According with Russia's President Putin has signed the the possibility of precision conventional weapons

as a National Strategic Deterrent Doctrine to face its National border as threat as military buildup.

This will fire off the NATO's criticisms,and their meant that accused Russia of destroying European security.

The new doctrine,which says Russia faces in involving conventional mass weapons that threatens the very existence of the Russian,

in particular,processes nuclear weapons in retaliation.

For the first time, Russia will use conventional precision weapons as National Strategic deterrent Forces.

It pointed that when the deployment of foreign military forces on the Russia's homeland for political,economic,and military pressure.

In fact,Russia's relations with the West countries have re-turned back to the Cold War era.

Perhaps that the European Union has passed on against Moscow,

which has deepened attacking Russia's economic troubles and contributed to a crisis of the ruble.

端視俄羅斯總統普丁已經簽署：

新模式傳統性精密武器國家戰略嚇阻的可能性學說，以面對威脅國境的軍事集結；

這將引爆北大西洋公約組織的批評，並意味俄羅斯破壞歐洲安全！

新的學說說：俄羅斯面對涉及的威脅的存在可能會動用大規模傳統性武器；
