其實，長期以來，日本是美國最大的策略合作夥伴；

尤其是，正在進行的泛太平洋夥伴關係談判的主要參與者；

畢竟，太陽升起的扶桑土地，當前正在進行的一個寧靜的國家轉型-終結歷史；

或強調新美國與日本關係！

雖然，過去的反日本風潮，但是，傳統的日本容忍的重新平衡，相互支援；

帶來的是華盛頓和東京，比任何時候，分享一個真正的共同夢想-

美國與日本的新經濟關係；
