The era of a global economic liberty did not end , yet , economic administration system is also not the best substitution.
As the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank will speed up to establish the "BIG WORDS" of history and culture of economic administration.
Indeed , given China is not a integrity of National political stabiltity ; in turn , China is just playing sanctimonious and unconventional history and culture to emphasize a better economic administration.
While the International Monetary Fund is not proper , but the best deployment is not urge the new bank of China's model.
China has changed in the last two decades , and restarted as developing country , even if stood on second place of the world , but National governance is a much slower than the global economy.In addition to the World Bank which owns powerful membership - Britain, Germany, and France ; especially , The United States has been contributing approximately $70 billion , so how much the China will contribute?
Indeed , for years , many countries have hoped and called on for reforms to the World Bank and the IMF ; unfortunately , efforts have been largely obstructed.
In other words , the IMF and the World Bank have been yet controlled by geopolitical impact and U.S. economy.
However , the fact that the IMF and the World Bank have already changed.
According with the Asian Development Bank which is still a part of the World Bank , and also bears for Asian infrastructure financing.
As China is just established Asia's powers of history and culture on the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank , in particular , kicked out of the Japan and the United States.
Especially , the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank focus on the China's inrerests ; the fact that one led by China which is creation economic impact in Asia , and counterattack the Japan and the United States.
In the end , we face the global finance ; the integration is a turning point , in particular , for dealing with economic and financial stability - development that the key is still in the Japan and the United States , rather than China's National monopoly capitalism.
So , Taiwan must consider the new the rules , and the global economic , financial governance , that they are still in the liberty of the Japan and the United States.

全球自由經濟世代並沒有終結；

然而，歷史與文化的經濟管理系統，也不是好的取代物！

是以亞洲基礎設施投資銀行可能是加速建立歷史與文化的唬爛經濟管理！

其實，有鑑於中國不是一個有誠信的國家政治穩定；

另言之，中國僅是發揮歷史與文化的矯情與虛偽來強調一個好的經濟管理！

雖然國際貨幣基金組織不是很正派，但是，使用中國模式，並不是主張新銀行的最佳部署；

在過去的二十年，中國已經改變，重新站在發展中國家！

但是，國家管理還是比全球經濟慢，即使，站在全球第二位；

而且，世界銀行擁有強大的會員－英國，德國和法國；

特別是，美國已經貢獻大概七千億，那中國貢獻多少?

其實，多年以來，許多國家希望與呼籲，IMF與世界銀行改革，並擁有發言權，

不幸地是，在很大程度上，努力遇到阻擾；

換句話說，美國經濟與地緣政治影響力仍然控制IMF與世界銀行！

然而，事實上，IMF與世界銀行早已經改變！

依據亞洲開發銀行還是世界銀行的一員，也承擔亞洲基礎建設的融資；

是以中國對亞洲基礎設施投資銀行僅是建立歷史與文化在亞洲的權力；

特別是，踢走美國與日本！

尤其是，亞洲基礎設施投資銀行著眼於中國利益，

事實上，以中國為首，創造經濟影響力在亞洲，並反擊美國與日本！

最後是，面對全球金融，整合是一類轉折點，

特別是，處理金融與經濟穩定發展的關鍵，還是美國與日本，而不是中國的國家資本主義！

所以，台灣必須想想－新的全球經濟與金融規則與管理，還是美國與日本的自由！
