Taiwan's tactical goals and strategic program for the National security.
In accordance with the President Tsai Ing-wen's directive - the maintaining the status quo:
That the president Tsai Ing-wen's direct to pursue re-confirmation of our tactical goals in stability and security and of the impact of these goals on Taiwan's strategic programs，in the light of the probable Left-wing's history and culture violent extremism and terrorism - the Sino.
The maintaining the status quo involved in the National tradition and psychology，so that we should need to be taken into account and be given due weight，including which we have been seeking to reach with the National freedom and independence. 
【Analysis】
【1】【Background of the current predicament】
Looked back the past many decades，the Globe has already experienced enormous violence of Left-wing's history and culture.
It has testified that the radical countries - of the Sino and the Russia.
During the past of the timing，the global political environment has already dramatically changed to occur.
There is none for one Left-wing's history and culture country to own such superior power.
So the sense of the maintaining of the status quo was marked by  a independence of sovereign and free country was maintained - over which no Left-wing's history and culture country was able to achieve hegemony.
The complex of conditions of the Sino's history and culture has now basically changed this historic status quo.
The Sino，unlike the past of history and culture to instigate，and is encouraged by a new fanatic extremism and terrorism，anti-tradition our own belief，and seeks to impose its absolute authority of history and culture over the rest of the world. 
Therefore， conflict-militiamen，who have become by violent and non-violent acts to call into action of overthrowing the power.
So as with the development of increasingly terrifying history and culture，every Taiwanese people will face the possibility of extermination，if the conflict-Left-wing enter the period of overall war.
Indeed，the Taiwanese people remains desire for relief from the provocation from the crisis of history and culture.
So it is in this background that this republic - the ROC and its Taiwanese citizens in the country their National status stand in their crisis.
The questions that face Taiwanese preople is significant，involving the accomplishment or extermination not only of the ROC's dream，and also including traditonal Taiwan itself.
History and culture will not give our Taiwanese people an opportunities.
As our Taiwanese people must have resolution with the traditional conscience，so that the central government and the Taiwanese people it represents must now take new model of decisions - the maintaing the status quo.

台灣的戰術目標與戰略計畫之國家安全
依據總統 蔡英文指示維持現狀:
有鑑於可能性左翼歷史與文化暴力極端主義與恐怖主義的能力:
依據總統 蔡英文指示，重新確認，我們在穩定與安全中戰術目標，與這類目標對台灣的戰略影響~~~中國!
這類維持現狀涉及到國家傳統與心理，是以應該考慮，並給於原來的重視，包括我們一直追尋國家自由與獨立!

【分析】 
【一】【當前窘境的背景】

回顧過去幾十年裡，全球早已經經歷，大規模左翼歷史與文化暴力威脅；
它們已經證實極端國家~~~中國與俄羅斯!
在過去的時間裡，全球政治環境早已經發生戲劇化改變；
數百年以來，沒有一個單一左翼歷史與文化國家擁有優勢力量!
所以，維持現狀的特點是，維持一個獨立的主權與自由國家系統；
沒有一個左翼歷史與文化國家能夠實現霸權!
現在，複雜的中國歷史與文化因素，基本上，意圖改變歷史性現狀；
這跟過去的歷史與文化不同，中國鼓動新的狂熱的極端主義與恐怖主義的鼓勵；
反對我們自己的傳統信仰，並嘗試將其絕對的歷史與文化權威強加於全球各處；
因此，民兵衝突成為流行，透過暴力與非暴力行為，發動推翻政權!
是以隨著越來越恐怖的大規模歷史與文化發展，如果左翼衝突，進入全面戰爭時期，那每一個台灣人將面對生存的可能性毀滅!
其實，台灣人一直希望擺脫歷史與文化所挑釁的戰爭危機；
所以，在這類背景下，這個共和國-中華民國，與其台灣人公民，在其國家地位正處於危機之中；
台灣人面對的問題是重要的，不僅是包括，破壞或是實現中華民國夢想；
也包括台灣傳統自身的破壞與實現!
歷史與文化不會給我們台灣人機會!
是以我們台灣人必須要有決心與傳統的良心；
中央政府與其代表台灣人，現在必須要有新模式決定性~~~維持現狀!
