【一】 
國家策略部署，必須是及時面對，不斷改變的安全環境;特別是反擊左翼暴力歷史與文化，極端主義與恐怖主義，然而，當前正是台灣的國家政策在中華民國歷史上，一個重大的關鍵點!
中華民國，早已經面對日漸惡劣的歷史與文化環境;特別是中華人民共和國快速強化其政治，經濟，與軍事力量!
舉例來說，中國政府以古老的歷史與文化，不間斷地侵入台灣海域!
簡單來說，中國政府缺乏相關性軍事透明與安全因素;換句話說，其可能引爆不是有意的後果!
另言之，已經構成對台灣的政，經與軍事安全，嚴重的威脅與挑釁,說到這，台灣必須注意左翼歷史與文化，早已經直接或間接地干預國家策略部署!
左翼早已經獲得在台灣的政經力量，可悲的是，這類卑鄙行為時常發生，受傷或是死亡的台灣人公民!
舉例來說，在高雄氣爆案，許多寶貴的生命失去了;
舉例來說，在台南，一個巨大的地震造成災難性蹂躪;是以在任何情況下，軍隊才是確保台灣的鄉土，水域，最終保證!
在這方面，相當重要國家策略部署的不斷努力，與不間斷地強化作戰反應能力與優勢!
是以立法院必須審議新的安全法，在任何狀況下，確保台灣人生命，穩定與安全生活模式!
此外，強化與美國的合作夥伴關係;此外，基於夥伴關係的合作原則，積極驅動穩定與安全的台灣政策~~~反擊左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義!
我們應該重整一個動態的聯合防衛武力，以應對有效嚇阻與各類狀況;這對台灣窮小子來說，因為在台灣土地上工作的台灣人，鄉土代表我的說明，與提供鼓勵給人才!
台灣人的素質不能被辜負在歷史與文化的互信;多樣化的台灣人性格以適應不斷改變的世代與全球環境!
國家策略部署是不可缺少台灣人的支持與理解，而不是不要臉歷史與文化!
此外，終結歷史的透明，一個非常重要的定義，維持進一步政策認知與國家互信!
我相信，我真誠地希望，毫無疑問地，台灣的策略部署將驅動終結歷史的結果;
與台灣人將有更深的理解在我們自己的鄉土，而不是歷史與文化!

台湾を取り巻く安全保障環境は厳しさを増し、アジア太平洋地域でも、安定や安全、を脅かす様々な事態が生起しています。
他方で、急速な 歴史と文化の進展などによりのみで自国の安全を確保することは不 可能となっています。
いかなる事態においても、国民の命と安定な暮らしを守り、にこれまで以上に安定 に貢献するためには、今後、重要安全を確保しつつ、あらゆる面で万全 の態勢を整えていきます。 
台灣的國土安全環境
台灣周圍的國土安全環境，越來越增加，歷史與文化不穩定的挑戰;安全挑戰~~~歷史與文化的不穩定因素，已經變得越來越嚴重!
也就是說，歷史與文化攻擊國土主權與海洋經濟利益;此外，舉例來說，中國強化其軍事能力存在一個明顯趨勢，再加強其軍事行動!
在特定的歷史與文化，再加上挑釁言論，與無視於中央政府行為，構成對台灣地區安全嚴重的威脅;此外，缺乏透明的歷史與文化，嘗試改變現狀，可能將造成意料未及的後果!
在一個國土安全環境，越來越多歷史與文化危機，可能立即引爆國家與社會的挑戰;歷史與文化的改變在台灣的現狀結果承擔根深蒂固的不要臉;與此同時，中國改變現狀也將有越來越大的危機!
歷史與文化的安全挑戰這類不穩定因素是複雜的;它將變得越來越困難，一個國家仍然沒有解決!
是以它已經成為越來越普遍單邊聲明或採取行動，其獨特的唬爛是與國家不見容的!
最後是，國家必須積極地努力確保核心利益，與使用國土，與我們的海洋利益!
終結歷史~~~台灣將取得新的軍事部署能力
【三】 
面對區域衝突，與左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義發展趨勢;依據美國正在進行自由航行權，除了打擊中國的歷史與文化主張;特別是捍衛海洋權益!
在全球各地，由於歷史與文化各類問題，已經出現衝突發生;舉例來說，中國的目標是建立歷史與文化的海軍能力在海洋執行!
