重新出擊~~~高雄海洋警察!
其實,台灣高雄應該重新調整海洋警察部署;
以面對左翼份子進入海域,特別是中國海軍艦艇!
換句話說,高雄海洋警察能夠在台灣海域進行海洋維持行動;
而不是依據國際法無害通過!
舉例來說,如果左翼份子進入台灣高雄水域,那高雄應該採取這類海洋巡邏行動;
特別是,面對中國海軍艦艇!
如果高雄警察很困難地處理這類問題;
或不足以應付這類狀況;
另言之,如果出現這類狀況,那國防部長能夠以電話會議之後,
動員海軍,這是不相關於國際法!
這類警察行動僅是台灣的國內法,並不是戰爭行為;
換句話說,警察行動不是軍事防衛行動;
或是為了正當的國土安全防衛行動!
所謂聯合國海洋法所規定的無害通過~~~
只要不破壞對方國家的海洋安全,穩定與秩序,就可以通過領海!
高雄的警察行動是為了保護台灣擁有的船隻,與運載台灣人與貨物;
以使用歷史與文化,謊話經濟學,收集安全情報與進行宣傳活動為目標的航行,不屬於無害通過!
換句話說,左翼份子,或是中國,不可能要求無害通過;
因為這要做自己會打臉,也意味中國承認台灣的主權!
是以高雄的海洋警察部署應該被當作是台灣企圖維持海洋現狀;
對於台灣來說,最佳的結果就是中國相信台灣有能力監視海洋;
如果高雄的海洋警察部署被認為是可靠的,那嚇阻就會成功!
當然,為預防意外發生,攆掉左翼歷史與文化是至關重要的!
雖然,高雄要捍衛台灣對海洋的主權;
不要相信左翼歷史與文化;
因為它們容易發生計算錯誤,降低台灣的國家安全!
為了維持海洋現狀,高雄必須比過去更努力地完成警察部署;
以確保警察的專業精神能夠讓高雄人的頭腦在台灣土地上佔優勢!

【11】, 【Kaohsiung's maritime police on re-marching】 
Kaohsiung's maritime police will be on re-marching.
Indeed , Taiwan's Kaohsiung should re- adjust the Maritime Police Deployment to face Leftists enter the water , in particular , the Chinese Naval vessels.
In other words , the Kaohsiung's maritime police can engage in a maritime policing operation around the Taiwan's water , rather than practicing innocent passage under international law. 
For instance , if Leftists would enter the Kaohsiung's water of the Taiwan , that the Kaohsiung should be undertaken such seaborne patrolling actions , in particular , face the Chinese Naval ships.
If it becomes difficult , or is not sufficient to deal with the situation for Kaohsiung's police , in turn , the defense minister could mobilize the Navy following a phone conference should such a contingency arise , and it is not related to the international law. 
This a policing operation would be conducted under Taiwan's domestic law , and is not an act of war. 
In other words , policing operation is not a military defense , or is for justifiable defense of the Homeland security,
So-called the Innocent Passage under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea allows passage through territorial waters so long as it is not destroyed to the maritime security , stability , and order of the other countries.
The Kaohsiung's police actions are to protect Taiwanese-owned ships and ships carrying Japanese goods and Taiwanese people.
Navigation for the purpose of using history and culture , lies of economy , gathering secure intelligence , and conducting propaganda activities does not fall under Innocent passage.
In other words , it us unlikely that the Sino , or Leftists would even request innocent passage , since doing so would imply that Sino recognizes the Taiwanese sovereignty.
As the  Kaohsiung's deployment for maritime police should be seen as a Taiwanese attempt to maintain the status quo in the Taiwan's water.
The best-case consequence for Taiwanese would be for China to believe Taiwan have the capability to police their territorial waters. 
If the  Kaohsiung's deployment for maritime police is seen as credible , deterrence would have succeeded.
Absolutely , of course , in order to prevent unintended happen , so that kick out of Left-wing's history and culture are of the utmost importance. 
While Kaohsiung's people want to defend Taiwan's maritime sovereignty , but do not believe Left-wing's history and culture because they have alwys made it easier for a miscalculation to happen , and only decrease Taiwan's National security.
To maintain the status quo in the Taiwan's water , Kaohsiung must must work harder than ever Kaohsiung's people to complete the police's deployment to ensure that Kaohsiung's people brains will allow cooler heads to prevail on Taiwan's homeland.
