10. Fulfillment in good faith of obligations under constitution,including the
international law.

The goal s are that :

2.Cooperation in the domain of economics, science and technology, and the
environment
3.Cooperation in humanitarian and other domains.

海峽兩岸,建立,信任和安全的戰略模式: 依據,戰略模式,應該能夠被要求當是一個多邊架構,來進行對話和談判,在海峽兩岸之間.
戰略模式確立的基本原則:參與政府對民眾：
1.主權平等和尊重主權的固有權利
2.不使用武力和威脅
3.國界不可侵犯
4.領土完整的國家
5.和平解決爭端

7.尊重人權和基本和思想自由包括良心，宗教和信仰

信任和安全的戰略模式,能夠,奠定基礎和發展新的進程:它不是一項條約,也應該具有政治約束力的協議;
目的：
1.關於海峽兩岸安全
2.在該領域的合作經濟,科學和技術,與環境
3.合作和人道主義等領域

海峽兩岸建立信任和安全的戰略模式,應該要求,定期後續會議來審查協議的執行情況;
