That is why we want to Ending of history.

According with these investments in history and culture did not have new concepts of operation which will enable us to best use these superioity ,

and cannot meet the challenges of operating in Taiwan.

Put simply , the concepts of operation of Ending of history will be the unique concepts and superiority for us.

The joint operational concept of Ending of history will such helping Taiwan meet new science and technology ,

also cannot deny key of China's raising.In particular , the maritime challenging.

These concepts will take many years for integrations and investments ,

if we are doing so , in order that they be fully played war-fighting capability and cuperiority.

Make no mistake , history and culture are not a considerable and constant war-fighting model ,

so we need rebalancing and starting a inherent Taiwanese war-fighting capability to this vital Homeland.

Indeed , the globe is undergoing historic transformation , and Taiwan is at the Ending of history of that change.

Put simply , the changing of Ending of history will be new security partnership ;

innovation and economic integration warfare ;

face challenging of energy , invironment , and the trade ,

especially , the National citizen owns an opportunity and a voice in their future.

In turn , this is a incredible National commitment and challenges , in Taiwan ,

since we have seen a range of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism threats , such as :

* , the historical disputations of the East China sea and the South China sea ; conflicts natural resources.

* , the provocations of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , for instance , missiles deployments and crises.

* , the exploitations of history and culture ; the threat of poverty.

* , Environmental desolation；

These are the challenges of history and culture that Nation must be faced.

I want to characterize , from commoner perspective , as the R.O.C. ; as the Taiwan ; as I am loving Tsai Ing-wen ,

what we can do , work together to meet these critical challenges.

In particular , based on new model of security partnership ,

especially , we must intensify cooperative relations with the United States and the Japan , to ensure Taiwan's future is prosperous and stable.

As New President will play tactical role in "maintain the standard" and Naional prospection of re-balance.

My tactics will be planned in the President’s 2016 National strategic deployment guidance, which is still Taiwanese guiding us as we discuss ; we

re-adjust the R.O.C. National war-fighting capabilities and functions to best face prepare for future Taiwan's National security and Homeland

security challenges.

我們必須理解台灣在廣闊的太平洋的機會與挑戰；

這就是為什麼要終結歷史！

端視歷史與文化這類投資並沒有新的操作理念，讓我們能夠更好地使用這類的優勢，無法滿足在台灣經營的挑戰；

簡單來說，終結歷史的操作理念，將是我們的獨特理念與優勢！

創新與經濟整合作戰；

面對能源，環境與貿易的挑戰，特別是，國家公民擁有機會與發言權在未來！

另言之，這是一個驚人的國家承諾與挑戰在台灣；

因為我們已經看到一系列暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的威脅，或如:

* , 自然資源的衝突與東中國海與南中國海的歷史爭議；

* , 暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的挑釁，例如，飛彈部署與危機；

* , 窮的威脅與歷史與文化的剝削；

* , 環境破壞；

這類都是國家必須面對歷史與文化的挑戰！

台灣窮小子想描繪，從布衣的角度，為中華民國，為台灣，特別是，喜歡蔡英文，

我們能夠做什麼，共同地面對這類關鍵性挑戰；

特別是，基於新模式安全夥伴關係，

特別是，必須繼續強化與美國，日本的合作關係，以確保台灣的未來，繁榮與穩定！

是以新總統將扮演維持現狀與重新平衡的國家願景戰術作用！

台灣窮小子的戰術在2016年新總統的國家策略部署指導，終結歷史仍然是指導我們作論述作為台灣人；

我們重新調整中華民國的國家作戰能力與功能，以更好地面對未來，台灣的國家安全與國土安全挑戰做接戰準備！
