九段線的地理
依據2009年中國公佈，包括，九段線的地圖是：
南中國海範圍內島嶼與海域特點，因此，位置僅是大概的計算！
九段線的地理面積相當於百分之二十二的中國國土，大約兩百萬平方公里的海域；
這不包括台灣與東沙群島，其包括，大概十三平方公里的島嶼！
簡單來說，九段線的地理是相對接近中國海岸與南中國海周圍的島嶼；
另言之，九段線的地理描述不是現代中國的地圖，而是歷史地圖的複雜與矛盾！
特別是，中國地圖的九段線與全球，甚至，台灣的九段線地圖，不一致！
分析
其實，，海域規則是沿海國行使主權僅是延長十二海浬的基線；
包括，單純通過海域，與其他國際法權利與規定；
此外，最大可延長到二十四海浬，其沿海國能夠預防與懲罰；
包括，行使必要性控制在財政，移民，海關其領海與領土內規定！
另言之，沿海基線測量規則，而不是歷史地圖！
舉例來說，沿海基線內靠近陸地稱為內水，但是，九段線沒有！

According with China has published,and included the map of nine-line-dashes that surround islands,waters features of the South China Sea. Therefore, it only defining the location is approximate.
An area of the geographic nine-line-dashes equal to about 22 percent of China’s Homeland,and approximately 2,000,000 square kilometers of warter space.
This is not including Taiwan and Dongsha Qundao,where its is approximately 13 square kilometers of islands.
Put simply,the geographic nine-line-dashes are
located in relatively close proximity to the China's coasts and islands of surrounding the South China Sea.
In turn,the geographic nine-line-dashes description are not the map of modern China,but than they were complicated by inconsistencies of historical maps.
In particular,the dashed-nine-line map of China is inconsistent with Taiwan's the dashed-nine-line map,even the globe.
ANALYSS
Indeed,water rules are to the coastal country will exercise sovereignty which may just extend up to 12 nm from the baselines,including innocent passage water,and other rules of international rights and rules.In addition,it is extending beyond a maximum of 24 nm from the baselines,and including that will exercise the control necessary to its coastal country can prevent and punish infringement of its fiscal,immigration,customs,regulations within its territory or territorial sea.
In turn,measured rules of coastal baselines,rather than historical map.
For instance,coastal baselines are on the landward side that it is calling internal waters,but the nine-line dashes are not.
