作為新聖戰的黑旗，那絕對是自古老的歷史與文化中發動聖戰；

它們要建立一個意識形態的地位！

可憐的是，有許多難民，將尋求庇護；

伊拉克，這個國家，不了解國家穩定，主權與自立自主，特別是，美國人回家後！

所以，新聖戰的黑旗以古老的歷史與文化，正在撕裂這個國家；

依據新聖戰黑旗的戰術目的是，透過古老的歷史與文化，建立一個國家，重新繪製，中亞的政治地圖；

隨著歷史與文化，其象徵優勢，與不斷增加的年輕人，平心而論，僅是一類安慰，沒有想法與部署！

因為歷史與文化的類型是好戰鬥與恐怖；

所以，伊拉克必須決心擁有一個態度，甚至，拒絕歷史與文化的侮辱，這將鼓舞民眾，支持國家與軍隊；

同時，ISIS的自殺模式，有一天，也將會瞄準美國與西方國家；

是以．中國與台灣．必須引以為鏡！

古老的歷史與文化是沒有靈魂與頭腦，其改變將是繼續製造混亂；

即使有一個終結，也很困難地預防聖戰！

聖戰

美國總統的疏忽-姑息，可能是預防，美國被吸在一個恐怖的歷史與文化威脅，避免陷入更惡化的糟糕情勢 ；

端視ISIS的活動範圍，可能將透過伊拉克與敘利亞的部分地區，建立一個全球恐怖基地；

想一想，當年的賓拉登的基地是在阿富汗！

雖然，ISIS僅是奪權，今天，但是，他們可能有外國護照，所以，他們的目標，將會是廣泛的；

是以，如果，不重視它，其將意味中東將很有可能爆發更多的流血事件，包括，全球；

其實，ISIS擁有與生俱來的伊斯蘭教義與作戰好手，戰場經驗，也優於伊拉克軍隊；

與此同時，生活在伊拉克的民眾是苦不堪言，因為腐敗；

美國人回家了，伊拉克缺乏就業與教育機會，那國家前景也將隨之黯淡；

這就是歷史與文化！

As the black flag of new holy war,that so absolute is the age-old of history and culture from which to start holy war,they want to build up a ideological status.
Pitifully,there will have more refugees seek sanctuary.
This country - IRAQ,they did not understand what the National stability,sovereign,and self-reliant,in particular,when American back Home.
So as the black flag of new holy war,who is tearing this country as well as using age-old of history and culture.
According with the tactical objective of black flag of new holy war is to redraw the geopolitical map of the Middle East by building a Nation,through age-old of history and culture.
With history and culture their symbolic superiority and an endless increasing of young men, obviously,that will be only a comfort - no idea and deployment.
Because kind of history and cultrue are militancy and terror.So,IRAQ must be determined to own a stand,even deny embarrassing of history and culture,that will muster up people to support the Nation,and the troops.
At the same time,one day,ISIS's the model of self-annihilation will target the United.States and the Western countries.So,the China and the Taiwan must learn a lesson , and take warning.
The age-old of history and culture are no soul and brain,which their change will continue to cause chaos.
Even with a End,it will also be tough to prevent holy war.

HOLY WAR

The U.S. president was being indulged by omission,that would prevent America being sucked in a terrorist threat of history and cultrue,and avoid it situations sucking into an even worse mess.
And according with ISIS's range will through parts of Syria and Iraq,build a base for global terror.That re-think reminiscent of Osama bin Laden's base in the Afghanistan during the same year.
Although,ISIS is just taking over power,but,they will have foreign passports,so,their objective will be wider.
As if we cannot pay much attention to it,and its means that break out more bloodshed in the Middle East,including worldwide.
Indeed,ISIS is born of warfare skilled hand and Islamic fundamentalism. And also,their battlefield experience is as bettter as Iraq's troop.
At the same time,life in Iraq's people  is miserable.Because of corruption.
American return home,and Iraq lacks of jobs and education opportunities that national prospects will be bare.
That's what the history and culture are!
