REGIONAL SECURITY DEPLOYMENT IN THE ARCTIC

According with Russian President Putin commits that we will protect the arctic,at the same time,the Russian Defense Ministry than would also deemed operation to protect Russia’s National core interests,and security.Especially,establishment of a new Obedinonnye Strategicheskoe Komandovanie.
Perhaps that its onjective is move towards creating the new Russian mission.In particular,the Northern Fleet,and in addition to this,it will re-integrate air force.
New of Obedinonnye Strategicheskoe Komandovanie is believed that the reason is to protect the extensive natural resources in the arctic,and its is being started to Cold War-era military bases.
The Northern Fleet Headquarter will be kept in Severomorsk.
As simply analyze the current deployed-consideration in the arctic area：
1,Natural Gasto European energy demands
2,Rare Metals are exploitation
3,Oil prices
4,Wate resources
5,Waterway economy and trade benefits
So,we presume that a stability military presence in the Arctic will occur in the next decade.
Especially with the opening of the Arctic sea routes where we will see more and more commercial ships passing through the Arctic water.
Although there could be a possible new military deployment,but it cannot happen nuclear retaliation.
Because there makes no sense in dropping a nuclear bomb in the frozen snow.In other words,nuclear-powered submarine will emerge to surface through thick ice.
Because of that, we will presume that the countries of the Arctic five will have new Arctic region with strategic and political deployments,and through military exchanges　and cooperation,which will be very possible.
In the end,the Russian military deployment cannot increase threats ; yet,the United States is taking the chairmanship,the Russian will lead new ares.In the near future,future conflicts will be challenged water resource,oil,and other resources ; the Arctic Five will have no choice which only follow Russia to establish a powerful geopolitical footprint in the Arctic region.

北極的區域安全部署

端視俄羅斯總統普丁承諾，俄羅斯將保護北極；

同時，俄羅斯國防部也將其看作為作戰來保護俄羅斯的國家核心利益與安全；特別是，新成立一個戰略司令部！

可能其目的是努力創造新的俄羅斯使命；

格外是，北方艦隊，除了這個，也將重整空軍！

新的戰略司令部據悉部署原因是為了保護豐富的北極區自然資源，並啟動冷戰時期的軍事基地；

北方艦隊還是在Severomorsk！

是以簡單地來解析當前北極區的部署考量：

一,歐洲的天然氣能源需求
二,稀有金屬開發
三,油價
四,水資源
五,航道經濟與貿易利益

所以，我們可以假設在未來十年存在在北極的一個穩定軍事部署；

尤其是，北極航線的開通，我們將看到越來越多的商用船舶通過北極；

雖然有可能是一個新的軍事部署，但不會發生核子報復！

因為冰天雪地裡丟核彈是沒有意義的；

換句話說，核動力潛艦浮出水面！

正因為如此，我們將假設北極五國將有新的北極區策略與政策部署；

合作與透過軍事交流，這將是非常有可能！

最後是，在北極的俄羅斯軍事部署不會增加威脅；

然而，在美國的主持下，俄羅斯經領導新區域！

在不久的未來，未來的區域衝突將挑戰水資源，原油與其他資源；

北極五國並沒有其他選擇只能跟隨俄羅斯，建立一個強大的地緣政治版圖在北極區！
