MINSK AGREEMENT -烏克蘭的命運?
According with Russian President Putin,German Chancellor Merkel, French President Hollande, and Ukrainian President Poroshenko who have ended negotiation in Minsk, and declaring a agreement that it has ended the conflict of the eastern Ukraine for nine months.
Indeed,the Russian President Putin could not have yielded by this agreement,and Ukrainian President Poroshenko has not hardly achieved,in particular,German Chancellor Merkel has such hope,but it remains to be dealt with.
Indeed,The agreement signed will be needed strong by the leaders,despite that German Chancellor Merkel has maintained peace so hardly,but fate has already shown the face of collapse.
What is meant by the Minsk agreement
The agreement said that foreign forces must be withdrawn,or Dismiss!But the Russian President Putin denies that fact,"Russia did not station troops in eastern Ukraine.
Nonetheless,current agreement,and its rules that the Ukraine can commit control over the Ukraine-Russia border.
Especially,through elections of political settlement remains open to face the Russian's the ability of across the border.
Farther the military deployment,and the core of the relationship is in eastern Ukraine.Because Russia supports them to seek many autonomy in constitutional reform, including authority which remain to posture frightening challenge for Ukraine.
But perhaps better than nothing,after all,now,Ukrainian people attitudes toward Russia have been resentful,so the critical reform is domestic financial crisis.In particular,inherent historical and cultural corruptions.
Besides,German Chancellor Merkel and French President Hollande should clear,with other Western countries which have followed toughly on the Russia's implementation,especially,removing of economic sanctions .
Or just expectantly,it perseveres with grade of normalcy to Ukraine.But historical and cultural corruptions are not smart,and not to get hopes too much.
Minsk agreement is a breakable arrangement.If the separatists will be agreed that both of sides came up with the line of compromise.For instance,they will be withdrawal of heavy weapons,rocket systems,and artillery,and will be changed dramatically between the Russia and the Ukraine.

孤獨的狼-ISIS的威脅

端視ISIS團體，早已經形成一個區域威脅；
首先，它是我們的夥伴問題，特別是，國界；
這是一個問題，大部分從那裏產生，再回到他們的母國！
孤獨的狼-ISIS恐怖行動的威脅我們的夥伴國家；
平心而論，他們是最困難找到；
因為孤獨的狼不涉入社會，所以，這是一個很艱難的問題！
激進的人揮舞黑色旗幟在敘利亞與伊拉克；
雖然，美國開始轟炸敘利亞！
揮舞黑色旗幟是一個現實問題，我認為它是恐怖思想與作品；
當然，威脅不僅是來自於ISIS，還有其他恐怖組織；
明顯地說，其他威脅仍在尋找那些恐怖模式來打擊我們與夥伴；
所以，是的，他們仍然是一個威脅！
美國一直在尋求所謂的平衡，但是，這努力似乎遭受了重大挫折；
換句話說，這是一個長期部署，而不是一個短期的轟炸；
總之，這將需要持續性的承諾與持續性的反擊！
