The last two decades have been an age of deep social transformation in Taiwan ,

where an expansion of the small-businesses would be reduction of poverty,in particular,1990's.

Put simply,the small-businesses war-fighting capabilities,and superiority represent a fundamental transformation in the Country and the society ,

rather than history and culture.

In the long term , how governments should duly handle with new era demands?

There is no doubt that new era demands will deeply re-build the change on public agenda,in particular,for freedeom,democracy,and spending.

Yet,age-old of history and culture questions remain unanswered :

1,Age-old of history and culture values are different from normal society.
2,Re-integrates irreversible war-fighting capabilities,and superiority of the small-businesses

Indeed,the better of self-perception of history and culture - the Ending-idea values of belonging to the high level , or they are not feeling sort.

In other words,is there anything uncommon about the small-businesses?

Based on an analysis of history in three decades,I argue that the small-

businesses are aspirational National and City war-fighting system,whose are lacking of "BIG WORDS" of history and culture,

especially,they are still a reversal of the economic destinies of Taiwan.

This tactical single shows that governments will have to be Ending of history to meet this growing the small-businesses,

and push their new prosperity , will translate into future model of life.

WHY RE-INTEGRATE ON SMALL BUSINESSES WAR-FIGHTING CAPABILITY AND SUPERIORITY?

The relevance of the small-businesses as tactical condition for National and City development are related to a well-accepted idea :

Ending of hisotry.

A growing small-businesses can become cornerstones of the country and society to counterattack inequality of history and culture ,

and achieve higher standards of development.

A growing small-businesses can push,and create start-up systems,which will be contributing to better job opportunities and intensified entrepreneurship environment of competitiveness.

Especially,intensified National and City savings ; enhanced consumption capacity and prospect,

and as a consequence,economic activity is to expand even further.

But we are not able to be limited to the past of the small-businesses ;

the focus on the emerging small-businesses which can impact the political and social areas for the future.

In the end,the emerging small-businesses can push National and City savings , and new job opportunites:

1,It can be a fundamental war-fighting system for social cohesion , reducing tensions between history and culture levels.

2,It represents stability of free and democratic regimes ; wave of Ending of history.

And it is predisposed to be ideologically moderate ; constitutes political and economic stability as their war-fighting forces.

 (4)TACTICAL PROPOSAL FOR TAIPEI'S MAYOR MR.柯文哲.

過去二十年在台灣，一個深刻的社會轉型是中小企業的擴大，也有助於全面降低貧窮，特別是，二十世紀九零年代；

簡單來說，中小企業的作戰能力與優勢，代表國家與社會的基本轉型，而不是歷史與文化！

從長期來看，政府應該如何回應新世代需求產生影響；

無庸置疑，新世代需求將深刻重建公共議題的改變，特別是，對自由，民主與支出；

然而，古老的歷史與文化問題仍然沒有答案：

一,古老的歷史與文化的價值理念不同於正常的社會！
二,重整不可逆轉中小企業的作戰能力與優勢！

其實，歷史與文化的自我感覺良好對屬於高等終結理念與價值觀，或者他們不是感覺很爽快！

換句話說，中小企業有什麼不尋常呢?

我認為，依據三十年的歷史分析，中小企業還是較為理想的國家與城市作戰體；

沒有歷史與文化的唬爛，尤其是，仍然是逆轉台灣的國家經濟命運！

這個戰術信號說明，政府將不得不終結歷史，

以滿足這一不斷成長的中小企業，驅動他們的新繁榮，轉變成未來生活模式！

為什麼要重整中小企業的作戰能力與優勢?

中小企業作為國家與城市發展的戰術因素是關係到一個理念相關於終結歷史！

不斷成長的中小企業可以成為國家與城市基石，反擊歷史與文化的不公平，並實現高標準發展；

不斷成長的中小企業能夠驅動與創造新興體，有助於更好的工作機會與強化競爭力的創業環境；

特別是，強化國家與城市儲蓄，增強消費能力與願景，因此，進一步擴大經濟行動；

但是，不能夠僅限於擴大過去的中小企業；

重點是新興的中小企業能夠影響未來政治和社會領域的改變！

最後是，新興的中小企業能夠驅動，國家與城市儲蓄與新的工作機會:

一,它能夠是一個基礎作戰體，社會凝聚力，降低歷史與文化階級之間的緊張關係；

二,它代表是自由與民主政權的穩定，終結歷史的奔騰；

它傾向於高層次穩健意識，建構政治與經濟穩定的作戰力量！
