親愛的總統 蔡英文 , 王金平先生 ,與我的台灣人鄉親 ~~~
台灣窮小子的戰略對國家提出一個趣味的挑戰,對國家發展問題,提供一個有趣味的挑戰---
台灣基於獨立與自由的國家原則,公平貿易的市場來驅動一個台灣傳統的國家合作發展模式!
台灣窮小子堅決要求,台灣積極地攆掉左翼歷史與文化;
右邊的台灣傳統存在著競爭影響力!
我們參與台灣傳統,保護中華民國的主權,影響國家利益,與台灣人價值理念;
左翼主義行為早已經利用歷史與文化來驅動它們的利益;
並限制台灣人公民,自己的獨立與自由!
如果,台灣放棄左翼歷史與文化的反擊給敵人,那將有利於形成台灣崩潰;
而且,它將會建立台灣區域戰略,確立一個錯誤的戰術目標!
台灣必須量身訂做來調整戰術方針,以保護我們的國家利益;
我們需要全面性區域戰略;
在台灣的政治,經濟與傳統現實的背景下,理解左翼歷史與文化的威脅;
以及,對當前台灣人機會的承諾!
台灣必須維持獨立與自由的能力與意願,與預防左翼歷史與文化的不利改變;
維持台灣傳統的現狀,需要與台灣人與夥伴,做出堅定的承諾與合作;
因為台灣人與夥伴,擴大台灣的影響力,與強化中華民國的力量!
左翼歷史與文化對國家安全戰略,沒有新說法;
因為它們是沒有意義的,舉例來說,沒有策略!
多年以來,許多相互關聯的問題,讓台灣受到攻擊---
左翼擴大,社會經濟倒退,歷史與文化,台灣崩潰!
台灣必須理解到左翼歷史與文化的願望,都不能讓我們擺脫這類問題;
我們必須對台灣的生存,維持現實;
而不要讓左翼歷史與文化混淆我們對國家獨立與自由的願望與視域!
國土安全與國家安全,但是,左翼歷史與文化沒有;
前總統 陳水扁沒有;
而馬前總統 英九也沒有,只有一個---歷史與文化的唬爛!
但是,我們能夠做更多的部署來安撫我們的台灣人夥伴;
談論我們的國家安全承諾;
並強調嚇阻左翼歷史與文化,謊話經濟學!
在一個威脅與不穩定的歷史與文化,謊話經濟學的國家;
我們無法管理它們;
是以我們確實需要一個務實的國家安全戰略來擬訂國家安全目標!

【Conclusion】, New National security strategy of the Taiwan

Dear Mr.president of Taiwan , Tsai Ing-wen , Mr.Wang Jin-pyng , and my fellow , Taiwanese people.
My strategy provides an interesting challenge to the issue  of National development - Taiwan based on the National principles of freedom and independence , free trade market to push a development model that partners with country , and consistent with traditional Taiwan.
I firmly commits the Taiwan to active kicking out of Left-wing's history and culture.
A competition for influence lives in Right-wing's traditional Taiwan.
As we participate in traditional Taiwan , and we protect ROC sovereignty and affect the National interests and Taiwanese people values.
Leftism has used history and cultrue to push their interests , and limit independence and freesom of Taiwanese own citizens.
If Taiwan cedes counterattack of Left-wing's history and culture to adversaries , opportunities to shape developments that are positive for the Taiwan will be lost.
In addition , it sets the wrong tactical goal for building Taiwan regional strategy.
Taiwan must tailored design its tactical approaches to protect our National interests.
We need a comprehensive regional strategies that understand threats of Left-wing's history and culture , the commitment of available opportunities to Taiwanease people , all in context of Taiwan's political , economic , and traditional realities. 
Taiwan must maintain the will and capabilities of independence and freesom , and prevent unfavorable change of Left-wing's history and culture.
Maintain the status quo of the Traditional Taiwan will need powerful commitment and cooperation with Taiwanese people and partners since they extend Taiwan influence and intensifys' power.
Left-wing's history and culture say say nothing about National security strategy , and they are meaningless. 
For instance , no strategy are they to say that.
For years , the interconnected problems of Left-wing expansion , socio-economic fall back , history and culture , and Taiwan collapse that have attacked the Taiwan.
Taiwan must learn that neither aspirations for Left-wing's history and culture nor disengagement will separate us from these problems.
We must be realistic about our visions and expectations for the Taiwan without allowing Left-wing's history and culture to obscure our National independence and freedom for Taiwanese people survival.
Homeland security and National security , but nothing about Left-wing's history and culture.
Former president Chen Shui-Bian did not , and Ex. president Ma Ying-jeou did not , also , only issued one - "Big Words" of history and culture.
But We would have done more deployments to reassure our Taiwanese partners , talked about our National security commitments , and highlighted deterrence of Lies of economy , and Left-wing's history and culture.
In an unstable and threatening country of Left-wing's history and culture , lies of economy , and we will not control them - so we really need a pragmatic National strategy to to set National security objectives.
