It doubts that such attacking like Russia and Iran,even and also this is plot between the United States and Saudi Arabia while the fall in the global oil prices.

In other words,the expansion of oil and gas production,the fall largely to reducing global growth expectations,too.

I argued that oil prices dropped will push global economic growth,but it will bring the impact on efforts to climate change could be destroying.

Indeed,drop in oil prices will not only attack the emerging energy development and competitiveness,

at the same time,global consumers will not seek energy-efficient practices.

Absolutely,sometimes, science is not accurate ; but assesses do not mean that the risk is less serious to the climate change.

Indeed,decline in oil prices does,provide a hard to come by political change,

after all,global countries are to recognize this point, that energy will be increasingly more expensive.

In short, the current global environment of falling oil prices enables the worldwide to face expensive energy and climate change ;

it should workable change ; most important,after all,low oil prices opportunity will not remain for very long.

AN OPPORTUNITY AND ECONOMY

雖然，全球原油價格下跌，可能讓人懷疑：

這是打擊俄羅斯與伊朗，甚至懷疑，這也是美國與沙烏地阿拉伯的陰謀！

換句話說，原油與天然氣的擴大生產，在很大程度上，也將減少預期性全球經濟成長；

個人認為是，雖然，油價下跌，將驅動全球經濟成長；

但可能產生的影響將是破壞性在全球氣候改變的努力！

事實上，油價下跌，不僅打擊新興能源的發展與競爭力；

同時，全球消費者不會循求節約能源！

當然，有時候，科學是不準確的；

但是，評估並不意味不嚴重的氣候改變的風險！

其實，油價下跌提供一個難得的政治改變；

畢竟，全球各國認識到這點－能源將越來越貴！

總之，油價下跌對當前的全球環境將讓全世界面對昂貴能源與氣候改變；

它應該是柔性的改變，最重要的是，畢竟，低油價的機會不會很久！
