Opportunity will take war-fighting action,than,as a new model of National commitment and opportunity to drive and own a independent war-fighting system.Because driving mobility-mechanism is a long-term National mission,spanning Congress and the central government.
In general terms, we must be recognizing and agreeing,the we do have a mobility problem is compromised space between negotiating on policy and war-fighting solution,it will still be possible,or at least agree to trend in mobility,track and assess the likely effects of various policy and war-fighting solution.
