日本內閣會議通過新版《防衛計畫大綱》馬英九總統昨天表態回應，相關各方非常注意此訊息，他強調，馬政府希望與美日繼續維持友好合作關係，成為東亞和平安全的主要基石。

日本內閣會議將中國大陸定位為「地區、國際社會的憂慮事項」，指出要加強西南群島的防衛。馬英九昨天在總統府接見「台日論壇」台北會議日本代表團時表示，日本通過《防衛大綱》，相關各方非常注意，中華民國是愛好和平的國家，一向主張以和平方式解決爭端，共同創造東亞和平繁榮，政府也希望與美、日繼續維持友好合作關係，成為東亞和平安全的主要基石。

馬英九強調，兩岸簽署經濟合作架構協議後，替台日合作創造新的機會，讓許多日本企業願意與台灣企業策略聯盟，共同開發中國大陸市場，讓雙方經貿更密切。

他也指出，今年台日觀光客互訪人數明顯成長，來台參觀台北花博的國際旅客中，也有很多是日本人，加上日前第五百萬名來台的觀光客也是日本女性，相關進展令人高興。
