建構在新世代的勞動工人作戰體

說實話,台灣的企業主:我們一起來操您媽歷史與文化;
產業的未來願景是在新的學生族群與新世代工作者,而不是歷史與文化;
不可否認,體恤經營辛苦,但是,記得台灣窮小子的歷史建議:
公元一九七八年,台灣人的竹篙倒菜刀在台北市北門,這可是連美國人都害怕;
比較雖小的是特使阿福;
舉例來說:龐大的鴻海郭台銘,或是長榮的張榮發絕對不懂量子物理;
今天的成就是建立在過去台灣靈巧的手勞動工人作戰群,絕對不會是歷史與文化!
給鴻海企業郭台銘先生,長榮企業的張榮發先生,與中小企業主:
放心啦!台灣窮小子,甘願給水燒死,給火淹死,給火車從天空壓死,給飛機撞死,絕對不會拿您們的薪資;
但是,您們要善待新的學生族群與新世代台灣在地工作者!

NEW MODEL OF TAIWAN'S CONSTRUCTION ESTABLISHES THE NEW ERA OF WAR-FIGHTING WORKFORCE

According with the Korea and the Japan's experiences,at the same time,with consideration school graduation-process,new students groups,new worker's tactical goal are aiming to operate their skill,rather than history and culture,or fill positions in industries needs.
Nonetheless,many young students and new workers remain discouraged in their long-term employment prospects in the technology,in which,in order to help them struggling to well-salarying status.
The head of industries does not need history and culture with workers because they are finding increasingly difficult to hire workers with the skills they need.No wonder Taiwan's National Workforce continues to come down.
In accordance with National demography.Taiwan's aging workforce will play a big,tactical role,in turn,they will leave job positions.
So,these skilled jobs will be the most tough taitical arrangements to fill National superiority.As the central government have all the more reason to focus tactics on new era of war-fighting workforce,rather than history and culture.
New era of war-fighting workforce can help support several different industrial areas,Taiwan's National economy will ongoing recovery,and industries will provide competitive salary.While doing so,the tactical objective is to Ending of history because Taiwanese needs work and we are not hungry.
Indeed,we must be question stupid of history and culture future National workforce needs.In other words,The age will show that different industrial areas to the immediacy of these replacement needs.
Moving forward,we need to understand that will face the gigantic employment gap in the Taiwan's industries across workforce.
As we need to consider Ending of history of opportunities available to young students groups and new workers who remain help push future Taiwan's economic growth,rather than history and culture.
The central government can work together with the head of industries to deal with National workforce needs across the Taiwan for the future.

依據韓國與日本的經驗,同時,考量學校畢業進程;

新的學生族群,新的工作者的戰術目標,應該是先運用自己的技術;

而不是歷史與文化,或填補產業需要的位置!

然而,許多年輕學生與新的工作者,還是要鼓勵在他們的長期性職業願景在技術,

以幫助他們努力爭取好的薪資地位;

產業主不需要歷史與文化的工作者;

因為他們發現越來越困難地找到工作者,能夠提供他們所需要的技術;

難怪,台灣的國家勞動參與率不斷地下降;

依據國家人口學,台灣的勞工老齡化,將會發揮很大的戰術影響作用;

另言之,他們將離開工作位置;

所以,在未來十年,熟練技術的工作將是最困難的戰術安排來填補國家優勢;

是以中央政府,更有理由把戰術重點,置於新世代勞動工人作戰體,而不是歷史與文化!

新世代勞動工人作戰體能夠幫助,支持,幾個不同的產業領域;

台灣的國家經濟將持續復甦,產業將提供有競爭力的薪資,而這樣做的戰術目標是終結歷史;

因為台灣人要吃飯與工作!

事實上,我們必須懷疑糟糕的歷史與文化未來的國家勞動力需求;

換句話說,不同的產業領域,年齡將顯示產業需求的緊迫性;

放眼未來,我們需要理解將會面對巨大的工作缺口在台灣產業的勞動工人作戰力!

是以,我們需要考慮終結歷史,提供給年輕族群與新工作者一個機會;

他們才是能夠幫助台灣驅動未來經濟成長,而不是歷史與文化!

中央政府與產業領導人能夠共同努力,優先來解決未來台灣國家的勞動工人作戰力需求!