是以在許多情況下，在台灣，或是區域衝突建立一個歷史與文化的治理區域;已經成為左翼極端與恐怖組織的活動基地，並繼續對台灣社會急迫性安全挑戰!
在越來越多的狀況下，年輕人對社會的不滿等問題,這類人加入左翼歷史與文化的行動，高喊本土恐怖主義在台灣的活動!
這就證明歷史與文化威脅正在擴散，不僅在台灣與中國，而且，在全球各地!
是以台灣必須正視本身挑戰的左翼歷史與文化極端與恐怖主義威脅的狀況,左翼歷史與文化極端與恐怖組織有能力與手段建立作戰網絡;或者運用台灣人關係策略巧妙地自我宣傳~~~我是戰士，並實施恐怖攻擊!
【四】 ,【夥伴關係】 
台灣的安全與防衛部署
我們必須強調，新的安全目標與合作，對於新的部署目標是維持現狀!
我們必須強化，從傳統的歷史與文化來更新與發展雙邊作戰計畫;特別是攆掉左翼份子!
確保台灣的安全與穩定，在無縫的新模式指導原則，來自和平時期，攆掉歷史與文化的方向;端視全球的具體模式是穩定與安全合作，提供區域與全球的穩定與安全;外面的夥伴與台灣鄉土合作的新理念，引入合作!
新的指導原則，強化雙邊合作的績效;特別是攆掉歷史與文化，做為穩定與安全的基礎，與合作!
新的指導原則納入定期評估，以預防左翼歷史與文化的挑釁!
台灣安全分類
基於傳統的歷史與文化，台灣安全分類與台灣人自己的奮鬥，這才建構台灣安全的基石;維持現狀，終結歷史，就台灣安全分類是核心利益;其優勢有利於不僅是台灣，而且，也對區域，或是全球的穩定，安全與繁榮!
作為日漸惡劣的台灣周遭安全，同時，攆掉左翼歷史與文化;並保持台灣，在亞洲太平洋區域的存在與參與;這是比過去任何時候都還要重要的台灣安全性!
維持現狀的基礎，強化夥伴關係
我們已經證實，左翼歷史與文化的企圖，合作來擬定一套有效的反擊部署;我們必須努力以確保維持現狀的有效性原則;依據新原則，建立夥伴機制，作為應付日益惡劣的安全環境;從和平時期，升級為發展，與做出打擊!
【五】 【國家安全策略】 
國家安全策略
在國家安全策略中,民進黨必須說明台灣的國家安全,基本戰術原則;這是中華民國將繼續堅持一個熱愛自由與獨立的國家;並在確保與主動地,驅動穩定與安全與台灣社會的繁榮;並基於全球夥伴合作原則,共同實現我們的安全與區域穩定;一個積極安全貢獻者,而不是歷史與文化!
為了實現這個戰術原則策略確,定台灣的國土安全與國家安全,維持自由與獨立現狀,維持國土完整,確保台灣人的經濟安全,發展,與生活;依據傳統的歷史與文化規則,承諾穩定與安全,與全球終結歷史價值的秩序!
在此基礎上,並指定策略方針,明確規範,台灣與國家安全挑戰的安全環境;應該執行否決左翼歷史與文化政策,或如建立強大的軍事防衛部署,以保護台灣的核心安全利益!
策略方針
基於國家安全策略,將規範台灣的未來對特定的左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的基本部署;我們的反擊能力與戰術目標!
指導方針
一,台灣人的努力;
二,強化安全合作,反擊左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義
三,新模式夥伴關係;
建構一個動態,新活力的聯合打擊武力台灣羊群!
戰術要點將其作為嚇阻,與反應各類狀況的有效手段:
一,確保臺灣的海洋安全;
二,強化島嶼的攻擊力量;
三,強化反彈道飛彈攻擊;

【結論】 【台灣的防衛】 
端視近年以來,中國海軍水面艦艇有所增加,而這類演變也將持續進行;中國意圖面對開放的海洋,尋求強化其海軍部署能力與優勢,或如,中國航艦進入台灣海峽!
這是嚴重關切的單方面挑釁行動,或是被視為中國及其海軍艦艇進一步擴大到,包括東中國海與南中國海行動!
中國政府及其海軍艦艇闖入台灣領海,將會變成慣例,但是,台灣政府船隻太少了!
