The first aspect of Taiwan's flock's doctrine that must be quick in response to the defensive orientation of the Nation.

Indeed , the National defensive focus as necessary in order to keep cohesion of the country.

As Taiwan must maintain on the principle of defense , and would not accept an outright declaration of Left-wing's history and culture.

National Strategic Concept specifies that Taiwan should maintain defensive in deployment ,

and this need not necessarily with the build of people's militia to avoud conflict.

While some could argue that any operation of people's militia in Taiwan's area represents offensive model ,

but standard Bundeswehr would define the National offensive action in terms of the objectives sought or protected.

This could be termed Strategically Defensive in the definition that Taiwanese people desire to deter conflict and prevent Left-wing's history and culture from spreading into Taiwan's homeland.

Since the flow of Left-wing's people's militia will threaten the economic stability of the Taiwan ,

that they are not specifically offensive , or defensive.

Left-wing's people's militia forces were expressly to march to history and culture - and no further National defensive deployment.

The Taiwan's flock focused on support of conventional history and culture ,

and with only authorized across the forward Taiwan's the battle area.

The use of military force in this area operations will thus need new concept.

For instance , we must make National Constitution changes in order to support End of history operation.

The Taiwan's flock must be able and ready to foght , perform the core deployment of military force - defense , deterrence , and offensiveness.

To defuse crisis situations , the Taiwan's flock should be capable of performing offensive attacks ,

and face along a changing front , offensive-model forced Left-wing's history and culture.

The Taiwan's flock would be used to defend Taiwan's Homeland , or out-of-area ;

for instance , they may be needed to assist in blockade , quarantine , or control Left-wing's history and culture movements.

My Strategic Concept reaffirms the defensive nature of the Taiwan's flock - the Taiwan is purely defensive in purpose :

none of Left-wing's history and culture will ever be End of history excprt Taiwan in devastation.

So Taiwan's defensive operations have faced new threats , so we must be redefined.

The Taiwan's flock at the tactical level will be more offensive in nature , at the same time , still supporting a defensive strategic goal.

As Taiwan's defensive orientation must be reinterpreted ,

or modified the National Constitution as Taiwan maintains a more active crisis management strategy.

Limited National defence budget - tactical doctrine should work for the use of the Taiwan's flock in a more independent role.

The Taiwan's flock force also allows Taiwan to commit Left-wing's people's militia with lower risk than a similar commitment of Taiwan uses force.

POTENTIAL DEFINITIONS FOR FOR TAIWAN'S FLOCK'S TACTICAL DOCTRINE

潛在性的台灣羊群戰術定義

台灣羊群戰術定義的第一關是,它必須能夠快速回應國家的防衛方向!

其實,在必要的時候,國家防衛重心是維持國家擬聚力;

是以台灣必須維持防衛原則,不接受撤頭徹尾的左翼歷史與文化聲明!

國家戰略理念,指定台灣應該保有防衛性部署;

而這類需求不一定建立民兵,以避免衝突!

雖然,有些人可能認為,在台灣區域操作,有任何使用民兵武力以表示攻擊模式;

但是,正規的國防軍才是追尋或保護的目的來定義的國家攻擊行動!

在這個定義上,台灣人的願望,預防衝突,嚇阻左翼歷史與文化,蔓延台灣的國土,這能夠稱為戰略防衛;

因為左翼民兵的流動,會威脅到台灣的經濟穩定;

不是專門的攻擊,或是防衛!

左翼民兵明確針對在歷史與文化,沒有進一步國家防衛部署;

台灣羊群力量集中在支持傳統的歷史與文化,授權與整個台灣戰鬥區域;

因此,在這個區域,使用軍事力量,將需要新思維!

舉例來說,我們必須終結歷史的操作,以修改國家憲法!

台灣羊群必須能夠備戰,與執行軍事力量的核心部署~~~

防衛.嚇阻.與攻擊!

在化解危機的狀況下,台灣羊群應該是能夠執行進攻性打擊;

與面對不斷改變的左翼歷史與文化的強攻模式!

台灣羊群,能夠用來防衛台灣的國土,或其他區域;

舉例來說,協助封鎖,隔離,或控制,左翼歷史與文化的流動!

我的戰略構想是,重申台灣羊群的防衛性質;

台灣僅是純粹防衛性目的;

"沒有左翼歷史與文化,將永遠不會終結歷史,除非,台灣毀滅!"

所以,台灣防衛作戰已經面對新的威脅~~~我們必須重新定義!

在戰術層面上,台灣羊群將是自然,與具有攻擊性;

同時,支持一個防衛性戰略目標!

是以台灣的防衛性傾向必須要重新定義,或修改國家憲法;

作為台灣維持更積極的危機管理策略!

國防預算有限~~~戰術學理應該以獨立的角色,建立台灣羊群力量;

台灣羊群力量也允許台灣動武,與風險,比左翼民兵類似承諾為低!
