Ladies and Gentlemen,please,stand up for national president's of layout address.
Dear friends:
This is a occasion and pray for our friends.
It has not been out of sort for secret over the last three years,in spite of the debates that has been able to communicate.
It cannot denied that this is good thing,because it can help us to realize,because that is what a healthy democracy demands.
We are part of the Republic of China/Taiwan family,because it is able to common hopes well-beings and dreams.
It should be an opportunities to be fulfilled ,also,what sets Taiwan apart as a nation.
Today's challenge will face a new era of cooperation,so,it depends on us.
What comes that will be determined by us,whether or not,can work together,it cannot denied that this is able to do so,also,must to do so,we realize.
This is a expect and common responsibility that will move forward together.
It is an opportunity that has made Taiwan not just a place on a map that face worldwide.
After all,the national development progress have naver alone,there are successful by country and people,in particular,encouraged of life and jobs offer,however,by the opportunity of better life will pass on children.So,that is subject want us to work,together.
We should be able to come roaring back to make national economy is up,in particular,create profits are up and have become thriving enterprise.
Simply speaking,take on challenges and win the future.
This world has already changed,therefore,the rules have been changed,also,this is not denied,the rules have changed.
So,change is real,but,it cannot that should not discourage us,remember,face challenge.
The Republic of China/Taiwan still has the most well-being and prosperous
The opportunity that each of us to change our own destiny,for example,such as,the future is ours to win.
It should not have never been about standing pat,because the future is an achievement.It is a dream,even though,it can't  predict with certainty what the next subject will be, but,it can image that or where the opportunity will come from.
The future is a investment that will strengthen national  security and protect our countay, and create opportunutues for people.
Overcome ourselves.
That's what Taiwan characteristic have done for over four hundred years.
So-called that overcome ourselves and let's invest for the future.
So,the critical is in winning for the future and have to confront the fact,also,it will promoting dream success.
Success needs new change and reform,especially,innovation and responsibility.
Around the globe,it must never forget that struggle for and fight for.
This is a country where anything's possible,if try it,this is in the same dream,including,different policy and background,No matter who you are,where you come from,because know we will.
Opportunity also is choice and future is hopeful the nation of our union is strong.

這是一個時刻和祈求我們的朋友;
在過去三年裡,不爽已經不是一個秘密,即使,有爭論,但可以溝通;
不可否認,這是好事,因為它可以幫助我們來了解,因為,這是一個健康的民主訴求;
我們是中華民國台灣的一部分,因為能夠擁有共同的希望,幸福和夢想;
這應該是機會來實現,這也是台灣是與眾不同的國家;
今天的挑戰,將會面對一個新的合作時代,所以,這仰賴我們;
即將到來會是決定明天的我們是否合作,不可否認,能夠做到,也必須去做;
這是一份期待和共同責任,將會一起前進;
這是機會,讓台灣不僅是地圖上一個地方來面對全世界;
畢竟,國家發展進程,是不孤獨,這是國家和民眾的成功;
特別是,生活提升和提供工作;
然而,美好的生活機會將會留給孩子們,所以,我們希望一起來努力;
我們應該能夠捲土重來讓國家經濟再次成長;
特別是,企業創造利潤上升和成為企業繁榮;
簡單來說,面對挑戰,贏得未來;
這個世界早已經改變,然而,也已經改變中間規則,這是不可否認規則改變;
所以,變化是真實,但不能也不應該妨礙我們記住面對挑戰;
中華民國台灣,依然是擁有幸福和繁榮;
每個人都有機會來改變自己的命運,例如說:我們能贏得未來;
不應該墨守成規,因為未來是一項成就,它是一個夢想;
雖然,不是很有把握能夠預測未來,但可以想像,機會來自哪裡?
未來是一項投資,這將會加強國家安全來保護我們的國家和創造機會給民眾;
突破自己,這就是已經超過四百年的台灣性格:突破自己,投資未來;
所以,關鍵是打贏未來和面對事實,也將會促使夢想成功;
成功在這個新的變化和改革,格外是,創新和責任;
放眼全球,千萬不要忘記奮鬥和爭取;
這是一個國家,如果嘗試,這都是同一個夢;
包括不,同的政策背景,因為任何事是有可能;
不論您是誰和來自哪裡,因為知道我們會;
機會也是選擇和未來是充滿希望我們對國家的團結是強悍!