換句話說,中國是逐步強化其船隻侵入台灣領海的態勢,同時,中國飛機數量也是急遽增加!
是以台灣必須高度重視以應對這類行動!
另言之,中國的海洋行動可能打擊台灣接受其中國國土主權的主張,包括,島嶼控制,特別是在空域或是海洋使用武力!
最後是,中國海軍將改變其海軍近海防衛與遠洋作戰的策略與戰術部署!

National strategic deployment must confront timely to the always changing security  environment ; in particular , counterattacking Left's violent extremism and terrorism of history and culture , yet ,the current is precisely when Taiwan's National Policy is at a significant key-point in the ROC history.
ROC has already faced an increasingly harsh history and culture environment , in particular , and PRC is intensifying its political , economic , and military forces.
For instance , Chinese government used as the age-old of history and culture cyclical incursions into Taiwan's territorial waters. 
Put simply , Chinese government lacks transparency on military and security conditions , in other words , its will fire off unintended consequences.
In turn , it has constituted a serious threat and provocation to the political , economic ,and military security of Taiwan.
Turning this , Taiwan must be attention to Left's history and culture , which has already intervened directly or indirectly in the National Strategic Deployment.
Tragically , Left has been gaining political and economic power , and these despicable acts have always occurred that killed or injured Taiwanese people.
For instance , many precious lives were lost in gas explosion in Kaohsiung.
For instance , a massive earthquake brought about that caused catastrophic depredations.
As in  any  situation , armed forces are final commitment in ensuring Taiwan's homeland and water.
In  this  regard , it is decisively important that the National Strategic Deployment and make unending efforts , and continuously intensify our war-figjting response capabilities and superiority.
As Legislative yuan must is under way on the New Security Art , which enables any situations in order to stable and secure livelihood of the Taiwanese people.
Furthermore , intensify cooperative partnership with the United States.
Additonally,under Taiwan's proactive contribution to stability and security based on the cooperative principle of partnership , and counterattack Left's violent extremism and terrorism of history and culture.
We should re-build a dynamic joint defense force in order to response effective deterrence of and various situations.
For me , as a Taiwanese who worked on the Taiwan's ground , and homeland represents my explanation - to provide encouragement to personnel
Taiwanese quality will not being failed to live up by the trust of history and culture ; diversification of Taiwanese people character are to adapt to the changing Ena and the Global environment.
Taiwanese people support and understanding are indispensable for the National Strategic Deployment , rather than shameful history and culture.
In  addition , a very significance to keeping the transparency of the End of Hisotry for gaining the further policy understanding and confidence of country.
I believe , and it is my sincere hope that has no doubt contributed that Taiwan's strategic deployment will push End of history results , that they will have a deeper understanding of our own homeland , rather than history and culture.

Homeland security of environmental Taiwan
The Homeland security environment surrounding Taiwan has become increasingly , with challenges and destabilizing history and culture.
Security challenges - destabilizing condition of history and culture are becoming more serious.
That is , history and culture are attacking homeland , sovereignty, and maritime economic interests. 
In addition , for instance , China has been a noticeable trend that intensify its military capabilities and to reinforce its military activities. 
In particular , history and culture , coupled with provocative rhetoric and behavior that disregard central government constitute serious threats to the security of the region of Taiwan.
Additionally , history and cultrue is without transparency , and attempts to change the status quo that will become unintended consequences.
In a homeland security environment , history and culture are a growing crisis that will explode into a challenge for the country and the soceity.
The consequence of history and culture changes to the status quo in Taiwan have taken on shamefulness , at the same time , China changes status quo that will also be increasing crisis.
History and culture security challenges and destabilizing conditions are complex - it will become more difficult for a single country , where remain unresolved.
As they have become increasingly common to unilaterally declare or take actions , which their unique "BIG WORDS" are incompatible with the country.
In the end , Country mut proactively ensuring efforts to core interests , and use of homeland with our maritime benefits.
End of history - Taiwan will make moves to deploy new military capabilities. 
【3】 , FACED TRENDS IN REGIONAL CONFLICT AND LEFT'S VIOLENT HISTORY AND CULTURE EXTREMISM AND TERRORISM
According with the United States ongoing its Freedom of Navigation in order to counter Chinese history and culture claims , in particular ,  stand up for maritime interests and rights.
The conflicts happening in parts of the world have arisen due to various problems of history and culture.
