We must be developing new model of tactical concepts to respond with history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , and to maintain Taiwanese inherent war-fighting capabilities and superiority.
For instance , the model of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism proliferation will threaten our Nation - Taiwan's the present situation and survival , in particular , change we deal with importance of strategies and policies.
Especially , the threats of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism will show asymmetrical tactical deployment ; "BIG WORDS" will deny the R.O.C. political and military forces access to Homeland.
Simultaneously , the age-older of contexts and increasing suppressions on their use will interrupt the effectiveness of National power.
Ultimately, the success of such tactical deployment will determine to Taiwanese appeasement.
We must be developing a new , open framework , that will provide dominant National consensus and awareness, faster and more flexible deployment among joint operations , that will ensure the security of all Nation and Homeland , and will be critical for National consensus success.
It will be defined a common direction for the National consensus , and to meet the instable , uncertain , and challenging future.
The National consensus are to be integrated with innovative Ending of history concepts that aim to improve ability to execute operations across the full range of the Nation.
Key to this future is Ending of history superiority, which , including mechanism , operation , and technological innovation, will enable such war-fighting concepts to serve as a model for future of Nation.
The National consensus is a National war-fighting system that enables our Taiwanese to locate the objective , and keep the flexibility and re-engagement.
The National consensus will embrace many opportunities to be innovative and creative regarding the Nation's demands for effective and affordable.
Since our National transformation for the future is, itself, a revolution in politocal - military affairs.
After all , Taiwan obviously has a long tradition of jointing technological change with innovative logic.
Today , Taiwan stand on the gateway of yet another revolution in politocal - military affairs, this time being through by revolutionary developments in Ending of history.
To this end , the National consensus evolving concept will provide the foundation for future exploitation of today's and tomorrow's revolution in politocal - military affairs ; that will support the National transformation of the next three decades.

我們必須發展新模式戰術理念以應對暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義攻擊，並維持台灣人與生俱來作戰能力與優勢；

舉例來說，以暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義模式，其大規模擴散會威脅我們國家的現狀與生存，

特別是，改變我們解決重要的策略與政策！

尤其是，暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的威脅將會出現不對稱性戰術部署唬爛，

可能會否認中華民國的政軍力量進入國土！

同時，他們使用古老的課文與不斷強化的壓制，可能阻礙有效性國家力量；

最終，這樣的戰術部署的成功將取決於台灣人的姑息！

我們必須制定一個新的開放的架構，這將提供主要的國家意識與共識；

更快，更靈活的部署之間的聯合作戰，這將確保所有的國家與國土安全；

也是國家共識成功的關鍵！

國家共識將確定一個共同的方向，以滿足具有不確定，不穩定與挑戰性未來！

國家共識正在整合與創新的終結歷史理念；

策略目標是改善整個全方位國家聯合作戰的能力！

關鍵－這個未來是終結歷史優勢，其中包括，機制，操作與技術創新這新的作戰理念，以作為未來國家模式；

國家共識是一個國家作戰系統，它讓我們台灣人來定位目標，並保持靈活性與重新參與！

國家共識接受無數的機會來進行有效和負擔得起的創新和創意！

因為我們的國家轉型對未來，其本身就是一個政軍變革；

畢竟，台灣有結合創新思維技術變革的悠久傳統！

今天，台灣又面對又一次政軍變革的門檻，這一次通透過終結歷史的革命性發展；

為此，國家共識的理念將為今天的未來，開發與明天的政軍變革的基礎；

這將支持未來三十年國家轉型！
