【 TAIWAN OF AFFAIRS CONFERENCE IN 2016】

I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the R.O.C. and United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;

that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;

and that I will obey the orders of Tsai Ing-wen,

and according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Mr.President Tsai Ing-wen,Chairman Wang Jin-pyng,and my fellow Taiwanese pals:

Today is JANUARY 16,2016,and I have come here to report on my affairs conference ; I understand that it is a transformation.

I know some of Leftists-stupid feel out-of-sort,but you must go home; because of you are cynics - no brains , no deployments,and no surprise,too.

But today,do not worry,I will not settle scores at an opportune moment,since you are not the right National concept and deployment to do ; if I own the National Authority.

For our eventual homeland to this island,I just do not want to talk about the next four years ; and I hope to focus on the next three decades.

End of history to focus on the future.

We live in a Island - End of history change that is the most Taiwanese we live,re-build the model of we work,and the way of war-fighting , Taiwan and we our in the Globe.

End of history is change and commitment that counterattack chaos of Leftists-Stupid history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.

The commitment of End of history is that will be able to widen opportunity,and whether shamefulness of history and culture like it or not ; this change will just speed up.

Each time,shamefulness of history and culture told us to fear the war ; and restore past prosperity and happiness,as a result,they were threatening us , Taiwan.

But each time, we overcame fears.

We did not, keep up the conventional history and culture ; for instance,such as in the words of Marshal Pietro Badoglio,"There is nothing the Taiwanese will not or cannot do; no place the Taiwanese will not or cannot go."

Instead I thought End of history,and acted again ; because we did,and we saw opportunity , although,it is danger - we will be able to be powerful and better than before,in particular, the National Commitment.

End of history will be real now.

As a Country - our inherent 108 superiority-brained and optimism ; "魯力" ethic,and the spirit of diversity and innovation,which are to ensure Taiwan's stability,security,and prosperity , rather than history and culture.

In fact, End of history is that Taiwanese spirit that let us , recovered from the worst crisis ; and how we protected the freedom and independence of country in the Taiwan.

End of history is unavoidable ; we face choices of we work together , now , End of history is the result of choices.

We face the fear of shamefulness of history and culture - we will face the future with confidence ; who we are , and the unbelievable unparalleled-superiority we will work together?

At first,End of history gives Taiwanese a honest shot at opportunity and stability and security in re-integrate new model of economy?

Second, how to we keep National and Homeland security for Taiwan?

Third,we our Taiwanese are the best,and not the stupidest history and culture?

Finally,how we retrieve our technology,especially,when it comes to the imperative challenge?

Now,a basic fact : Taiwan's economy is still a enduring economy in the world.

Shamefulness of history and culture claiming that Taiwan's economy is in decline.

What is real,and a lot of Taiwanese feel fear , is that history and culture have been destroying the model of economy ; or wealth is concentrated at their control.

History and culture have made it difficult for us to pull ourselves out of poverty,difficult for young people to start on their jobs,since they encroach on our uncommonly Taiwanese confidence - lack of a fair opportunity.

For the past seven years, " do economy utmost with all people might" works better for Taiwan,but Leftism-stupid of history and culture did not make progress,even we did have arguments that could not get Taiwanese broadly agree.

I argue that real opportunity is every Taiwanese to own we need opportunity ; we do not lose anyone - "we are pals" was a significant begin , and we work together.

Absolutely,of course,we do not need history and culture in new National economy ; we need National core interests,and Homeland security.

In particular,Taiwanese should not lose what they have already worked so hard to make money.

That is why End of hisotry are more important than ever; we should not connive and appease Leftists-stupid of history and culture.

That is the way we should make better tactical deployment for Taiwan.

And in the Taiwan,the Taiwanese people have a choice to make End of history.

I believe a prosperous,traditional history and culture is the lifeblood of our country - Taiwan's economy.

Leftists-stupid history and culture must be ended.

In fact, many of our best Taiwanese citizens are our most creative ; as a country,End of history is to re-push that spirit of innovation to face our biggest challenges?

Sixty years ago, when the Communist Party of China beat us,we didn’t deny ; but that spirit of End of history find is in our Taiwanese DNA,where over the past many deacdes,we have fostered that spirit.

We have protected an open Taiwan,and taken bold End of history.

We can do so much more over the past 16 years,for the Taiwan ones we have lost all ; for the Taiwan,we can still save,let's make our Homeland the country once and for all.

End of history is critical , have at it , we will not be pretty lonely.

Now we must speed up away from shamefulness of history and culture,especially,Taiwanes rely on Homeland.

Of coures,yes,none of this will happen overnight,but there are National core interests of ""MAINTAINING THE STATUS QUO".

