【日本防衛白書】【緊迫盯人】

Recently,I took time to read "Japan's ぼうえいはくしょ",and Japanese superiority of "keeping a close eye on?" of work by our partners.

Indeed,"ぼうえいはくしょ" is a clear vision of the Japan coming up in the next decade,in particular,a free and independent to project power.

I believe this is just more better than history and culture,and other countries should expect follow through.

I believed that there is a possibility Japan will join the US involved in the South China Sea,in particular,through freedom-navigation with other countries partners.

The freedom-navigation intensifyed the deployment that believed the South China Sea tensions as a legitimate security.

Japan is a United States pal,and are also security partnerships with other countries in this region.

The current security environment is becoming more uncertain,instable,and complex ; this is related to rising of Chinese power,and we must be followed the model of hisotry and cuture.

Although China’s strategic thinkers are using new National Self-Assertiveness to face the South China Sea tensions in this region.

For instance,other countries will give up,ultimately,reconciliation on China’s terms.

It is a critical moment for pals to demonstrate commitment,rather than the age-old law of the history and culture.

In particulr,Japan will be as an important partner in any common defence of the Asia-Pacific stability and security.

China trajectory of using history and culture force,other countries will have to make the difficult choice to decide their National position.

As the real significance of "ぼうえいはくしょ" is Japan has chosen not to be a abnormal countru ; and to be a resolute county as freedom and independence.

This determination will encourage Vietnam,South Korea,Philippines and others countries.

Nonetheless,age-old of history and culture of interest has been China's reaction.

These mentions of age-old of history and culture are negative and no one country will be satisfied about these.

In the end, significant conflict between the United States and China is out of the question,especially,these include the East China and South China Seas, the airspace above those seas - we oppose the assertion of militarization in the rigion.

The lack of a stable rules-based freedom-navigation for the importance of the South China Sea.

Especially,the Japan,it will be pal of warms the heart and delights the eye.

Japan - that will be interesting to keep a close eye on someone?

【 JAPAN'S ぼうえいはくしょ】【KEEPING A CLOSE EYE ON SOMEONE?】

最近，我用點時間閱讀日本防衛白書－緊迫盯人對日本優勢，在我們的夥伴勢力範圍；

其實，防衛白書是日本在即將到來未來十年的清楚視域；

特別是自由與獨立的投射力量！

台灣窮小子認為這是比歷史與文化更好，其他國家應該會追隨；

我認為有一個可能性，日本加入美國，將參與南中國海；

特別是透過自由航行，與其他國家的夥伴！

強化自由航行，相信為南中國海的緊張情勢，為合法的安全部署；

日本是美國的夥伴，也是該區域其他國家的安全夥伴關係！

當前的安全環境越來越不確定，不穩定與複雜；

這在很大程度上是關係到中國崛起，與必須遵照歷史與文化模式！

雖然，中國策略者正在操作新國家主張來面對這區域南中國海的緊張情勢；

舉例來說，其他國家將會放棄，最終，與中國的條件和解！

這是一個關鍵時刻－夥伴表現出的承諾，而不是古老的歷史與文化法則；

特別是，日本將是亞太區域，穩定與安全的共同防衛的一個重要夥伴！

中國使用歷史與文化的武力軌跡，其他國家將不得不作出困難的選擇來決定自己的國家立場；

是以，防衛白書真正意義是，日本選擇不成為一個不正常的國家，堅決一個自由與獨立的國家！

這個決心將會鼓勵越南，韓國，菲律賓，與其他國家！

然而，中國的反應一直是古老的歷史與文化興趣；

這類古老的歷史與文化的說論是否定的，沒有一個國家將會滿意這類說論！

最後是，美國與中國之間重大衝突的可能性不大；

特別是，包括，東中國海與南中國海，海域與領空，反對有關於區域軍事化！

缺乏一個穩定的基於自由航行規則對南中國海的重要性！

尤其是，日本－它將會是一個讓人賞心悅目的夥伴！

日本－這將是有趣的緊迫盯人！
