前言

其實，在台灣鄉土理念是很簡單的夢想；這意味著，國家考慮到台灣人的核心利益，其相關聯每個作戰部署；這也意味著，我們共同承擔設計一個台灣未來的風格與戰略使命，與超越古老的歷史與文化的社會，一個明確的國家戰略定義，與一個真正的夥伴關係！台灣鄉土主義是當務之急，透過，簡單的地緣，可能也有逃不掉的牽絲攀藤；但是，當它在我們台灣人的共同利益下，做事，將有更好的幫助；終結歷史將會被證明是成功在未來的台灣鄉土主義；因為古老的歷史與文化僅是譴責，或作為一種不切實際的努力，與將傷害台灣的政經活力；然而，台灣鄉土主義鼓勵開放，並帶來優勢，如果有的話，那將會改變台灣面貌！端視古老的歷史與文化，沒有，當然，有它們的窘境，也沒有挑戰，其中的問題是，缺乏平等與機會，擔心將會被推翻！古老的歷史與文化是固步自封，忽略全球改變與趨勢；二十年後，歷史將給于很好的證明，當台灣從現在的樣子非常不同！所以，在台灣，在中國，雙邊關係迫切需要終結歷史；台灣鄉土主義，取得深化合作，並把它帶入未來二十年，建立成功的互信夥伴關係，這將肯定會定義，雙邊關係在可預期的未來；放棄古老的歷史與文化，台灣還是活得很好，一個強大的生命體；即使，面對全球經濟衰退，也能夠叫醒沉睡的台灣靈魂！十九世紀的包袱和20世紀的框架，無法面對二十一世紀的務實與現實！換句話說，我們面對一定程度與選擇時刻，終結歷史的行為，作為一個強大的生命體，視域將遠遠超過古老的理念！我們的國家的戰略目標是建立在這樣的台灣鄉土主義；因為古老的歷史與文化改變的關係並不容易！台灣鄉土主義擁有共同的歷史和文化，它的正能量是兼容的；所以不只是可能共同努力我們能夠穩固國家優勢地與地位但是，允許古老的歷史與文化的關係繼續腐敗，那台灣可能將會吊車尾！

台灣鄉土主義可能成為一個時機協議的重新評估，也許，啟動終結歷史的進程，讓台灣設定新模式的策略目標，為新模式國家關係，向前發展；可能在傳統的台灣鄉土中，這不應該使人感到意外！雖然，台灣自二十世紀九零年代以來，實行許多國家政經政策，它仍然是建立在台灣鄉土，擁有台灣人互信關係中獲益；然而，今天，最緊急的國家挑戰，特別是，在民眾安全，經濟機會與暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的範疇，自長遠來看，終結歷史將深入地緩和壓力！六年前，台灣只有一個總統，一個有抱負的改變，但在國家政策與策略議程，讓台灣人認為不切實際的！最值得注意的是，這些建議的議程，稅負，能源與教育的進展，仍然是依循古老的歷史與文化；是以，終結歷史，致力找回台灣靈魂，於反擊，古老陰魂正在進行的戰爭；不可否認它，可能是一個漫長的作戰，但有時候，艱苦的經驗是最小的，也將是最好的；台灣人，大致相同的，最終，可以說是，為了台灣！台灣深陷於古老的歷史與文化分歧，這是大麻煩，甚至，在台灣的對話，已經變得越來越煽動，面對危機，似乎無終止的窘境；所以，在此背景下，著手努力在終結歷史，以提高台灣人與生俱來的互信與合作；這種極端的歷史與文化，不會專注於危機處理，也同樣不會專注於台灣鄉土的未來發展；多年以來，台灣多次停滯於提供改變的最終決定，是以，展望更遠的未來，終結歷史可能是最好的作戰部署來驅動台灣鄉土這一結果；簡單來說，古老的歷史與文化讓台灣失去活力，並在最近幾年，停滯不前；台灣鄉土，也許是想法，但比什麼都重要－終結歷史的想法，台灣是好樣的，面對未來的挑戰的機會將會有很多！

台灣－鄉土－台灣靈魂，如何往外看?

但是，台灣鄉土主義在一定範疇和在選擇的時刻，台灣人的行為是一個集體的靈魂，願景是超過唬爛的歷史與文化的理念；

台灣鄉土是充滿活力的整體化國家戰術部署，跨越泛太平洋夥伴關係，擁有一個強有力的國家承諾，以深化台灣框架，適應二十一世紀；
台灣人能夠證明一件容易的事-我們的國家自己救，不需要古老的歷史與文化！
端視一個難以捉摸的歷史與文化國家運動，台灣鄉土，面向泛太平洋夥伴關係，作為一個潛在性台灣鄉土框架，在未來二十年；
歷史與文化國家運動，不太可能完全實現台灣鄉土的夢想，是以，它們的願景讓人懷疑；

最好的辦法是解決問題的關鍵，在於終結歷史的台灣鄉土的夢想，找回台灣人與生俱來的互信與信心，一個接一個；
透過終結歷史，解決古老的歷史與文化，與提供一個整體化的國家合作夥伴關係，驅動，進一步往前走足夠的政治意願；
即使，終結歷史讓人擔心，但是，這種關係的密切程度是來自台灣鄉土的夢想，而不是古老的歷史與文化！
國家安全與獨立是在可預期的未來，而不是古老的歷史與文化！

而且，自鄉土理論上來說，共同的台灣夥伴關係，做出大規模的國家轉型！

結論

要緊的的決定是，台灣人，透過終結歷史，走在一起；所有，我們有失去傳統性優勢，讓台灣歷史與文化軌跡發散；
它可以沿著一條終結歷史的路；思考與耐心，讓所有的台灣人，正視在一艘航艦－一步一步地前進！
這就是說，重新檢視台灣鄉土主義與國家承諾，以升級，當前與未來的台灣框架，而不是古老的歷史與文化！
所謂的歷史與文化是唬爛主義的的白日夢，是過去最成功的國家唬爛；