That is why we must be End of history to keep Taiwan's stability and security.

I told you the Taiwanese are the ,most prominent fighting force that we do not bully people,and no one will bully us who do look to China to lead when it comes to Homeland issue.

I know this is a dangerous time,but we are struggling to keep pace with new model of reality.

We cannot connive and appease Leftists-stupid of history and culture ; that is not National leadership,and that is a hell ; ultimately devastate Taiwan.

Fortunately, there is a smarter history and culture to protect our Taiwanese people and our pals.

Taiwanese National leadership in the next two decades is not a choice between ignoring the rest of history and culture , unless,we counterattack Leftist-stupid history and culture violence extremism and terrorism ; nonetheless,Taiwanese society will be breaking down.

End of history means a smart National Leadership Power,and rallying the Taiwan-Homeland and Taiwanese people behind causes that are right.

It means that our End of history of our national security,rather than charity.

End of history is National Power ; that is National Leadership ; and determined to the Homeland power of our Taiwanese.

Shamefulness of history and culture have never been matter of political correctness.

Because of they are betrayer who we are as a country,and they make it harder to achieve our dreams and objectives.

But,my fellow Taiwanese pals,we will not be alone.

We must end Leftist-stupid history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , so that Taiwanese will pick their dreams.

This will only happen when the Taiwanese people need it,and it will depend on you.

Shamefulness of history and culture are cynical ; they will be possible to accept that change , so they do not have National Hope.

We cannot afford to go down that way,they will not bring the security and stability,in particular,the economic prospection we want.

So, my fellow Taiwanese pals,whether you like,or not ; our common future depends on your willingness ; End of history is to reflect the goodness,decency,and optimism with all Taiwanese people - I see in the Taiwanese people every single day.

I know that it will not be easy,and our freedom and independence are difficult.

Because of we are the kids of Taiwn who bravery come out as inherence - Howeland love overrides everything.

That is the Taiwan I believe,and that is the country we love ; Brained-superiority and Optimism will win the final word.

Because of you.,I believe in you - my fellow Taiwanese pals ; That is what makes me so hopeful about our future that is Ending of history.

Trust that the Taiwan of our country is powerful.

