馬總統的軍事戰略太弱
理由是歷史與文化說太多，完全無法反應，全球與區域性威脅

THE REASON IS THAT WE ARE SPEAKING HISTORY AND CULTURE TOO MUCH,

AND CANNOT COUNTER GLOBAL AND REGIONAL THREATS.

According with Taiwan's Kaohsiung explosion,the Mr.President Ma Ying-jeou's military strategy is too weak which cannot response to current security-threat.Of course,Ms.Tsai Ing-wen is also very preposterous who has been still lacking of National Military Strategic Depolyment for at least six years.
台灣窮小子 is using as a citizenship called on Ms.Tsai Ing-wen who must draft a a broader strategy,in which,in order to Ending of history,and that requires the Taiwan's military to process integration and deployment on Homeland security fronts at once.
While current draft soldiers has been shrinking Taiwan's military force,indeed,it is a serious strategic fault which inadequate given the future strategic and Homeland security operational environment,so we consider how to response National strategy and budget cuts for the future,rather than history and culture.
台灣窮小子's warning comes as stupid of history and cultrue are under criticism from many standoff policy,and do not forget Taiwan's Kaohsiung explosion has gobbled up Taiwan's Homeland security,in particular,stupid of history and cultrue response are limited.
Today,the past several years of stupid of history and culture have fired off deep instability among who would count on the Taiwan's secutiry in a crisis.
Stupid of history and culture not only destroy Taiwan's military reserves war-fighting and both present and future capabilities,at the same time,attack our current and potential Taiwanese who question National security-commitment and determination.

To response the China's new claims since then,Taiwan's Homeland security environment will be getting worse,so we face current environment,Ms.Tsai Ing-wen must be Ending of history,and draft new model of National Military Strategic Deployment.
Especially,we prevent proliferation of history-culture violence extremism and terrorism,and they rapid rise in Taiwan.
Stupid of history and culture has made Taiwan's security to go too far.
The reversed Ending of history proposes a new prophylaxis-strategy that "we are not turning" of taking on and facing proliferation of history-culture violence extremism and terrorism,and in counterattack of we are defending Taiwanese security.
台灣窮小子 is commited that I cannot be absolutely to allow any Kaohsiung's  citizens who are being died out by stupid of history and culture.

端視台灣高雄爆炸案，總統馬英九先生的軍事戰略太弱；

是以，無法因應，當前的安全性威脅；

當然，蔡英文女士也是很離譜，六年了，還是缺乏國家軍事策略部署！

台灣窮小子以布衣身分，呼籲蔡英文女士，必須擬出一個，更廣泛的戰略；

其中一個主要部分是終結歷史，要求台灣軍方立即在國土安全領域，進行整合與部署；

雖然，現階段的募兵，縮小台灣軍事力量，但是，如何因應未來國家軍事戰略與預算削減；

其實，這是對台灣的國土安全造成部分嚴重的戰略失誤，

並不足以考慮到未來的戰略和國土安全操作環境，而不是歷史與文化；

台灣窮小子警告之際，糟糕的歷史與文化在批評許多僵持政策；

不要忘記，高雄爆炸案，已經吞併了台灣的國土安全；

特別是，糟糕的歷史與文化的反應是遲鈍的！

今天，在過去幾年，糟糕的歷史與文化的危機已經引爆台灣之間的深層安全不穩定；

糟糕的歷史與文化，不僅破壞台灣軍方，當前與未來的儲備作戰能力；

同時，打擊現有的和潛在的台灣人，質疑國家安全承諾和決心！

除非是終結歷史的逆轉，在不久的未來，糟糕的歷史與文化將導致台灣的低安全性；

在這個戰略定義上來說，糟糕的歷史與文化，最終，將弄巧成拙！

因應中國的新要求，從這時起，台灣的國土安全環境可能變壞；

所以，在面對當前的威脅環境，蔡英文必須終結歷史，擬定新模式國家軍事戰略部署；

尤其是，預防暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的擴散與迅速崛起；

糟糕的歷史與文化已經讓台灣安全走得太遠！

終結歷史的逆轉，提出了一種新的預防策略，面對暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的擴散；

不轉彎的承擔，並在反擊中防衛台灣人的安全！

台灣窮小子承諾，絕對不會再讓任何一個高雄人死在糟糕的歷史與文化！
