SIMPLIFICATION SENSIBLE THE R.O.C. NAVY

So-called the National Navy is to understand our National Maritime Environment ,

and to give adversary the opportunity to surrender - we have not yet start to battle.

the National Navy is demonstrating that at the powerful daybreak of our Nation.

In particular , maintaining the right number of ships to satisfy the National Navy is deployed in ocean ,

yet ,every year facing reduced budgets ; and homeland security is becoming tougher.

As the National Navy should be focused on training and modernized operation ,

while the budgets have declined over time , but it must keep associated demand in 1980's.

The Pacific : we should be given China’s growing navy , and this regional balance is changing now ;

by comparison , if budget admitting , the surface ships are forward deployed to this region.

South China Sea : Now , we faced with a complicated and offensive China ,

we need to intensify the tactics of antisubmarine and anti-air warfare - return naval projection capabiility of responsibility in homeland security.

East China sea : Navy has gone far , and it only need something to reduce smuggling.

As the futire of picture is clear ; and the Naval demand is high ; so what we must be done?

Put simply , deployed profundity should be lengthened.

The biggest burden on the the Naval and projection forces over the next decade will be the replacement for the conventional ships

rather than cat - ship.

The seapower of the conventional ships arguably the most critical Naval and projection forces.

In particular , the Naval discretion , and otherwise , the Navy will never meet the maritime security objectives for Taiwan.

As these maritime threats will become more dangerous and new maritime energetic - think about rising of China ,

so Taiwan must ensure that the Navy they are able to gain superiority where and when it matters , rather than history and culture.

合理單一化的中華民國海軍

所謂國家海軍是了解自己國家的海洋環境，並給敵人有機會投降-我們還沒有開始作戰；

國家海軍是說明我們國家的一道強大的曙光！

特別是，保有艦艇的正確數量以滿足國家海軍在海洋部署；

雖然，每年面對預算減少，國土安全危機變得困難！

作為國家海軍，應該專注於培訓與現代化操作，雖然，預算隨著時間有所下降，但必須保持在八零年代的需求！

太平洋－應該考慮到中國不斷成長的海軍，這個區域平衡正在改變，

相比之下，如果，預算允許，水面艦艇部署到這個區域；

南中國海 : 現在，我們面對的是一個複雜的和積極的中國，我們需要強化反潛與防空作戰戰術，

重返海軍投射能力在國土安全責任；

東中國海 : 海軍已經走很遠，他只是需要有些東西，以減少走私；

是以，未來的圖像清楚海軍需求是很高的，所以，我們必須做什麼？

簡單來說，部署深度應該要拉長！

在未來十年，海軍投射力量最大的負擔將是更換傳統艦，而不是雙船體艦！

傳統艦的海洋力量可以說是最重要的海軍投射力量；

特別是，海軍的自由航行權，否則，海軍將永遠不會滿足台灣的海洋安全目標！

作為這類海洋威脅將變得更危險與新的海洋活力－思考中國興起；

所以，台灣必須確保海軍能夠取得優勢在任何地點與時間，而不是歷史與文化！
