To be look back from history,it has been building up forward-deployed military power on the Spratly Islands to enhance power projection and defense,and face possible responses to detersand drises,especially,natural disasters,this also will be secure to lifeline at sea for Taiwan,also,including,Japan and Korea.
Obviously speaking,it is the national strategic map to  strengthen homeland security,including,military constructions.In particular,they are not related between history and philosophy.In other words,to restart the related construction on Spratly Islands,and will done military deployment,especially,marines deployment.It cannot denied that will be national strategic goals.
Nonetheless,it is not directed against China,and has increased role of lifeline at a sea.In particular,Taiwan.Simply put,this change shows issue that seek to recommon development and renegotiate the agreement.It has effects for marines back to Spratly Islands
What is the strategic significance of  Spratly Islands for national defense?
The ideas has followed since studied,that the movements of the Spratly Islands should be the national military existence,in particular,will keep a strong the key of military power in this area.
Obviously speaking,the Spratly Islands should considered to be strategically significant to the national forward-deployed power in the AsianMediterranean Sea;To be look back the history,Under the isolationism,especially,forbidden principles has been gone by.There is no value.
It cannot denied that the Taiwan has building-up the important the military base:This is advantage.So,to face the national policy of non-clear family that should built up air and naval forces in this area to push and protect the lifeline at a sea of Taiwan.The concerns about drisis response and conditioned response,so,the national defense buildup has to do so.
After all.the national defense has been key of concern to some policymaking,in particular,back to the Spratly Islands,because the Geography Strategic Location to keep closer cooperation,for example,such as,Singapore, Japan.Including,U.S.There are security parternship to rise interoperability and costs for operative consideation.
To sum up,the purpose of defense policy has been to stop deterrence and promise the goal is cooperation;in other words,as a responsibale stakeholder.
