前言二:

本報告將嘗試說明，反政府暴力的極端主義與恐怖主義的戰術定義:

糟糕的歷史與文化一直負責與策劃，反政府暴力極端主義與恐怖主義行動；

並且，發展忠實的狗團隊在最近幾年；

首先是，國家定義問題是:

基本上來說，沒有明顯的感覺有多少區域的恐怖攻擊案件發生；

但造成政府已經失敗；

不可否認，這是很困難地評估反政府暴力極端主義與恐怖主義行動範圍；

因為台灣政府還沒有使用戰術術語與部署來描述它；

國家立法院是否有足夠的情報作戰能力來面對它；

對於情報作戰能力，沒有一套標準的接戰原則，可以適用於反政府暴力極端主義與恐怖主義行動；

此外，中央與地方政府調查可能缺乏標準情報收集能力，特別是，可疑行動報告；

國家立法院能夠詢問政府的反政府暴力極端主義與恐怖主義策略，

以及，在地社運團體是否有關反政府暴力極端主義與恐怖主義想法；

所以，戰術重點放在終結歷史－強迫收起課本；

終結歷史的國家價值，討論如何帶動因應策略，以平息反政府暴力極端主義與恐怖主義相關激進化；

網絡的濫用

反政府暴力極端主義與恐怖主義通常了解網絡，非正式知識和能力，

2,FOREWORD:

This report will try to explain tactical significance for ANTI-GOVERNMENT VIOLENCE of extremism and terrorism:
Stupid of history and culture have been responsible and orchestrated for ANTI-GOVERNMENT VIOLENCE of extremism and terrorism activities,and as developed by watchdog team-work in the recent several years.
At first,it is the question of National definitions.
Fundamentally,there is no obvious sense of how many plots of terrorist attacks have happened,but the government has failed.

National Legislative yuan can ask the Administration on which strategy of ANTI-GOVERNMENT VIOLENCE of extremism and terrorism to focus on under the Ending of history,and enforce closed books,which local social community groups it is whether to engage ANTI-GOVERNMENT VIOLENCE of extremism and terrorism issue.
Ending of history,may be of National value to how start responsible strategy fits into the ANTI-GOVERNMENT VIOLENCE of extremism and terrorism related radicalization.

Eventually,Taiwan has not been emphasize as a political stadium in which terrorist radicalization.
Stupid of history and culture search into fire up ideologies of ANTI-GOVERNMENT VIOLENCE of extremism and terrorism,and in a number of instances,these become indispensable tactical identities to cohesive power.
However, it must be emphasized that largely push their war-fighting activity and belief is coming from stupid of history and culture.
So,National Legislative yuan must consider to Ending of history in counterattack ANTI-GOVERNMENT VIOLENCE of extremism and terrorism regarding the central governmental role in joint operation.
