China has explained itself very clearly a role of history and culture in the skies and on the water of East Asia.

Beginning in 2009,China has been expanding its military activities,in particular,led joint exercises with Russia in the Mediterranean in 2015.

The China has thus been increasing the range of its activities,and in doing so,

it has increased the danger of accidents,or has shown threatening to other countries.

For instance,Chinese naval vessels have locked and obstructed the US Navy vessels,including Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF).

Such overbearing actions by the China,and in response,in return directed threatening pressure against the US and Japan.

At the same time that China has been expanding its modernization of activities,including aircraft carriers,bombers,stealth fighters,and ballistic and cruise missiles, which increasing and processing its long-range precision strikes.

In addition,China has also devoted intensifies to its war-fighting ability to operate in space and cyberspace.

The most obvious phenomenon of the security environment in East Asia in recent years has been facing the China and the growing military force.

In other words,China has been understanding how it is to go about achieving those strategic objectives - it is indispensable and important to consider what model of strategy.

RE-DISCRIMINATING THE RISING OF CHINA

Re-discriminatory strategy will make the rising of Cnina simpler to understand its the intentions and actions,in particular,

what the model of deployment should be taken toward,and in order to maintain the regional security environment in long term.

Re-discriminatory strategy is to understand the China's developmental trade for the future,

and seeks China's military activities will direct influence on East Asian security environment.

中國已經清楚地說明：一個歷史與文化的角色在東亞的水域與天空；

從2008年開始，中國不斷擴大其軍事行動；

特別是，與俄羅斯聯合演習在地中海，2015年！

也因此中國已經增加其活動的範圍，在此過程中，並增加意外事故的危險；

或出現威脅到其他國家！

舉例來說，有時候，中國海軍艦艇，鎖定與阻撓，美國海軍艦艇，包括，日本自衛隊；

透過這樣的緊迫釘人行動，作為回報中國指揮威脅對美國與日本的壓力！

與此同時，中國一直在擴大其現代化行動，包括，航空母艦，轟炸機，匿蹤戰機，彈道與巡弋飛彈，

增加與進行，其遠距離精確打擊能力！

此外，中國致力於強化其網絡空間與太空的作戰能力；

近年來，最明顯的現象是東亞安全環境已經面對中國迅速擴大軍事實力！

話句話說，中國已經了解如何實現這類策略目標：

確定什麼模式的策略，這是不可缺少的與非常重要的考量！

重新識別中國崛起

重新識別策略將讓中國崛起，更容易了解其意圖與行動；

特別是採，取甚麼模式的部署，維持長期性區域安全環境！

重新識別－了解中國的未來發展發展趨勢，並發現中國軍事行動將直接影響東亞安全環境！

本報告將不定期更新
