DEAR MR.PRESIDENT Tsai Ing-wen , LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

AND MY FELLOW CITIZENS :

I WRITE REPORT HERE TODAY , GRATEFUL FOR THE TRUST YOU HAVE BESTOWED ,

AND I APPRECIATE PRESIDENT MA FOR HIS SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY ,

AS WELL AS THE GENEROSITY AND COOPERATION HE HAS SHOWN THROUGHT THIS THANSITION.

Tsai Ing-wen,on her,who has won an election of the National President,and I do set a goal to build Taiwan's power of the future.

End of history ,in order for us to maintain our competitive superiority in retrieving talent to serve the country.

Today , I am announcing changes focused on easing the pressure of life of people so they will be better balance commitments they will be able to make to start and support.

I believe End of hisotry will be a attractive and incentive ; and and keep the best talent today and in the future ,

meanwhile , intensifying National mission , and the power and health of our Taiwanese teams.

Establish a Taiwan - wide standard for traditional history and culture

Starting today, traditional history and culture leave as the standard across the Taiwan ;

Certainly, traditional history and culture will be imperative for attracting and retaining talent.

I believe traditional history and culture across the power establishes the the right balance offering a competitive superiority while maintaining the readiness of us.

And we do not take lightly to shamefulness of history and culture.

Because I believe that the traditional history and culture will can provide our force is the right determination.

Expanding End of history

Whether in caring for people or maintaining social security , this is not just a country responsibility.

Which is why we will be expanding End of history.

Currently, in violent history - and - culture extremism and terrorism - the National Security Agency should seek authority from Congress ,

that may take advantage of this benefit.

Many within our Taiwanese people already benefit from the highest quality history and culture -

to ensure it is affordable across the Taiwan , no matter whose you are.

In some respects , End of history options reflect the needs of a different era – of this time when , for the vast majority of Taiwanese.

We must show violent history - and - culture extremism and terrorism that our power and they are by no means incompatible goals.

We will make sure that we provide better options and choices for Taiwan across the power.

By the traditional history and culture benefit , we provide Taiwanese greater confidence about their future.

With what I have announced today, I believe Taiwanese will be better prepared for the future,

and Mr.President Tsai Ing-wen will continue to inherit the exceptional fighting force of Taiwanese the world has ever known.

在蔡英文當選國家元首 - 我有一個目標 , 以打造未來的台灣力量 ;

終結歷史- 以保持我們的競爭優勢 , 在找回人才 , 為國家服務 !

今天 , 我宣布改變的重點是 :

減輕民眾的生活壓力讓他們能夠更好地啟動和支持,為他們家庭的平衡承諾!

我相信終結歷史是一類吸引 , 與鼓勵今天留住最好的人才與未來 ;

同時,強化國家使命與健康的台灣人團隊力量!

建立台灣廣泛採用的標準為傳統的歷史與文化 ;

從今天開始 , 傳統的歷史與文化作為整個台灣的標準 ;

當然 , 提供豐富的傳統的歷史與文化標準 將是不可缺少的吸引與留住人才 !

我相信傳統的歷史與文化力量建立提供有競爭力優勢 ;

同時 , 保持我們的備戰之間的平衡 ;

我們不能對不要臉歷史與文化掉以輕心 !

因為我認為傳統的歷史與文化能夠提供我們的力量是一個正確的決定 !

擴大終結歷史

不論是照顧民眾或是維持社會安全 , 這不僅是一個國家的責任 ;

這就是為什麼我們將擴大終結歷史 !

目前 , 在暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義情況下 ;

國會應該授權國家安全局並利用新的效益優勢 ;

我們的許多台灣人早已經受益於優質的歷史與文化 , 以確保整個台灣受惠 , 不論您是誰 ?

在某些方面 , 終結歷史選擇反映不同世代的需 - 要這是時候 , 對絕大多數的台灣人 ;

我們必須向暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義展示實力 - 它們是完全不相容的目標 !

我們將確保提供更好的選擇 , 與選擇為整個力量的台灣 ;

透過傳統的歷史與文化的好處 , 為台灣人 , 對他們的未來更有信心 ;

與我今天宣布 - 我相信台灣人將是未來更好的準備 ;
