Indeed,the emergence of Air-craft carrier,that it was not bought by common Chinese ;

put simply,the crazy history and culture show off the dignity of ethnic group,and happiness of Nation.

While not exactly,too,but former Soviet navy had already made money.

Turns out the long wait,China has owned eventually an Air-craft carrier,which warship plying the Asian waters ;

in turn,China has become a member of global Air-craft carrier club.Feeling sort,is that right?

That what the hell does this history and culture about China's does this ?

Chinese history and culture is nothing to say,perhaps,but importantly,

the PRC expects Naval power,and it hears a second aircraft carrier that will appear.

MONEY-LAUNDERING AND GAME OF HISTORY AND CULTURE

According with Chinese President Xi Jinping's words in July 2013,

"We need to do more to take interest in the sea, understand the sea, and strategically manage the sea, and continually do more to promote China’s efforts to become a maritime power.”

Absolutely,of course,it has fired off many extremists of the enthusiastic history and culture,who seek maritime dream for National open-going navy.

But extremist's feeling support attacking the international high seas.

In other words,extremists of the enthusiastic history and culture have been admiring National Naval Power that encouraging Chinese people.

the enthusiastic history and culture speed up to push,and fervently National budgets it arranges,that such will ignore to dot fighting force,

in particular,budgets set apart to the navy is still in the black box.

Besides,perhaps that historical condition of "thought of exceeding Grand Britain and keeping up with the United States" ;

China's defense budget has maintained oftern at double-digit rates,

in particular,the U.S. defense spending has declined in recently for five years ;

and the gap is narrowing,so China will be also probably overhaul the U.S. Navy in the next five years,

Put simply,China has just been followed by historical condition of "thought of exceeding Grand Britain and keeping up with the United States" which

faced the global ocean,and did not as good as the years of the polar bear.

Meanwhile, the United States is trying to face the adversary head-on global ocean,and deter Russia and Iran ;

in addition to the ground,counterattacking global-terrorism,

in turn,it reflects everywhere with defense budget,also demonstrates the United States maritime supremacy,rather than history and culture.

Indeed,the surpassing capability is as well,but establishing a "Carrier battle group",including nuclear attacking submarines,

which are just a ancestral tablet.

For history and culture,the air-craft carrier is only signified China's historical humiliation,

or re-turn back to superpower.Nonetheless,China is really a superpower,or not?

Althopugh,China has jointed global air-craft carrier club,and also meet the enthusiastic history and culture,and ethnic pride ;

in fact,it will be a bottomless pit.

Despite that Cheng Ho had made 15th-century voyages to the Indian Ocean,

which historical definition was establishment of trade ties with the Indian Ocean countries,rather than military conquest.

Unfortunately,Asia's countries worried about China’s military rise,and that is exactly the face the PRC is unwilling to history and culture present.

Eventually,obvious look provides a reminder that China's aircraft-carrier come as at least,and hiding China’s naval progress.

After all,the logic of being a rising power ; a powerful competitor who cannot own entrenched power which must deploy orders and tactics ;

at the same time,must be soft-pedal,too.

History and culture are dangerous fretfulness and complacency.

In particular,they tend to dissimulation in the first place,and they do have full "BIG WORDS" to lie about ambitions.

So,I have to admire the first one of China's aircraft-carrier.

MARITIME-MOTIVATIONAL OF CHINA FOR AIR-CRAFT CARRIER

其實，航空母艦的出現，它不是普通中國人出錢買；

簡單來說，古怪的歷史與文化炫耀民族驕傲，與幸福國家！

雖然，也不完全是，但是，前蘇聯海軍挣錢！

原來，漫長的等待，中國總算有航空母艦航行在亞洲海域；

另言之，中國成為全球航空母艦俱樂部會員，很爽喔，對不對?

那到底甚麼是中國海洋歷史與文化呢?

中國歷史與文化並沒有，也許重要的是，中共期待的海軍力量；

聽說即將有第二艘航空母艦出現？

歷史與文化的洗錢與遊戲

依據中國國家主席習近平在二零一三年七月說：

我們需要做更多的海洋利益，理解海洋的策略管理，並驅動更多的努力，讓中國成為海洋國家！

當然，這引爆許多歷史與文化極端主義的熱情，追尋海洋夢想，為國家大洋海軍！

但是，極端主義的情緒支持攻擊國際公海，

換句話說，歷史與文化極端主義讚美國家海軍力量的奇蹟來激勵中國民眾！

歷史與文化極端主義的熱情，加速驅動與慷慨地編列國家預算，這可能將忽略分散戰鬥力量；

特別是，分配預算給海軍還是在黑盒子！

此外，可能是超英趕美的歷史因素，中國國防預算通常維持在兩位數；

特別是，近五年以來，美國國防預算的縮減，差距縮小，中國也可能在未來五年超越美國海軍！

簡單來說，中國僅是依循超英趕美的歷史因素來面對全球海洋，還不如當年的北極熊！

與此同時，美國嘗試正面迎戰全球海洋，並嚇阻俄羅斯和伊朗；

而且，在地面上，反擊全球恐怖主義；

另言之，它反映無處不在的國防預算，也展現出美國的海洋霸主地位，並不是歷史與文化！

其實，超越能力是好的，但是，建構一個航空母艦作戰群，包括，核能攻擊潛艦，這僅是一個神主牌；

對歷史與文化來說，航空母艦僅是標誌中國的歴史屈辱，或重返大國地位；

然而，中國真的是全球大國嗎?

雖然，中國已經加入全球航艦俱樂部，也滿足歷史與文化極端主義的熱情與民族優越感；
事實上，它將是一個無底洞！
即使，在十五世紀，鄭和遠航印度洋，其歷史定義是建立與印度洋各國的貿易關係，而不是軍事冒險！

不幸地是，亞洲各國擔心中國軍事崛起，而這正是中共不願意面對歷史與文化的希望展現！

唬爛在冷眼

最後，冷眼提供一個提醒，事實上，中國航艦，至少衝擊與隱藏中國海軍的進步；

中國航艦不是賭場，但是，中共唬爛，嘗試隱藏軍事計畫！

因為中國孫子兵法說：貶低它來作為一個沒有策略意義的戰術價值；

同樣地，毛澤東也說過：錯過欺騙是沒有機會！

中國格言，這是戰術，幾乎是中國特有的策略作用！

畢竟，大國崛起邏輯，一個強大的競爭者，不能擁有根深蒂固的權力，必須部署命令與戰術，同時，也必須低調！

歷史與文化是危險的煩躁與自大，特別是，傾向於欺騙放在首位；

並有充分的唬爛來欺騙關於雄心壯志；

所以，很佩服第一艘中國航艦！
