This report focuses on Taiwan's National developments and how they are perceived in group of countries' freedom and democracy.
It emploies the available , conventional history and culture
in the transparen on the trends in the future.

At the same time , the Taiwan should like many nations, is having priority to deal with debt and deficits ,

in which , in order to be directed to be reduced by history and culture in the budget over the next two decade.

I think that it focus on the Budget Act of the social security , especially , new defense budget.

After all , the fiscal reality and challenge ;

this is an opportunity ;

and we are Ending of history to work together to design a new National defense strategy and budget for the future ;

in turn , whatever we face crises and threats that maintains the powerful National military force and domestic social security,

which is extremely important , rather than history and culture.

The strategic net assessment makes clear the Taiwan , that such will be flexible and nimble , rapidly deployable , especially ,

and will re-employ the Taiwan's National science and technology in the future.

It makes equally clear that we must be necessity rebalance towards the security and stability , especially , Homeland security.

We must be Ending of history that emphasize deployment of new model of partnership.Rather than history and culture.

We must be Ending of history that maintain Taiwan presence throughout the globe.

Ending of history has made choices to set priorities ;

we have rightly chosen to make security and stability in Taiwan a priority , rather than history and culture.

Our Ending of history to achieving a basic set of commoned principles ;

principles that drive security and stability , and broadening National partnership , especially the partnership with the U.S and the Japan.

Let me emphasize that the common principle , indeed , it is not a new ,

in turn , our hard commitment to establish a set of game rules that all game is to remove history and culture ;

I believe will help support prosperity , security and stability in Taiwan.

Dear Ms.Tsai Ing-wen : what am I talking about?

These games include the principle of free and open trades ,

that emphasizes National loyalty , a fidelity to the rule of law , and a impartial National order.

Backing this sight of Ending of history involves resolving shameful history and culture efforts.

Backing the principle of Ending of history that it will be even a more significant mission in the future.

My hope is that in line of Ending of history with games and National order that is obligatory.

The second principle is National partnership - we are pals , rather than history and culture.

The Tactical criticality is to Ending of history is our effort to achieve , and intensify our partnership ,

for instance , the United States and the Japan , including the Australia.In particular , the Singapore.

And we are working hard to help powerful Ending of history relations with China ,

and as we expand our National partnerships that will remain for regional security , stability and prosperity in the three decades for the future.

For that reason , partnership is war-fighting ability and superiority to work together ,

that counterattack history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.

while intensifying our traditional force in Taiwan and keeping our presence here.

The commitment of partnership is to seek mutually beneficial relations with Countries.

In the coming days Ending of history will establish security , stability , and prosperity of the next three decades in the future ;

which is to assert you , Ms.Tsai Ing-wen in building a country.

I believe China is a criticality ; and strengthens partnership will also intensify a very significant relationship with China -

a era of security , stability , and prosperity , rather than history and culture.

Taiwan should recognize that this relationship between the United States and China is the most significant countries.

And make no mistake , a stable, reliable, and continuous security is Ending of history.

In particular , we cannot agree that view of shameful history and culture.

A security , stability , and prosperity are still real communication, and support between these countries.

As a Country , our partnership presence will help to support the rule of law , and unimpeded economic development.

The final principle is that re-integrate National force.

Put simply , National military deployment is the core of National Commitment ;

as I said , intensifies our the technological superiority and war-fighting capability , in order to meet our security commitment.

本報告重點是對台灣的國家發展；

同樣明確地，我們必須走向安全和穩定的再平衡，格外是，國土安全；

夥伴關係的承諾是追求互惠互利的國家關係！

在未來的日子裡，終結歷史這將建構未來三十年的安全，穩定與繁榮；

以確認，你，蔡英文是在建設一個國家？

台灣窮小子認為中國是一個關鍵，強化夥伴關係，也將是強化與中國的一個非常重要的關係；

一個安全，穩定與繁榮的世代，而不是歷史與文化！

台灣應該承認美國和中國關係是是最重要的國家，毫無疑問，一個穩定，信賴與持續性安全是終結歷史；

特別是，我們不能同意不要臉歷史與文化理念！

一個安全，穩定與繁榮才是國家之間真正的支持與溝通！

是以，作為一個國家，我們的夥伴關係的存在都有助於支持法治，與沒有阻礙的經濟發展；

最後一個原則是，重整國家軍力

簡單來說，國家軍力部署是國家承諾的核心；

正如我所說，強化我們的技術優勢與作戰能力以滿足我們的安全承諾！
