The view of the National Intelligence Strategy for the Taiwan.
The National Intelligence Strategy must be integrated - a Taiwanese partnership making the the whole bigger than the sum of Left-wing's history and culture，moreover，the National Intelligence Strategy must own Taiwan's values，operating under the freedom，independence，and the the rule of law，consistent with Taiwanese people expectations for the freedom，independence，and privacy that maintains  the confidences of the Taiwanese people.
THE NATIONAL STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENT IN THE TAIWAN.
Now，the Taiwan faces a rapidly changing and complex  National security environment，in which abilities capable Left-wing's history and culture，lies of Economy will continue to challenge Taiwan， enemies are likely to use asymmetric to attack Taiwan's interests ，so that we，our Taiwanese people must have the opportunities to meet these challenges.
Left-wing's history and culture，lies of Economy have the ability to attack Taiwan's interests in traditional and emerging models.
Such as China poses threats and challenges to Taiwan's security objectives，and support of Left-wing's history and culture violent terrorism and extremism.
Lies of economy，Left-wing's history and culture violent terrorism and extremism seriously impact Taiwan's National security.
Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism is now using shameful history and culture,including the force-threatened is to attack Taiwan，who are working in Taiwa's regions，and aim to do violence to the homeland security，derail the rule of law，and attack Taiwanese partners，and otherwise challenge Taiwan's interests.
Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism is trying to destroy，and challenge the stability in the country of strategic interest to the Taiwan.
Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism poses a threat to Taiwan's interests by potentially corrupting strategically，and destabilizing confidence and stability of Taiwanese people，and create the opportunities for China.
Failed traditional Taiwan offer Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism safe haven，can fire off genocide of the Taiwanese people.
We must have the Intelligence Strategic Goals - in order to meet these goals，we must operate effectively regardless of where the intelligence occupies，and meanwhile，establishment of a clear legal framework to show us.

Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism - primarily history and culture，lies of economy and the local terrorist cells them stimulates that will continue to pose a serious threat to the Taiwan，Taiwanese people，at home.
The Intelligence Strategy supports the whole - R.O.C；Government efforts to protect the Taiwan -the homeland，counterattack the spread of Left-wing's violent history and culture，and the deterrence of Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism.
We will warn that do not acting blindly without thinking，and build precise intelligence operation，to cut off Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism financial support and defeat their operations.
Taiwan must support "the maintaining the status quo" policy objectives for facing the proliferation of Left-wing's history and culture，lies of economy - which means of deterrent and preventative consequences，and keep working with partners of the U.S. Government to intensify war-fighting capabilities to counterattack action across Left-wing's history and culture，lies of economy objectives.

Left-wing's history and culture and Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism actors，including criminal organizations，who are increasingly attacking Taiwan's interests in growing models.
At the tactical level，they have been penetrating our systems and industries ； at the strategic level，they are destroying our military deployments and the effectiveness of weapon system，including the National policy and diplomatic efforts.
So our National intelligence strategy must be employing both defensive and offensive mechanisms to identify，deter，and prevent against these threats. 
As we must build on its current efforts of the maintaining the status quo and and focus in deployments belong:
1，Assure the industrial security of the Taiwan；and assure the industrial systems of the Taiwan security from Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism exploitation.
2，Examine insider Taiwan threats；examine domestic Taiwanese citizens who use history and culture favorableness access in order to harm Taiwan interests.
The framework of Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism，based largely upon history and culture，lies of economy，are neither secure nor stability，so that they are stealing and changing , and have the potential to destroy National confidence in the upon which our country - Taiwan economy and National security rests.
Integrate Taiwanese partnership，throughout the National Intelligence Strategy，as well as with tradition and the  academic doctrine.
Counterattack threats to the non-traditional  targets of  Left-wing's history and culture violent terrorism and extremism； and focus more attentions on identifying and counterattacking to non-traditional threats.
Protect Taiwanese industrial systems - identify，and for providing a scalable war-fighting capability to counterattack National security threats.
According with the National Intellogence Strategy will continue to be a critical condition in the National missions - defeating Left-wing's history and culture，lies of economy， stabilizing Taiwan，deterring Left-wing's violent terrorism and extremism，ensuring the free and lawful flow of Taiwanese people into and out of the Taiwan，and counterattacking the new contingencies as Left-wing's history and culture appear.
Support current operations o the maintaining status quo -  intensify military, and law enforcement operations，in particular，violent terrorism and extremism，stability，security，and border security.
As we need to continue to keep the maintaining status quo，and sustain traditional Taiwan excellence to support a wide range of military，law enforcement，and civilian operations. 
We must integrate the National intelligence strategy across the Taiwan，and encourage Taiwanese people is to take the initiative and apply these deployments - the Intelligence Strategy is the norm，not the exception，in which，in order to meet our most significant challenges.
The principles of the National Intelligence Strategy are:
Work together，create unity of effort，under common direction of Taiwanese people - is to ensure the comprehensive Intelligence capabilities are marshaled against the challenge,and Taiwanese people are partners that share tradition to achieve the National dream success.
We need a a flexible deployment that we need to establish a National Counterterrorism Mechanism.
We must take advantage of Taiwanese people partnership to gain required to succeed at mission，in particular，important for discriminations that cross history and culture，and in others，building non-traditional longer-vesting friendship.
As to intensify our Taiwanese people partnerships，we must enhance 
Build traditional familiarity - deepen Taiwanese partner understanding of the Intelligence capabilities，and as well as knowledge of the intelligence Taiwanese partners provide.
Expand Taiwanese partnerships，and codify new relationships with the friendship.
Establish new friendship - build confidence，and common understanding of capabilities and missions with partners，especially，friendship with whom Taiwan has traditionally not had a relationship.
We do have the responsibility to maintain the status quo，and at the same time，protecting the traditional Taiwan，respecting the privacy and rights of Taiwanese citizens.
Taiwanese society must pay attention to thses areas:
Assure the Taiwan's security environment - that based on a effective，secure，and effective traditional framework of providing the simple and logical crosscutting solutions ，and recognizing the need to end of history and culture.
Maintain the status quo of the Taiwanese security，and improve Taiwanese people security awareness , since history proves that the intelligence strategy is critical to the Taiwanese peoples to deliver better ability.
Taiwanese people are at the core of building flexible intelligence strategy and pushing  a traditional Taiwan collaboration，so that we must maintain the status quo to intensify a diverse war-fighting capability and superiority with linguistic and cultural understanding to align with National security and intelligence priorities.

