Indeed , Sino has not given up its the South China Sea , in particular , the hegemony in history and culture.

For instance , it remains continues to intensify the Naval-Airforce power the nine-dash line.

Sino ultimately has not shown any willingness to follow the international law , or clarify them.

In other words , NAVY's freedom of navigation was a just game ; it is understandable that Beijing has opened a new game.

Put simply , revival will return in 2017.

Beijing's behavior has been no blockade , or no declaration of an air defense identification zone and baselines in the last year.

In turn , not strategic movement , and appears to be tactical deployment - relating to the South China Sea issues , it is time for come back to the proper history and culture.

There is no any evidence to think that neurotic history and culture will suddenly be collapsed.

Because neurotic history and culture have been making "BIG WORDS " for more than decades , with actually no progress.

Put simply , without any Sino's claims , it is actually impossible to get on the consensus.

其實,中國並沒有放棄南中國海,特別是,歷史與文化的霸權;

舉例來說,它還是繼續強化九段線海空軍武力!

中國根本沒有任何意願,依據國際法或說明它;

換句話說,美國海軍的自由航行,僅是一類遊戲,可以理解的是北京可能打開新遊戲!

簡單來說,風雲再起,將會是在2017年?

在過去一年,北京的行為沒有封鎖,或是宣布防空識別區與基線;

另言之,不是策略性活動,可能是戰術性部署;

相關於南中國海議題,現在是回到正確性歷史與文化的時候?

沒有任何證據,相信神經病歷史與文化將會突然崩潰?

因為神經病歷史與文化已經唬爛幾十年~~~沒有任何進展!

簡單來說,沒有任何中國的說明,幾乎不可能達成共識;

中國不太可能放棄歷史與文化約束力;

是以任何框架將是一個基本的空心!

舉例來說,中國堅持說行使正常管轄權的狀況是維持不改變!

中國繼續尋求歷史與文化在南中國海的優勢?

因為下一次風雲再起將只是時間早晚~~~

美國新政府將無可避免這樣面對它!
