古老的課文認為中國是全球性現實的夢想，所以，世界必須適應中國；

在過去的二十年，圖片預言的中國崛起，我們能夠理解這種信念；但是，務實的，我們真的錯了！

二十世紀80年代，日本崛起也是一頁偉大的歷史故事；

結果，三十年的停頓與證明，依據單獨的經濟力是沒有國家策略部署的基礎！

另外是，唬爛的歐洲聯盟成為一個新的全球系統與力量；

但是，歷史經驗證明，歐盟無能和不能勝任的全球挑戰；

所以，單獨的經濟力是唬爛的國家部署！

是以，懷疑中國真的是有正當理由，特別是，糟糕的歷史與文化；

當然，中國仍然是全球最重要的大國，

而且，在某些區域策略部署，已經超越俄羅斯，日本，英國，德國和法國；

透過傳統的中國國家智慧，現在是，全球毫無疑問的第二位，僅次於美國；

可能在錢的方面，它已經超越美國！

然而，錢不是最重要的一個，國家能力才是衡量國家總體作戰優勢；

而不是糟糕的歷史與文化！

已故美國總統艾森豪說過：＂如果之後的國家努力已經結束，然而，沒有人喜歡中國，你是一個可憐的國家＂！

其實，幾代的歷史與文化已經確定，有，當然，

終結歷史，更加顯著的標示影響讓中國運用自己的國家能力去影響全球行為與事件過程；

舉例來說，今天，當我們看中國的存在全球，

我們想要知道：中國實際影響全球行為與事件過程的軌跡？

如果有，不是很多，糟糕的歷史與文化特別多！

所以，終結歷史，我們仔細思考，中國並沒有那麼強；

中國可能是二十一世紀的紙老虎 ！

此外，在全球戰略部署，中國僅是一個孤獨的俠客－沒有夥伴，沒有愛人！

缺乏互信與猜疑是中國歷史與文化親密關係；

格外是，中國給不起安全性和保護，明顯缺乏戰略影響力的大國；

台灣窮小子的意見不意味，貶低，中國的奇蹟發展與成就；

只是提醒，中國是無法擺脫糟糕的歷史與文化！

這是危險的歷史與文化；這是一個嚴肅的與讓人氣餒的挑戰！

因此，台灣觀察家不應該盲目認為中國未來將僅是過去三十年的成功志向；

或者說，中國將必然繼續全球力量的驅動！

The age-old of text has it that the China is reality-dream of the globe,so the world must adjust China.
A picture of "China rise" foreknowledge has shown over the past two decades,and we could be understandable,and pragmatic this belief ; but we are really wrong.
Diring the 1980s, "Japan rise" was also a great historical story,and as a result,the Japan had drooped into a three-decade recession,and was demonstrate in accordance with single economic power which did not have a broader foundation of national deployment.
Moreover,the " BIG WORDS" of the European Union would become a new global system and power,but historical lessons have demonstrated that European Union itself powerless,and incompetent on a global challenges.
So,single economic power is "BIG WORDS"of National deployment.
As we do have skepticism about China is proper reason,in particular,stupid of history and culture.
Absolutely China remains the global most important superpower,and in some regional strategic deployment it has exceeded Russia, Japan, Britain, Germany and France.
By conventional China's National wisdom,is now accepted by globeal second leading power,after the United States, and perhaps in MONEY side it has already overtaken United States.
However,MONEY is not the most important one ; National Capabilities remains measure of National comprehensive war-fighting superiority,rather than stupid of history and culture.
The late of President Dwight D. Eisenhower had said that,if after the National effort is over,yet,no one does not like China,you are a poor country.
Indeed,generations of history and culture have determined that,of course,there are,Ending of history is a more significant indicator is influence by which China operate their capabilities to influence the actions of globe and the course of events.
For instance,today,we see China’s presence on the worldwide,and we want to know : Is China practically affecting the actions of globe and the trajectory of the course of events?
Not very much,if any,in particular,stupid of history and culture have done so much.
So,by Ending of history,we are are carefully thought,China is not so strong.
China can be a paper tiger for 21st century.
Moreover,in global strategic deployment,China is just as a lonely chivalrousness - lacking pals and lover.
Lacking confidence and doubtfulness are closest relationship with China's history and culture.
Especially,China will not make security and protection,and a distinct lack of strategic influence as a super power.
台灣窮小子's observation is not meant to underrate China's miraculous developmental and accomplishments,and just reminders that China cannot break away from stupid of history and culture.
This is the dangerous history and culture ; this is a sobering and daunting of challenges.
Thus, Taiwanese observers should not blindly presume that China’s future will be dynamism of the past thirty years, or that China will necessarily continue to push global power.
