5.Peaceful settlement of disputes

7.Respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms,including freedom of thought,conscience, religion and belief

9. Cooperation among governments
10. Fulfillment in good faith of obligations under constitution,including the
international law.
The confidence and security-establishing development of strategic is able to laid the basis for development of the new process.
It is not compact,also should be provided with politically binding agreement
The goal s are that :
1.About relating to security in the two sides across the Taiwan Strait
2.Cooperation in the domain of economics, science and technology, and the
environment
3.Cooperation in humanitarian and other domains.

海峽兩岸,建立,信任和安全的戰略模式: 依據,戰略模式,應該能夠被要求當是一個多邊架構,來進行對話和談判,在海峽兩岸之間.

目的:
1.關於海峽兩岸安全