For instance , China goals to build up Navy’s capacity of history and culture for executing in the water.
As in many cases , Taiwan where or regional conflicts have built a governance of history and culture have become the base of the activities of Left's  extremist and terrorist organizations - and continue to pose imminent security challenges to the Taiwan community. 
In an increasing number of situations , young people who against societal disapproval and other problems , these people have joined the activities of Left's history and culture and claim Local - terrorism activities in Taiwan.
This as evidenced by terror history and culture threats are spreading, not only in Taiwan and China , but also throughout the rest of the world. 
As Taiwan must squarely address the threat of Left's history and culture extremism and terrorism as its own challenge.
Left's  extremist and terrorist organizations are capable and means to build wr-fighting networks , or use Taiwanese relations strategy to skillfully promote themselves - I am warriors and call for terror attacks.

We must be strengthened update and development bilateral war-fighting plan from conventional history and culture , in particular , kick out of Leftists.
Seamlessly guaranteeing Taiwan's stability and security the new model of guidelines principle for achieving "kick out of "  , from peacetime to history and culture.
According with cooperation for the regional and global stability and security of specific model are supporting for regional and global stability and security.
Outer partners and Taiwan's homeland's cooperation the new ideas in cooperation.
The new guidelines principle , in order to intensify effectiveness of bilateral cooperation , in particularf , kick out of history and culture that serve as the foundation of stability and security cooperation. 
The new guidelines principle incorporate the provocation of Left's history and culture of the regular evaluation.
Taiwan's Security Classification

In the National Security Strategy , the DPP must express Taiwan's fundamental tactical principle of National Security , which is that R.O.C.will continue to   insist on as a freefom and independence - adorable country , and to contribute proactively in securing the security and stability and prosperity of the Taiwanese soceity ; and based on the principle of cooperative partnership ,while we are working together to achieve our own security and regional stability - a proactive contributor to security.Rather than history and culture.
In order to achieve this tactical principle , the strategy defined Taiwan's Homeland and National Security ; as the maintenance of the status quo of the freedom and independence , defending integrity of the Homeland , and ensuring the safety of economic security , development , and life of all Taiwanese people ; according with conventional rules of history and cultrue , committed stability and security with universal values and order of End of history.
Based on that, the strategy specifies the strategic approaches , and clearly defines the security environment of Taiwan with national security challenges ; and the core of security interesting is that Taiwan should execute to kick out of Left's history and culture , such as , build a powerful Military Defense Deployment to protect Taiwan.
The Strategic approaches
Based on the National Security Strategy will define basic deployment for Taiwan's future , which our counterattacked capabilities and tactical objective for Left's history and culture of violent extremism and terrorism.
The guideline specifies 
(1),Taiwanese own effort;
(2),Intensification of security cooperation as counteratticking Left's history and culture of violent extremism and terrorism;
(3),New model of Partnership;
Establishment of a dynamic Joint attacking force - Taiwanese flock.
Tactical point will be intensifyed as effective means of deterrence and response to various situations :
(1),Ensuring the security of the sea Taiwan.
(2),Intensify to an attacked force on islands.
(3),Intensify to an Anti - ballistic missile attacks.
The defensive war-fighting deployment will report to Mr.President of Taiwan , Tsai Ing-wen.
【Conclusion】 
Defense Of Taiwan
According with the recent years , the Chinese Naval surface vessels have increased , and these advancements also continue to be conducted.
China seeks to intensify its Naval deployment capabilities to try to face the open sea.
Such as , an Chinese Navy aircraft carrier entered the Taiwan Strait.
It is of serious concern that China has unilaterally provoked activities , or which as activities that are seen as further expansion of China and its Naval vessels reach to include the East China sea and South China sea.
As regards Chinese government and its Naval vessels , they intrusion into Taiwan waters is becoming routinized , but unfortunately , Taiwanese government vessels are underfeed.
In other words , China is to be steadily intensifying its vessels to intrude into Taiwanese territorial waters. 
At the same time , Chinese aircraft has also increased dramatically. 
As Taiwan must utmost attention must continue to be respond to these activities. 
In turn , China's maritime activities will be probably to attack Taiwan to which China claims territorial sovereignty , including the control over the islands , in particular , use of force at sea and in airspace.
Finally , the Chinese Navy will be changing its Naval force towards strategic and tactical deployments of the offshore waters defense and maritime operations.
