According with reform-opened over the past three decades ,

Sino's economic development has really made nine classes of bureaucracy of small businesses to rich , and also out of poverty.

It cannot denied that Sino's increasing nine classes of bureaucracy of small businesses ,

but also bring significant Left-wing's history and culture threats and challenges.

Sino's nine classes of bureaucracy of small businesses have owned a large number of black money to meet their desires ,

and besides house and food , or with other levels , such as corruption and bribery.

中國九品官人,擁有大量的黑錢來滿足它們的胃口;

除了居所與食物,或用於其他層面,或如,貪污與賄絡!

這類九品官人數量龐大,大概有五億人!

中國九品官人的威脅與挑戰

或預測中國九品官人,將會超過五億人,其持續擴張,也將會提出新的威脅,與挑戰中國共產黨;

中國的有錢人正面對轉型;

但是,缺乏新世代的年輕人支持,這將造成越來越多的負擔!

中國的九品官人,也是帶來一類國家威脅;

威脅惡化中國的經濟窮困,也反映中國歷史與文化的不公平!
雖然,中國政府已經強化其國家社會安全網;

特別是,中國政府驅動社會福利變革;

儘管如此,但是,無法處理九品官人的社會挑戰!

中國九品官人主義

由於低標準歷史與文化,中國政府,很困難地建立習慣;

所以,當前的中國有錢人,將黑錢當是一帶一路的轉移原因;

另外是,中國的資產分配不同於自由與民主國家!