總統 蔡英文，王金平院長，與我的台灣夥伴們：

今天是一月十七日，在我的國是報告，我也了解，因為它是一個轉變；

我知道，有些左蠢份子不爽，但是，你們必須回家；

因為你們是憤世嫉俗者，沒有頭腦，沒有部署，也沒有驚喜！

但是，今天，別擔心，我不會秋後算賬；

你們不是正確的國家理念與部署，我不會讓你們得到完成，如果，我有國家授權？

我們的最終鄉土，這個島，我不想說，僅是未來四年，我希望把重點放在未來三十年；

終結歷史集中在未來

我們生活在一個島嶼－終結歷史，改變多數台灣人的生活，重新建立我們的生活模式，與作戰方式，

台灣與我們在全球的地位；

終結歷史的承諾與改變，反擊左蠢暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的混亂！

終結歷史的承諾是能夠放寬的機會，而且，連接海洋；

不論不要臉歷史與文化是不是喜歡，這類改變只會加速！

每一次不要臉歷史與文化說我們擔心戰爭，唬爛要恢復過去的繁榮與幸福；

結果是它們威脅我們-台灣！

但是，每一次我們克服害怕；

我們沒有堅持傳統的歷史與文化，或如在元帥Pietro Badoglio 的話：

＂堅持沒有什麼台灣人將不會或不能做，什麼沒有地方，台灣人將不會或不能去！＂

相反，台灣窮小子認為終結歷史重新採取行動；

因為我們做了，我們看到了機會，雖然有危險，我們將比以前更強與更好，特別是國家承諾；

終結歷史是真實的

作為一個國家，我們與生俱來108頭腦優勢與樂觀，"魯力"的道德，多樣性創新精神，

這類才是確保台灣穩定，安全與繁榮，而不是歷史與文化！

事實上，終結歷史是本著台灣人精神，讓我們從最壞的危機恢復過來，以及我們如何保護自由，獨立的國家在台灣；

終結歷史是無可避免的－我們一起做，我們面臨選擇，現在終結歷史是選擇的結果！

我們面對不要臉歷史與文化的恐懼是我們面對未來的信心；

終結歷史，我們是誰，以及讓人難以相信的獨特優勢！

首先，終結歷史給台灣人一個公平的機會，安全與穩定，重整新模式經濟；

第二是，我們如何維持台灣的國家與國土安全；

第三是，我們台灣人是最好的，沒有最糟糕的歷史與文化；

最後，我們如何找回技術，尤其是，當它面對緊急的挑戰！

現在，一個基本的事實，台灣經濟還是一個持久性經濟體在全球；

不要臉歷史與文化宣稱台灣經濟正處於衰退；

什麼是真的？

許多台灣人感覺害怕，就是歷史與文化已經破壞經濟模式，或是財富集中在它們手裡；

歷史與文化很困難讓我們擺脫貧窮，也更困難讓年輕人開始自己的工作；

因為它們侵犯獨特台灣人互信，缺少一個公平的機會！

在過去的七年中，＂拼經濟＂一直是為台灣好；

但是，左蠢歷史與文化並沒有取得進展，儘管有爭議，無法取得台灣人廣泛認同！

我認為，真正的機會是每一個台灣人擁有，我們所需要的機會；

不能丟掉任何一個人－我們是夥伴，是一個重要的開始，並在一起幹！

當然，在新國家經濟，我們不需要歷史與文化；

我們需要國家核心利益與國土安全！

特別是，台灣人不應該失去他們已經辛辛苦苦賺來的！

這就是為什麼終結歷史比以往任何時候都更加重要；

我們不應該縱容與姑息左蠢歷史與文化！

這就是我們應該做最好的戰術部署為台灣！

在台灣，台灣人有選擇地進行終結歷史；

我相信，一個欣欣向榮，傳統歷史與文化是我們國家台灣的經濟命脈；

左蠢歷史與文化必須被終結！

事實上，我們許多最佳台灣人公民是最有創意，作為一個國家；

終結歷史，重新驅動創新精神來面對我們最大的挑戰！

六十年前，當中國共產黨擊敗我們，我們不否認；

但是，發現終結歷史精神是我們台灣人的DNA；

在過去的幾十年，我們已經培養出這種精神，我們保護一個開放的台灣，並採取大膽的終結歷史；

我們能夠做的更多，在過去十六年，對於台灣，我們已經失去了一切；

為台灣，我們仍然可以保存讓我們的鄉土，一勞永逸的國家！

終結歷史是至關重要的，有它，我們不會很孤獨；

現在，我們必須加速，遠離不要臉歷史與文化；

我們應該投資未來，尤其是台灣人依賴的鄉土！

是的，這一切都不是一朝一夕的事，而是維持現狀的國家核心利益！

這就是為什麼我們必須終結歷史，維持台灣的穩定與安全；

我告訴你，台灣人是最優秀的戰鬥力量－人不犯我，我不犯人；

從來不看中國的領導，當它涉及到一個鄉土議題！

我知道，這是一個危險的時刻，但是，現在，努力跟上新模式現實步伐；

我們不能縱容與姑息左蠢歷史與文化，這不是國家領導，而是一個地獄，最終毀滅台灣！

幸運的是，有一個聰明的歷史與文化來保護我們的台灣民眾，與我們的夥伴；

未來二十年，台灣的國家領導是忽視歷史與文化的選擇；

除非我們反擊左蠢暴力歷史與文化與極端主義與恐怖主義，不然，台灣社會將會瓦解！

終結歷史是一個聰明的國家領導力量，凝聚背後的因素是正確的台灣鄉土與台灣人！

這意味著我們的終結歷史是為我們的國家安全，而不是施捨；

終結歷史是國家力量，這就是國家領導，決定在我們，台灣人的鄉土力量！

不要臉歷史與文化從來不是政治正確性議題；

我們作為一個國家，它們很困難實現我們的夢想與目標，因為它們是背叛者！

但是，我的台灣人夥伴們，我們不會是孤兒！

我們必須終結左蠢暴力歷史與文化與極端主義與恐怖主義，這樣的台灣人能夠選擇自己的夢想；

這只會發生在台灣人，需要它，這將取決於你！

不要臉歷史與文化是憤世覬俗，不可能接受改變，所，以它們是沒有國家希望；

我們不能走這條路，它不會帶來安全與穩定，特別是，我們需要的經濟繁榮！

所以，我的台灣人夥伴們，不論您們喜歡與否；

我們共同的未來取決於你的意願－終結歷史；

反映台灣人的善良，尊嚴與樂觀，我對台灣人看到在每一天！

我知道這不會是容易，與我們的自由與獨立，也是很困難的；

這是與生俱來的勇氣，因為我們是台灣的孩子，鄉土的愛，壓倒一切！

我知道這就是台灣，我們所愛的國家－頭腦優勢與樂觀將取得最後的勝利！

因為你，我相信你，我的台灣人夥伴；

這就是為什麼我很希望，我們的未來是終結歷史！

相信我們的國家台灣是強大的！
