重建有效的夥伴關係的戰術目標
歷史性來說，當面對，實際威脅與存在共同的傳統認知，或現實團結起來的人們!
事實上，戰略夥伴關係在強化國土安全與國家安全方面，在預防與反擊，確實有效嚇阻，恫嚇，危機，與戰爭，或終結實際威脅!
國家傳統，經常被認為是這類戰略夥伴關係的因素，並成功地遠離社會主義與共產主義，與對此做出部署左翼新挑戰的崛起，但是，它有其限制，是以為台灣人的戰略夥伴關係提供重要的經驗!
台灣窮小子發現，有些台灣人現在仍然表現出古老歷史與文化情懷，中國的老故事，奇怪地忽略實際存在的務實與現實!
當台灣人擁有最強烈的共同傳統時，那中華民國取得最大的成功；舉例來說，1979年，台灣人的夥伴關係，中華民國取得成功的台灣關係法!
有些具有諷刺意味的是，從戰略情報來看，左翼歷史與文化從來沒有真正的嘗試，或僅是表現出軍事恫嚇!
以成熟的台灣傳統與經驗為基礎
這裡，台灣與台灣人夥伴在實戰中，取得的成功，也提供一個戰略夥伴關係，讓人放心的現象，雖然，台灣人曾經面對歧視，但還是工作在一起!
解放言論自由，並贏得頭一遭，台灣百合花變革的戰略夥伴關係，就是一個範例!
言論自由在黨國體制下被解放，台灣人作為合作夥伴，共同奮鬥!
同樣重要的是要注意，左翼經濟學的猖獗，而且，台灣當局繼續製造嚴重的錯誤，或如無視其從台灣境內許多台灣人處偷錢的相關問題的警告!
是以與中國的鬥爭，以及台灣人維持一個國家現狀的嘗試，再次證明台灣人的戰略夥伴關係是可行的，特別是，在這場鬥爭中，沒有所謂統一與獨立模式，但是，安全夥伴在終結歷史與文化的唬爛聲明，發揮建設性作用!
整個左翼歷史與文化，暴力極端主義與恐怖主義已經構成廣大的共同威脅與危機，是以我們必須穩固與團結，我們的安全，法治與。定義極端主義與恐怖主義!
雖然，還有很多工作要做，但我們台灣人，自二十一世紀以來走過漫長的路，明顯地，我們台灣人仍然可以一起做許多事情，這符合我們的國家傳統與利益!
戰略夥伴關係得到台灣傳統與台灣人的支持，此後，它將與台灣人密切合作，以預防中國的潛在性威脅，與反擊左翼歷史與文化暴力極端主義與恐怖主義運動!

【2】【RE-BUILDING PRACTICAL STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP IN THE TAIWAN】 

RE-BUILDING ON THE TATTICAL GOALS OF THE AVAILABLE PARTNERSHIPS
Historically，when the threat of having to face an actual threat，and there is a common，traditional perception，or reality of unites people.
In fact，the strategic partnerships are intensifying the Homeland and the National security sides which in preventing and counterattacking show they can actually make an effective，deterring intimidations，crises，and wars，or in ending actual conflicts.
National Tradition is usually named as the condition of such a strategic partnership，and success in removing from socialism and communism，and in deploying to the rise of new Left-wing's challenges，but has had its limits，so they are ones that provide significant experiences in the strategic partnerships for Taiwanese people.
I find homesickness of history and culture that some Taiwanese people now show for China's old stories to be curiously overlooked from the pragmatism and the reality that actually survived.
R.O.China had its biggest successes when the Taiwanese people had the powerful level of common traditions，for example，in 1979，the R.O.China had success of the Taiwan Relations Act when the Taiwanese people had partnerships.
Somewhat ironically from the strategic intelligence viewpoint，Left-wing's history and culture have never made their real attempt，or only compared the military intimidations.
Basing on proven Taiwan's tradition and experience
Taiwan，here，the successes that the Taiwan and its Taiwanese partners have had in actual combat that also provide a that strategic partnerships can be reassuring indication - we work together even when we have faced biases.
The strategic partnership that liberated free speech，and won the first Taiwan's lily reform is an example.
Free speech was liberated under Left-wing's history and culture system - and which Taiwanese people fought together as partners. 
It is equally significant to keep an eye on the Left-wing's Economy which is so rampant，moreover，the Taiwanese administration went on to make serious mistakes，or like ignoring the warnings it stolen money from many Taiwanese people of its Taiwan's domestic about the problems.
As the fight against the Sino，and Taiwanese people tries to maintain the status quo of a country，has again shown that Taiwanese people strategic partnerships may work，especially，none of the so-called model from of unity and independence in this figh，but security partners played a constructive role in ending history and culture of the "Big Words" of claims.
The broader common crisis and threat posed by the violent extremism and terrorism throughout the whole Left-wing's history and culture so that we must solid and unite us，for our security，the rule of law，and the definition of extremism and terrorism.
Even though there is still much to be done，but our Taiwanese people have come a long way since the early 2000s，apparently，there is still much our Taiwanese people may do together that fit in with the National tradition and interests for us.
The strategic partnerships - because of the support from its Traditional Taiwan and Taiwanese people，from now on，it has since worked closely with Taiwanese people，who prevent potential threats from China，and counterattack Left-wing's history and culture，violent extremism and terrorism movements.
