這類是不相關於歷史,文化與哲學,或如:女人是我們最忠誠的戰略夥伴!
與此同時,台灣軍事革命是機會並創造,新模式軍力,甚至,能夠成為國家的建設力量,或如:女人!

在未來進程中,台灣軍事革命是說明國家安全的道理來取代舊的原則;

並且,嘗試,找回我們的大國地位-新獨立的國家軍力,繼續反擊歷史與文化暴力極端主義與恐怖主義!

前言:

台灣軍事革命的結構性弱點是被頑固的歷史與文化所壓制!
不可否認,古老又頑固的歷史與文化的軍事部署思維,還是仔細地維持備戰狀態;
特別是,軍事技術,嘗試防衛的影響,可以很清楚地,瞄繪古老又頑固的歷史與文化的錯誤!
因為軍事技術是完全獨立的想法與夢想,任何技術參數都是面對實際的結構問題;
簡單來說,最佳的作戰團隊是裝備與載人,或是說,作戰部隊的動員儲備!
因此,新模式的軍事革命與部署是反擊,所謂歷史與文化暴力極端主義與恐怖主義;
特別是,技術,這是我們的頭腦來創造與解決資源不足的因素;
這類是不相關於歷史,文化與哲學!
當然,這不簡單,但是,它可能會出現在未來,如果,我們終結歷史?
或是說,軍事技術,在面對國家人口學議題,也能夠產生立竿見影的影響;
就是募兵的增加,是讓軍事技術變得很糟糕,因為它就像一個雜燴!
是以,新模式的軍事革命是重新部署,並正試圖,透過引入,技術架構,以取代傳統的指揮鏈;
換句話說,國家軍事力量的重大改變,這類是不相關於歷史,文化與哲學!
然而,頑固的歷史與文化下,一個非常奇怪的組合,也在實踐中被證明是滑稽;
格外是,忽略國家動員的理論弱點,是以,它是一個明確的承認失敗!
因此,它們嘗試用擁有全面性的作戰能力是被折衷,或清楚地說明,已經完全失去了作戰力;是以,保有作戰指揮與控制是很困難!
因為我們正面臨著一個簡單的選擇-我們堅持頑固的歷史與文化,讓女人沒有機會,年輕人沒有夢想-國家沒有軍力!
因為他們沒有指揮能力- 完全無用的與有缺陷的系統!
新模式的軍事革命與部署是將國家兵力和結構組織-技術轉移,專門用於國家軍隊的研究和設計,以創新突破性技術!
這類是不相關於歷史,文化與哲學!
這應該讓我們終結歷史,當完全理解21世紀的國家作戰實力是決定在速度與靈活,而不是,頑固的歷史與文化!

Revolution in military style is as regional stability forces in the Taiwan.

 Foreword:

This report is examined by 台灣窮小子,who read 《Taiwan 21 Proposal》,after,and than,according with Mr.洪榮一 and Ms.蔡英文 of explanations.Indeed, regional stability forces looks at the consequences of revolution process,and these are not related to history,culture and philosophy.In particular,ending of history,or no matter what either success or failure,especially,our nation will be meeting historical&Cultural violent extremism and terrorism,so our nation should are being taken to national strategic  mechanism for the future.
In accordance with nearly three decades we have been discussing about revolution in R.O.C./Taiwan military,but,unfortunately,throughout that time the efficiency and discipline  of those war-fighting forces have  fallen dramatically.
台灣窮小子thinks that the R.O.C. have  quite simply failed to stupid of history and culture  pressures to change,in particular,we cannot  foresee ending of history in the now and future.
After all, the viability of the military stability forces are clearly a major condition,these are  not just nation and political party  stability,at the same time,are also social and people of confidences.
So,why is necessary for Taiwan's military revolution?
It has just remembered that many of the earliest calls for  revolution would be military-technical revolution of influence,such as :IDF.
But,also,unfortunately,stuppid of history and culture were  difficult enough to allow these technical revolution ideas,or,such as:they were unlikely to allow the idea of "women are partners".
In fact, military-technical revolution of impact would be integrating,also,intensifying national attack forces,and meeting new pattern and new era of changes.
These are not related to history,culture and philosophy.
In largely implied introduction of that adjusts force structures and exploits new war-fihghting system of national need,although,it is burning money true that we are using ending of history concept exactly to operate their interoperability.It cannot denied that it is  far-sighted vision,and do our nation,soceity and people realise that different war-fighting teams and forces will be national security and homeland security of promises.
These are not related to history,culture and philosophy.As women are our the most loyal strategic partners.
At the same time,revolution in R.O.C./Taiwan military is an opportunity,and than,create new pattern of military force,even,they will be able to become national building force.As:women.
In the future process,,revolution in R.O.C./Taiwan military will explain  the truth of national security,and instead of old principle,and than,try to re-cover our super power position-the  newly independent national force will continuely defeat historical&Cultural violent extremism and terrorism.

Preface:

Structural Weaknesses of the revolution in R.O.C./Taiwan military would being oppressed by stupid of history and culture.
It cannot denied that the age-old,stupid of history and culture of military deployed concept were remained maintained at carefully war-fighting of readiness.
In particular,the effort of military technology tries to defend everything may be clearly drawn by  looking at the mistakes of stupid history and culture.
Because of military technology is completely  independent of ideas and dreams;any technical arguments are always meeting  practical structures  problems.
Simply put,the best war-fighting units were equipped and manned,or said,war-fighting forces of mobilization reserve.
Thus,new pattern of military  revolution and deployment is to defeat,so-called historical&Cultural violent extremism and terrorism,in particular,technology will being create by our brain,and dealed with  under-resourced condition.
These are not related to history,culture and philosophy.
Of course,this was not as simple as it might show in the future,if we would be ending of history.
Or said that military technology is to meeting national demographic problems will be able to have an immediate impact.
As increase in recruited that make military technology  much worse,which is likely a hotch-potch.
So,as new pattern of military  revolution is to redeploy,and try to through introduce technological framework to  replace the traditional of  command chain,in other words,it is major change in  national military force.
Yet,under the stupid of history and culture,a very curious mix was also being demonstrated in practice by the farcical,especially,they were ignoring theoretical weakness of national  mobilization.As it was a clear admission of failure.
Thus by they trying to keep war-fighting capability for general which was compromised,or  it clearly explain that its ability has completely lost itswar-fighting effectiveness. So,as they cannot be properly war-fighting command and control were so hard.
Because of we are faced with a simple option-we stick to stupid of history and culture,that make women no change,young people no dream-nation no military force.
Because of they are no command ability-they are absolutely useless and defectiveness.
As new pattern of military  revolution and deployment will be transferred technology into national force and structural organization,and  previously earmarked for national force  to research and design work  aimed at creating breakthrough technologies.
These are not related to history,culture and philosophy.
This should enable us to ending of history,when we absolutely understand perfectly well,in the 21th century national war-fighting force will be determined by speed and flexibility,rather than,stupid of history and culture.
