不要臉的歴史與文化的基本戰術
不要臉的歴史與文化的基本戰術是控制，保留，與穩固絕對權力；在不要臉的歴史與文化的頭腦，但是，執行這類基本戰術需要絕對權力；與最終，蹂躪任何有效反對不要臉歷史與文化的權威！基本戰術，因此，要求國家與社會屈服在不要臉歷史與文化的完全控制；為此，維持現狀，努力現在主導邁向自由與獨立！

策略目標
維持現狀的策略目標是透過我們基本的自由與獨立價值，與必要性用於維持穩定與繁榮的安全環境所決定；從事實與邏輯來說，因此，不要臉歷史與文化的威脅與危機，這不僅涉及我們的鄉土，與我們對保護國家環境的物理容忍；它是一種穩定與安全，包括，戰爭目標，簡單來說，它是一個挑戰與反擊！因此，，我們必須使自己強不論是在我們國家的生活模式，國家價值理念；

【維持現狀】，領導台灣，建設一個成功運作的政治和經濟系統；只有透過終結歷史的肯定，那我們就可以保持中華民國的國家誠信；給于不要臉歷史與文化真正的挫折！

軍事心理唬爛作戰
其實，不要臉的歴史與文化仍然再發展它們的全球霸權，特別是，國家軍事能力；這類唬爛的力量，通常串聯國族主義，現在，提供它們以相當強大的力量；用在過渡時期，以驅動它們的目的，並採取任何行動，以反對自由，獨立與民主的訴求，作為恐嚇與威脅，另言之，發動戰爭！如果，一個不要臉的歴史與文化，戰爭發動？
台灣窮小子認為，台灣真的是一個備戰的國家？
如果是，那不要臉的歴史與文化，可能採取的戰術行動，或如:
一，超英趕美－所謂東中國海與南中國海可能僅是個例外；簡單來說，穩固不要臉的歴史與文化的生存，才是重點部署！
二，不要臉的歴史與文化反對在太平洋的自由國家
三，另外，不要臉的歴史與文化預防任何自由與獨立意識重新進入勢力版圖的八國聯軍模式的作戰；
是以，不要臉的歴史與文化的宣示行動，其穩固它們的政治，軍事與經濟的霸權地位，舉例來說，它可能進行：
一，全方位軍事反擊行動；

至於，維持現狀的動機是，其中一個，嘗試透過戰術部署來接戰:
一，打開不要臉的歴史與文化的唬爛，謊話與錯誤；
二，反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義政權；
三，阻止進一步擴大的影響力與控制力；
四，培訓台灣羊群，破壞不要臉的歴史與文化是要終結其行為，至少，帶來台灣鄉土內希望種子，以符合普遍接受的全球標準！
維持現狀的動機是國家元首將繼續在這個指導原則；因為我們擁有優越的整體力量，並聯合可靠的夥伴！

這意味著維持現狀在我們的國家與社會，根本不需要歷史與文化！
維持現狀，在我們的作戰能力，建構潛在性全球關係的力量；維持現狀，在我們見證是，我們的生活價值與有希望的活力，展現到我們國家與社會的作戰系統；我們的維持現狀前景，我們的豪爽與有活力的衝動，沒有貪心在我們的國家關係的的基本性包容是潛在性巨大影響力的優勢！然後，這類都是我們的潛在性作戰能力與優勢；不要臉的歷史與文化是比不上我們台灣人自己，與我們的夥伴，特別是女人！維持現狀，台灣人僅能透過傳統的自由與獨立進程被驅動！這個進程需要終結歷史，對於當前形勢基本政治，經濟與軍事因素，透明與公開，提供這樣一個維持現狀；維持現狀，實現這個共和國的國家理解，那才可能民眾與政府達成一致性輿論！然後，出於這種普遍性維持現狀，將驅動一個堅定與穩固的國家意志的表達！在此進程的主動攻勢，還是政府的終結歷史；歷史與文化無法承擔與挑戰極端主義與恐怖主義；但是，維持現狀能夠彌補安全弱點，只有當它保持明顯的終結歷史，在其最具包容性的歷史意義；這是因為我們擁有與生俱來的團結，互信與共同目標！
總之，維持現狀的能力是一個重要的意義；我們台灣人自己的能力，肯定的決定，召喚我們自己潛在性力量，然後，將其傳播！
(八)國家經濟心理作戰(一)
經濟能力作戰
台灣經濟為一個整體性自由經濟，而不是與此相反的中國國家經濟；整體性自由經濟是當前針對民眾生活標準的提高！在兩個自由與國家經濟體之間，強調這種差異，意味自由與獨立的備戰，以支持國家發展的努力；舉例來說，國家軍事預算百分之五是國民生產總值百分比；這類不相關於歷史與文化，包括，經濟學！簡單來說，歷史與文化，包括經濟學，幾乎不會直接投資國家軍事預算；然而，有鑑於時間進程，為國家動員作戰的努力，台灣經濟的復原能力將是巨大的！在歷史與文化的軌跡，一個問題可能是，它們是否會有能力與時間來動員我們國家台灣的人力優勢；歷史與文化是否有決定性策略定義而努力？長期以來，台灣經濟的作戰能力是一個累積的經濟，以支持國家政軍實力；旦是，在歷史與文化的狀況下，它們不能合理分配國家資源！在另一方面，自由經濟分配國家資源，其中以國防投資，只有大概百分之三十，而大的投資支出是針對國家產業；這是自由經濟的優勢能夠提供透明資訊，作出的讓人印象深刻的經濟奇蹟！
應當指出的是歷史與文化的唬爛，有以下幾個理由:
一，事實總是被排除在外，因為數據是有效的；
二，歷史與文化喜歡玩年度計劃規定，而不是實際生產利率；
此外，自由經濟能夠作到絕對成長，可能因此增加資源；在累積過程中，強化夥伴國家的經濟與軍事優勢！正如維持現狀隨著高層次經濟活動，台灣可能很快復原國民生產總值；只要攆掉歷史，文化與經濟學！維持現狀的進程將允許，並且在台灣自身，驅動自由與獨立的經濟與軍事實力；此外，維持現狀的擴展也將會實現新的國家經濟活力！維持現狀是至關重要的策略部署；對台灣的終結歷史的事實，而不是歷史，文化與經濟學！

