 History and culture are ready to fight the China's coastal line , in particular , enlargement of the East and South China sea.

According with the white paper is that the China’s military is focuing on lower -level issues of history and culture ,

but they overlooked land reclamation which its destroies the maritime ecology and environment in the South China sea.

In particular , the disputed history will fire off the tensions , including Vietnam and Philippines, and even the United States and Japan ;

shameful history and culture challenge regional stability and security.

While the rim of countries take maritime provocative actions , and the military has illegally occupied islands ;

it cannot denied that they encroach on China’s maritime rights and homeland - sovereignty.

Nonetheless , China is to maintain its maritime rights and interests , which is not thus a enlargement of islands ,

and this is hegemonism of history and culture.

Unfortunately , China underscores the point , even use as "Maoism " to announce it , in particular , face to the U.S. Navy ;

such about enlargement of islands are to ensure China's history and culture ,

and the "Maoism " is to emphasize that the "preparations for military stand - by".

In other words , in model with changing from of national security situation , the war is not emphasizing the maritime rights and interests ,

and military preparations.

In particular , the Defense White Paper did not show that what the crisis in the South China , including the China’s maritime rights and homeland - sovereignty.

Indeed , among the new regional stability and culture , history and culture make it complicated to believe China military's dream is to the China's homeland security and stability.

So the mentality of history and culture that China must give them up , and focus on Ending of history , no matter what we will connect and protect

Homeland Maritime Security , rights and interests.

Especially , for a country whose eyes should be locked on the history and culture violence extremism and terrorism ; they are still noteworthy.

Importantly , just Ending of history remains active defense that China will be interest in it.

A real blue-water navy is to build a joint operations of comprehensive National Navy , rather than history and culture.

CHINA SHOULD BE HOLDING ENDING OF HISTORY GLOBAL PARTNERS.

Eventually , the Defense White Paper is just statement of history and culture , but with Chinese core interests ,

and China must find the commitment and responsibility of Ending of history ,

in order to work together to counterattack history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.

After all , China must become a responsible stakeholder , whose in response to the growing , new of National core interests ,

that it will still effectively protect China's National strategic interests ,

so as building itself into a maritime power , rather than history and culture.

歷史與文化劍指中國海岸線，尤其是，擴大到東中國海與南中國海；

端視白皮書，中國軍方僅是著重於歷史與文化，低層次議題，

卻忽略土地開發，可能破壞南中國海海洋環境與生態；

特別是，歷史爭議將引爆區域緊張情勢，包括，越南與菲律賓，甚至，美國與日本；

不要臉的歷史與文化挑戰區域穩定與安全！

雖然，周邊國家採取海洋挑釁行動與軍事非法佔領島嶼；

不可否認，侵犯中國的海洋權益與國土主權！

然而，中國維護海洋權益，不是這樣的擴大島嶼，這是歷史與文化的霸權主義！

不幸地是，中國為了強調這一點，甚至，以毛澤東主義宣告；

特別是，面對美國海軍，這樣的擴大島嶼是確保中國的歷史與文化，毛澤東主義強調軍事作戰待命！

換句話說，在國家安全形勢不斷改變模式，戰爭不是強調海洋權益與軍事待命；

特別是，國防白皮書並沒有說明：什麼是南中國海的危機，包括，中國海洋權益與國土主權！

其實，在新的區域穩定與安全，歷史與文化真的很困難地讓人相信，

中國的軍事夢是為了中國的國土安全與穩定；

所以，對於歷史與文化的心態，中國必須放棄，與重視終結歷史；

如此以來，才能串連與保護，國土海洋安全與權益！

尤其是，對於一個國家的眼界，應該鎖定在暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義－它們才是值得注意的！

重要的是，只有終結歷史才是中國可能感興趣的主動防衛；

一個真正的藍色海軍是建立一個全面性聯合作戰的國家海軍，而不是歷史與文化！

中國應該擁抱終結歷史的全球夥伴

最後，國防白皮書僅是歷史與文化的陳述，但隨著中國的核心利益，中國必須發現終結歷史的責任與承諾，共同地

反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義；

畢竟，中國必須成為一個負責任利害關係人，來回應不斷成長，新的國家核心利益，那才能有效地保護中國的國家

策略利益，從而為建立成為一個海洋大國，而不是歷史與文化！
