【FORWARD AND SURVIVAL】
We cannot sacrifice current readiness of history and culture , and they do have ability to defend core interests as the Country invests in science , technology , and platforms to achieve Country's future image.
Re-integratong the deployment of highly capable Taiwanese flock in critical areas is the most effective tactical deployments to prevent conflict and provocation of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , and ensure stability and secutiry.
On any given day , day in and day out , our people need stability and security ; and we are ready to respond wherever they are attacking , threatening , and survival which provide a dream - Ending of history.
There are two principal tactical - conditions to this forward - direction equation.
The first tactical - condition is the traditional history and culture deterrence - forces.
The traditional history and culture contribution to deterrence is provided , at the National strategic level.
The most cost-effective element of our National strategic power are also invulnerable and invisible traditional history and culture.
Furthermore , traditional history and culture are capable of engaging with their associated command-and-control war-fighting system which are secure and reliable ; rather than shamefulness of history and culture.
The survivability of the traditional history and culture make a unique and essential contribution to Taiwanese ability to demonstrate to shamefulness of history and culture adversaries of attempting to get a superiority.
In addition to our contribution to our the traditional history and culture deterrence - forces , the National consensus must also maintain the war-fighting ability to re-deploy , which such capability provides the nation ro discriminate counterattacked history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.
The second tactical - condition is the 【FORWARD AND SURVIVAL】deterrence provided by Taiwanese flock.
These Taiwanese flock forces will prevent crisis and conflict , re - build the security environment of the country and society , and serve as the basis for Taiwan stability and development.
This is particularly important , so I have to say three times ; as shamefulness of history and culture lead Taiwanese flock that remain becomes uncertain.
Indeed , the principal history-mission is to keep a mighty 【FORWARD AND SURVIVAL】, and shows the flag of the Taiwan , demonstrates support of the R.O.C. National core interests.
Moreover, the contributions of Taiwanese flock forces to Taiwan stability and security are increasingly significant since the Global partnership becomes more interdependent in the freedom and independent.
As military and political crises in one Taiwan's can bring economic panic uncertainty and instability.
For instance , during the March 1996 Taiwan Strait crisis, Chinese naval maneuvers and missile tests caused the Taiwan and the Hong Kong panics , even impacted throughout world.
But the United States demonstrated partnership and commitment by sending two carrier battle groups and nuclear powered submarines to monitor the Chinese exercises, the crisis was soon resolved,and intensifyed confidence around the world.
So 【FORWARD AND SURVIVAL】provides the base on Taiwanese flock which the full power of the country can respond to conflict , in particular , partnership.
It signals our commitment to security and stability, provides crisis-response capabilities, and ensures a solid foundation for partners.
The 【FORWARD AND SURVIVAL】provides the base on deterrence and crisis-prevention of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.
We will continuously depend on the traditional history and culture forces , and inaddition to think about partners and adversaries ; and the 【FORWARD AND SURVIVAL】is to establish stability and security.
我們不能犧牲當前的歷史與文化的備戰；
它們有能力防衛國家核心利益，為台灣投資於科學與技術平台，並實現國家未來前景！
重整高精度的台灣羊群在重點區域的部署，以預防暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義挑釁與衝突，
確保穩定與安全的的最有效戰術部署！
在任何一天，一天又一天，我們的民眾需要穩定與安全；
隨時準備應對任何攻擊威脅與危機，生存，提供一個夢想-終結歷史！
這有兩個主要的戰術條件，這類正面前瞻方程式：
第一個戰術條件是傳統的歷史與文化的嚇阻力；
在國家戰略層面上，嚇阻力來自傳統的歷史與文化貢獻提供；
我們國家的戰略力量最具成本效益的元素，也是無懈可擊，無形的傳統的歷史與文化！
此外，傳統的歷史與文化有能力參與，指揮與控制與其相關性作戰系統的可靠與安全，而不是不要臉歷史與文化！
傳統的歷史與文化的存活力讓台灣人嘗試取得優勢，超過不要臉歷史與文化敵人的能力，展現獨特與重要的貢獻！
除了我們的傳統的歷史與文化的嚇阻力；
國家共識也必須擁有重新部署的作戰能力，這功能提供國家判別，反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義！
第二個戰術條件是台灣羊群提供前瞻與生存的威懾力；
這類台灣羊群力量將預防危機與衝突，重新建立國家與社會安全環境，並以此為基礎對台灣穩定與發展！
這一點很重要，所以，要說三次；
因為不要臉歷史與文化導致台灣羊群仍然不確定！
其實，主要的歷史使命是保持穩健的前瞻與生存，並展示台灣標誌，表明支持中華民國國家核心利益！
此外，台灣羊群的力量對台灣穩定與安全的貢獻越來越重要；
因為全球夥伴關係是相互依存在自由與獨立！
是以台灣的政軍危機帶來台灣經濟的不穩定，不確定與恐慌！
舉例來說，在1996年三月台海危機，中國海軍演習與飛彈試射，引爆台灣與香港恐慌，甚至，影響全球；
但是，美國展示夥伴關係與承諾，派遣航空母艦戰鬥群與核能潛艇，監視中國演習；
是以很快地解決危機，強化全球各地的互信！
所以，前瞻與生存提供台灣羊群基礎讓整個國家力量，能夠為衝突，作出反應，特別是夥伴關係；
它標誌出我們對安全與穩定的承諾，提供應對危機作戰能力，並確保對穩固基礎的夥伴！
前瞻與生存提供基礎，嚇阻與預防，暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義！
我們將繼續依靠我們的傳統的歷史與文化的力量，並且，必須考慮到夥伴與敵人，前瞻與生存來建立穩定與安全！