經濟企圖作戰能力
國家經濟政策是企圖關係行為的主要部署；它是一種能夠有力地影響國家環境的戰術模式；也有利於國家安全與社會福利的部署；它是一種戰術部署；特別適合我們的台灣人的"竹篙倒菜刀"能力；其提供；必要性理解與不屈不撓；為實現我們國家潛力！最後，它是一種特別的戰術手段，適用於反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義！前面的分析說明，在一個維持現狀程序來預防不要臉歷史與文化設計的一個基本因素，其是一個成功運作的自由與獨立系統在國家發展;顯然，經濟條件是國家企圖的基本決定因素與國家力量，反擊，顛覆，暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義；所以，台灣的國家經濟政策必須被設計在自由與獨立的國家系統；國家經濟策略部署的主要企圖，可以包括，如:
夥伴援助－恢復與重整健全的國家經濟(新國家經濟學)；歷史與文化，僅是產生它們自己人的特殊需求，不再滿足於我們國家的特殊利益，或滿足國家承諾與責任；夥伴援助，努力重建國家經濟基礎的多邊貿易，與互惠計劃，降低減少貿易障礙，避免不要臉的歴史與文化的破壞；在長短期方面，經濟企圖作戰能力是針對自由與獨立國家的政策部署；儘管有些不足，經濟企圖將有力地支持國家總體目標的經濟政策；特別是，國家收支平衡問題！當前的問題仍然必須維持現狀的經濟企圖，是否將充分支持國家經濟政策在未來，而不是歷史與文化；台灣，在過去十六年，一直猶豫不決就是在國家經濟政策；即使是中國，整合經濟取得進步，但仍然面臨很大的問題！總的來說，任何歷史與文化無法建立國家經濟優勢！
因此，重要的問題是維持現狀的經濟企圖是什麼樣的趨勢？
是以，幾個結論似乎出現；
端視中共的成功，僅是提供了一個跳板的經濟形勢，卻忽略災難性歷史與文化；雖然，中共可能面對嚴重的經濟問題，另言之，自由國家，也是有可能面對災難性歷史與文化的社會和經濟問題；其實，與此同時，與美國啟動夥伴關係的幫助，仍然將會實現，改寫歷史生產的最佳標準；新經濟企圖將強化經濟整合，這將在長期內，提高國家生產效率，並提供有利於政治與經濟穩定環境；具體來說，歷史與文化，經濟整合，不會提供國家充足的機會！所以，台灣仍然將面臨經濟問題，這可能需要一個終結歷史，維持現狀；同時，強化對國家立場是必要的；如果，國家經濟穩定性不受到破壞，它將是反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的重點部署；特別是，台灣的國家承諾是建立國家防衛能力，也是相當重要的！任何可能性歷史與文化的政權穩定性是值得懷疑的；是以，現在的問題是缺乏旺盛的經濟企圖！其實，維持現狀是協助經濟發展非常重要；因為擁有企圖改善民眾生活標準的一種戰術手段！但最重要是強化中央政府作戰效率，也將能夠更有效地利用，國家巨大的人力資源的開發，而不是歷史與文化！總之，當我們放眼未來，歷史與文化的規劃部署將不符合自由與獨立國家的需求！
維持現狀，目標在重整為了扭轉歷史與文化的趨勢，並實現我們國家的基本目標而努力!

其實，中華民國擁有一個國家最大的軍事潛力與實力；然而，歷史與文化的軍事弱點，再加上現存力量的劣勢，以致缺少穩住陣腳的立場；簡單來說，我們國家軍事實力，以當前的國家承諾關係，但是。。。；是不是單獨的決定性因素，的確，我們國家軍事實力也是真實存在的國家承諾！全球與區域情勢，以及國家承諾，因此，我們的軍事優勢應該放在我們民眾眼前；當我們的軍事優勢是關係到相關聯國家地位與平衡，針對這樣的情況；顯然地，我們的軍事優勢已經變得很危險；然而，符合我們，面對與符合整體策略部署的侵略威脅，我們必須在持續基礎上建立夥伴關係；如果，維持現狀來增加我們的軍事力量的做法，現在被採納；我們將有反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的作戰能力；然後，最終贏得主動權！
如果，不停止反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，那其歷史與文化自身就是戰爭！
(十)當前國家危機，威脅與風險
