前言:

端視中華民國長期以來，缺乏反擊策略部署；

即使是，前總統李登輝先生的國家安全法；

重點是，一直在古老的歷史與文化，主義！

然而，在過去二十年，國內的暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，誰早已經侵犯國土安全的犯罪；

糟糕的歷史與文化意識形態破壞台灣人的安全，與全國各地的基礎設備！

台灣並沒有正式與公開列出國內的暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義；

舉例來說，誰擁抱暴力歷史與文化犯罪意識形態，

支持，無政府主義，環境權，反政府主義，地域至上，甚至，反墮胎的理念；

另言之，暴力歷史與文化犯罪意識形態已經超越憲法保護的合法的抗議，與界限；

特別是，引起美國與日本等國的關注！

是以，國家立法院必須擴大政府在反擊，誰從事暴力歷史與文化犯罪意識形態犯罪活動，

特別是，建構立法權威；

本報告重點，特別是，政府如何對暴力歷史與文化犯罪意識形態活動，評估這一威脅的部署理念化；

依據高雄爆炸案與台北捷運恐怖攻擊案，暴力歷史與文化犯罪意識形態活動已經侵犯台灣的國土安全；

不幸地是，台灣人還沒有投入許多的關注，自糟糕的歷史與文化；

另言之，土生土長的犯罪意識形態活動！

FOREWORD:

In longer term,according with the R.O.C. lacks of counterattack strategy-deployment,despite that the former President Mr.Lee Teng-hui's National Security Act.So,it has been on the age-old of history and culture,and a doctrine.
However, in the last two decades,domestic violent history-culture extremism and terrorism,whose have already encroached on Homeland security crimes ; and ideologial stupid of history and culture has destroyed Taiwanese security,and infrastructures across the country.
Taiwan do not officially and openly list domestic violent history-culture extremism and terrorism.
For instance,these individuals who hold crimes in the violent history-culture of ideologies supporting anarchism,environmental rights,anti-government-ism,regional supremacy,even anti-abortion concepts.
In turn,the violent history-culture of ideological crimes have overcome constitutionally protected legitimate protest,in particular,it has has received the U.S. and the Japan attention,so on.
So,National Legislative yuan must particularly expand the government's legitimative authority to counterattack who engage in criminal activity with violent history-culture of ideologies.
This report focuses particularly on how criminal activity with the violent history-culture of ideologies are conceptualized by the government is involved in assessing this threat's deployment.
According with Kaohsiung's explosions and Taipei's subway terrorism attack cases,and the criminal activity with the violent history-culture of ideologies have done within the Taiwan's Homeland security ; unfortunately,Taiwanese have not received as much attention from stupid of history and culture.
This was necessarily always the case within the criminal activity of the violent history-culture of ideologies.
During the past two decades - of the deadly terrorist attacks occurring in the global countries have been committed by domestic the criminal activity of the violent history-culture of ideologies.So,Taiwan must upgrade counterattack effortsin in response to them.
This report will be with the DPP,and Ms.蔡英文report that  domestic violent history and culture which this age-old criminal activity has been come by stupid of history and culture, and shaped in response to their inspirations.
Today,Taiwan should focus on domestic the criminal activity of the violent history-culture of ideologies,in which,in order to assess their scope of war-fighting.In turn,homegrown criminal activity of ideologies.
Additionally,this conceptualization of the criminal activity of the violent history-culture of ideologies that will be reported to the DPP,and Ms.蔡英文.
