台灣的重點將是展示，潛在性，新模式的合作夥伴在美國與中國之間建立聯繫；

這是努力，將帶來歡迎，為驅動和平與安全，發展與貿易和投資的主題討論；

而不是歷史與文化的唬爛；

反之，終結歷史的重要性必須上升到國家承諾，以增加接觸與聯繫的戰術目標；

類似歷史與文化的批評，早已經被認為是偉大的唬爛故事；

畢竟，做一個總體的策略框架，建立一個政策部署，其有關的想法是對個國家的未來部署；

心中永遠有最多樣化的國家發展，然耳，歷史與文化將越來越多餘的！

現實狀況是，台灣在2014年需要更多，多樣化，這是很困難地停留在過去記憶中的國家利益；

台灣不是沒有希望的國家，也不是在歷史與文化的模式；

雖然，當前的泡沫看漲，但僅是媒體評論員的建議！

台灣必須偏離糟糕的歷史與文化的關鍵彈道

在安全上，雖然，台灣地區已經享受長期的穩定與和平，但實際上出現了退化；

傳統上，中共的攻擊已不再是一個威脅與衝突，

然而，威脅與衝突是中央與地方政府必須面對暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的非政府犯罪組織－

叛亂分子與恐怖分子；

台灣地區是一個特別脆弱的區域，戰略資源不足，

中央與地方政府必須努力對抗敵人的攻擊與威脅-提升民眾的安全意識！

在經濟上，台灣確實做得很好，重點是終結歷史；

這將獲益於聰明的國家財政管理任務，同時，改善投資環境，排除歷史與文化的陰魂不散；

台灣還在，但是，歷史與文化不能以平穩的步伐，驅動經濟變革，只會越走越遠；

因為腐敗和衝突，並導致國家經濟管理失敗！

最後是，在政治管理上，台灣已經享受太多的，紮實的，歷史與文化官僚管理，特別是，在經濟領域；

但整個台灣的政治系統表現為破瓦，使用缺乏作戰力量與優勢的司法與立法作戰系統，

以致無法獨立地站起來對付強大的歷史與文化的經營管理！

當前，台灣的公民社會，越來越多的意識與壓力，仍然是追尋與和更有效地利用終結歷史的聲音；

特別是，台灣的選舉真的太多了，他們僅是浪費錢的部署；

或是官僚繼任繼續統治！

即使，失敗，通常拿歷史與文化的理由，本能地質疑選舉結果！

The Ending of history will provide a provides a timely opportunity,admit the increasing strategic,which signals a National desire by the National political,military,economic, and diplomatic importance and
Taiwan must be ending of history that it has been taken the global dynamic changes,and re-examine the shifting frameworks of National relations.
In this report of given Ms.蔡英文,台灣窮小子's the main themes,inclusing peace and security,valuable governance,and trade and investment.
台灣窮小子 reflects how Taiwan's transformation is changing the way the Taiwan is sighted Ending of history and pushing new nodels of engagement on Homeland security,development, and economic issues.
(1),Taiwan breaking off the battle of stupid of history and culture to keep Pace with a transformation of the rest of the world.
The Taiwan's emphasis will be on showcasing and building links between U.S. and China prospective new model cooperation-partners.

The reality is that Taiwan in 2014 is needing more,various and National interests - tougher to pigeonhole than ever before.
Taiwan is neither the hopeless Nation,nor is it rising in history and culture way the current current froth from some media commentators would advise.
Taiwan must be turning aside along the key trajectories of stupid of history and culture.
In Security:while the regional Taiwan have enjoyed long periods of stability and peace,but indeed,it has seen a regression.
Traditionally,the CCP's attack is no longer a threat and conflict,yet,instead threats and conflicts are the central and local government must be facing non-givernment criminal organization of history-culture violence extremism and terrorism ; insurgents and terrorists.
The Taiwan is a particularly vulnerable region where weak ; lacks of strategic resources,so the central and local government must fight adversary's attack and threat - promote civilians security awareness.

But political system performance across the Taiwan is broken tiles,with powerless judiciaries and legislatures lacking of war-fighting force and superiority losing out to stand up independently to attack over-powerful history and culture executives.
Currently,Taiwan's Civil society,more and more awareness and pressure, are nevertheless seeking and using Ending of history voice more effectively.