According with the National law and the Prdisidental order，a principal capability on the behalf of the President and its security unit，is the National Ielligence Strategy is a principal capability 
The National Intelligence Strategy presents a direction of the maintaining the status quo ahead for the Taiwan，to focus on the National missions the ROC needs，enhance the Taiwanese people agility，and improve support and understanding to our Taiwanese people.
Now，we beed to establish the National Intelligence Strategy which its will become the war-fighting capability，plan，and superiority.
Only as we become a unified independence and freedom of the country，who can we encounter the unprecedented number of threats and challenges we face and grab opportunities to enhance the security of the United States，Japan along with that our like-minded partners.

國家情報戰略必須整合~~~一個台灣人夥伴關係，大於左翼歷史與文化的總合，此外，國家情報戰略必須擁有台灣的價值理念，在獨立，自由與法治的運作下，符合台灣人對獨立，自由，與隱私的期許，並維持台灣人的互信!
台灣的國家戰略環境
台灣~~~現在，正面對一個快速改變與複雜的國家安全環境，在這類環境中，有攻擊能力的左翼歷史與文化，謊話經濟學勢力將繼續與台灣的國家利益，挑戰與威脅；敵人使用歷史與文化，經濟學的不對稱性手段來打擊台灣的利益，是以我們台灣人必須有反擊的機會面對挑戰!
左翼歷史與文化，謊話經濟學有能力，在傳統與新興模式上，打擊台灣的利益:或如，中國支持左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義對台灣的安全目標，形成威脅與挑戰；左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，謊話經濟學已經嚴重影響台灣的國家安全!

一，確保台灣產業安全，確保台灣安全的產業系統，避免被左翼暴力極端主義與恐怖主義的攻擊；
二，審查台灣內部威脅，審查那類嘗試利用歷史與文化優惠，以傷害台灣利益的境內台灣人；

國家情報戰略的原則是:
在共同的領導下，創造台灣人團結一致的努力，確保全面性情報功能，能夠面對挑戰~~~台灣人是夥伴，分享傳統來實現國家夢想的成功；
我們需要一個靈活的部署，需要建立一個國家反恐機制!
我們必須利用台灣人夥伴關係，來取得在任務中獲得成功所需的機會，特別是，跨越歷史與文化的歧視，更為重要，在某些狀況下，這意味強化當前的傳統關係，並在其他方面，建立非傳統的長期性友誼!
是以為了強化我們的台灣人夥伴關係，我們必須加強以下部署:
建立熟悉的傳統，深化台灣人夥伴對情報能力的理解，以及情報對台灣人夥伴提供利益的了解；
擴大台灣人夥伴關係，以及友誼之間建立新的關係；
建立新的友誼與夥伴關係在互信，能力跟任務的共同理解，特別是，台灣傳統沒有關係的友誼；
我們有責任維持現狀，同時保護台灣傳統，尊重台灣人公民的權力與隱私!
台灣人社會必須注意這類範圍如下:
確保台灣的安全環境，基於有效，安全與可靠的傳統基礎架構，來實現，簡單與邏輯的解決方案，並認識到終結歷史與文化的必要性；
維持台灣安全現狀意識，提高台灣人安全意識，因為歷史證明，情報戰略對於台灣人提供更好的能力是非常重要的!
台灣人是建立靈活的情報戰略與驅動台灣傳統的核心；
是以我們必須繼續維持現狀，以強化語言與文化理解的多元化作戰能力與優勢，來配合國家安全與情報優先的優先部署!

只有我們台灣人成為一個統一的獨立與自由國家，我們才能面對我們所遭遇的前所未有的威脅與挑戰，並抓住機會，強化美國，日本，與我們志同道合的夥伴安全!
