其實,李鴻源部長沒有說明錯誤,其關鍵是在於:Homeland security!
這類是新模式國家作戰思維,不相關於古老的歷史與文化;
當然,小子本布衣,布衣論Homeland,或僅是隔靴搔癢,但能確認,李鴻源部長是對的!
尤其是,水庫興建不是國家水資源策略部署;大抵如,捷運系統不是城市建設的萬靈丹;
但很不幸地;
現在,台灣不是不好,只是跳脫不出歷史與文化的窠臼!
苦的是企業與民眾,缺少一份國家動員作戰目標與理想;
終日混混厄厄,未來何去何從?本篇僅是短文來看待李鴻源部長的無奈!

台灣的Homeland security是一個具有未來前瞻部署的區域作戰計畫;

雖然,也是一頁歷史經驗,特別是,李鴻源部長,沒有說明錯誤;

不幸的是,我們笨給頑固的歷史與文化;

尤其是,因為這將包括區域地緣政治與軍事因素,與無可避免的潛在性競爭潛力;

換句話說.國家需要永續生存.也不再需要頑固的歷史與文化;

Homeland security是全球政治與經濟的相互依存夥伴關係;

這類不相關於古老的歷史與文化;

因為重點是,國家工業與科技實力與潛力,尤其是,國土;

在歷史傳統上,台灣被認為是寶島,特別是,我們與生俱來的頭腦;

這在Homeland security方面,將發揮重要的作用,也是很不幸地,死捧頑固的歷史與文化神主牌;

對於未來的經濟和社會生活的台灣,Homeland security與周圍領域,包括,海岸線,將是非常重要的;

Taiwan's homeland security is a prospective deployment for regional war-fighting program ; in particular,Mr.李鴻源of explanation was no mistake; although,it was also a page of historical experience,unfortunately was,we were fooling into stubborn of history and culture.Because,especially,inevitable rivalry and potential of influence,and this including regional politics and militaries conditions.

In other words,our nation is needed for sustainable existence.Also,no long to need stupid of history and culture.

Interdependent partnership of the world's politic and economy on Homeland security.

And these are not related to the age-old of history and culture.

Because of focus on nation's industrial and scientific-technological power and potential.Especially,the Homeland.

In historical tradition,Taiwan is considered to be one of formosa,in particular,our inherent brains,who will be play an important role in the Homeland security,also,unfortunately,we are stubborn to holding stupid of history and culture of  ancestral tablet.

For the economic and social life of Taiwan for the future, the Homeland security, and the surrounding the territory,incliding,coastline,that will be principal importanc in the first instance.

Especially of its coastline,depends on continuous operation of the national transportions webs.

These are not related to the age-old of hisotry and culture.

So,according with the current and future,the Taiwan is in a completely new model of the establishment of the bases for Homeland security policy as well as the execution and  protection of national interests for the future.

Re-integration of Homeland security of national position is a mission of national history importance.

The threat and crisis have seriously declined,re-integration of Homeland security of national position will keep the opportunities for the future.

Also,Homeland security of national position is national war-fighting activity as an essential part of the comprehensive national strategy and policy in the science and technology, defense,environment,economy,and global relations,aand use of natural resources.
